Hotel GreenTree Inn a Shenzhen

The location of the hotel is very convenient: the beach and a subway station are about a five-minute walk away. The service is good.

Very convenient location for Futian/Lok Ma Chau border point. 5 minutes walk from the hotel at most. It's a bit tricky to find the hotel. You need to walk into a shopping mall and they have reception on the ground floor but the hotel is on the second floor. The rooms are very small but fine for a night or two. Crucially it is clean and fairly modern. No natural light from the window as my room was interior but that's fine. It's just somewhere to put your head down for the night.

No lift! Be ready to carry your own heavy luggage up the stairs. Not suitable for families with very young children and elderly. There are two GreenTree hotels near Jingmei subway station. This one is the farther one (approx. 600m). If you have an early morning flight or ferry, forget the subway. Book a cab or be ready to wait (and wait, and wait). If you walk up to the main road, you should be able to flag one down. Cable TV is available for a fee. The bathroom is spacious but the room is tiny but clean and comfy. During our stay, we only saw 1 receptionist and 1 housekeeper, so don't expect super friendly service. No restaurants, convenience stores, or supermarkets nearby (gotta walk everywhere). Unless you have a personal agenda in the area, the location is far from desirable. It's super residential and super quiet!

Overall I was very pleased with this hotel. The room was more like a little apartment which gave it a homely feel. It had a kitchen with a fridge, washing machine and kettle.They provided teabags and coffee too. The shower and toilet were very clean and contained shampoo, shower gel and clean towels. The room was spotlessly clean and smelled fresh. The only two faults were the intermitent WIFI signal and the noise of air-conditioning units nearby. I also couldn't figure out how to switch on the overhead shower, so had to make do with the moveable nozzle. The location is convenient for the metro- its pretty quick to Shenzen North. There seems to be a restaurant of some kind on the second floor and there are a few restaurants within walking -distance and a Starbucks opposite. The staff were helpful too. I would definetly stay here again.

Molto piacevole hotel per un buon prezzo, i lavoratori sono sempre pronti ad aiutare, noi come luoghi stranieri erano duri, grazie molto, ogni mattina cambiato asciugamani e donò acqua. Noi e la ragazza molto piaceva, ancora una volta grazie BOOK MERE DA ROSSIIA ❤️🇷🇺
