衞生：房間整體還算乾淨，但是一到房間發現床單有污漬，聯繫前台幫換，應該是一個領導帶着房間保潔來的。打掃房間的阿姨當著我們的麪就直接穿鞋上床，這是萬萬沒想到的，旁邊應該是她的經理一直提醒她拖鞋，但是她拒絕，説了幾次才脱掉，可能這樣換床品比較快吧。 服務：前台的服務今天和昨天當班的那個女孩子服務態度特別好，很熱情很有禮貌，本來因為床上用品的問題想着差評了，但因為她的服務態度，讓我不好意思給差評了，希望貴司領導可以適當表揚獎勵她。

We felt so comfortable from the minute we entered into the reception where Jenny and her team in reception. Jenny stood very supportive and well communicative for our every enquiries and needs regarding stay, food and extended her full help with smiling face Without hesitant she came forward to every help She is very professional, friendly and speaks good English too. The staff at Atour Hotel Shenzhen Luohu Diwang, especially Ruo Guan, provided outstanding service during our stay. From a friendly greeting at check-in to arrangements for luggage storage when taking an excursion to Hong Kong, the staff was exceptional and efficient in meeting our every need. We chose this hotel because of its central location in Shenzhen, and found it to be very conveniently located near Grand Theatre Subway Station and a variety of neighborhood shops and two large shopping malls all within easy walking distance from the hotel. We also made use of the hotel's self-service guest laundry which was a much welcomed amenity during our two week vacation.

Ottimo hotel. Qualunque sia il servizio, il personale o la posizione, è eccellente. Il mio letto extra è stato posto nel soggiorno e abbiamo chiesto di entrare nella stanza accanto al letto della regina. Il custode ha provato e ha riuscito a sgridare per noi. Il personale del conteggio si saluta con sorriso.Il colazione è bello e le varietà cambiano ogni giorno.Molte ristoranti e negozi.La posizione è accanto a molti edifici all'ingrosso principalmente per vestiti. Le strade di Laojie si verificano ogni notte con la performance di streamers in diretta. Il treno è vicino all'hotel, 2 fermate dalla stazione di Louhu. Molto raccomandato. Se vado di nuovo a SZ, scelgo sicuramente questo hotel.

I really liked the room. It was really spacious and comfortable, with also a big sofa and a table. All was very clean. The metro is just across the road. Overall I would highly recommend. The hotel is non smoking but there is an odour of smoke in the common areas. Did not bother me but bothered my partner. To note - the staff does not speak English so for any questions you will need to use a translator app.

Excellent service! Enjoyed Chinese and western breakfast buffet and tv channels, well equipped gym, covered pool, excellent location across the street from Dongmen Pedestrian Street. Pool requires swimming cap or can buy for $30rmb. Connected rooms perfect for families. Both rooms had separate showers and bath tubs, only the smaller room had jets in the tub. Very kind service for children, they offered children’s bathrobes, slippers, and toothbrush sets. Stay included breakfast buffet for 4, and $200 rmb vouchers for Fortune Restaurant, but must use $100 each day, cannot combine. Just decrease the hotel booking $200 instead of vouchers. Everything perfect except the Fortune Restaurant, which was very slow compared to the service in the rest of the hotel. Would stay again and highly recommended.

Di solito rimango a Shangri-La Shenzhen durante i miei viaggi d'affari per la sua vicinanza e sono sempre la mia scelta anche per i miei viaggi personali. Anche se mi trasferisco solo per un viaggio di giorno a Shenzhen, avrò certamente il mio colazione di somma di merda in Sala di Baviera prima di andare al prossimo destino. Questa volta ho fatto un ultimo minuto di prenotazione per la mia festa di compleanno e mi ha piacevolmente sorpreso dalla nota scritta di Cheng Li - il responsabile della relazione ospite. Cheng Li mi ha auspicato un buon compleanno e ha preparato un delizioso dolcetto di formaggio che è stato molto memorizzato nel frigo per me. La stanza è anche decorata con un'arte a mano con asciugamani che simboleggiano il mio horoscopio cinese! Sono molto impressionato dai dettagli e dagli sforzi, ma naturalmente continuerò a rimanere a Shangri-La Shenzhen ogni volta che viaggi a Shenzhen e mi consiglierò di rimanere lì ai miei colleghi!

Molto bello hotel per soggiornare anche se è un po 'dato. La colazione è una buona esperienza con un sacco di cibo da scegliere e continuano a riempire fino alle 10:30. Molto consigliato!
