Hotel CitiGO a Shenzhen

The hotel was nice and modern. We had the spacious deluxe family room. The brunch was excellent and with varieties of food & juices. The welcome drink is good upon checkin, as it’s so hot outside! The view was awesome and location is very convenient . The staff was ok, would be nice if they can make the guest feels welcome by just have a smile.

L'hotel era un po' difficile da trovare dato che si trova all'interno di un centro commerciale. Tuttavia, dopo averlo scoperto, siamo rimasti davvero contenti perché sembrava davvero professionale. Abbastanza pulita tutta l'attrezzatura necessaria all'interno disponibile. E sicuramente molto confortevole. La mia famiglia e la mia famiglia hanno deciso di considerare questo hotel come uno dei nostri preferiti. Sicuramente il soggiorno è Preferibilmente per Soggiorni Brevi. È anche abbastanza vicino alla stazione della metropolitana e anche i taxi sono facilmente disponibili.

Although when I first reached the hotel, I don't find the surrounding environment ideal and the hotel is not big and luxurious but the stay was very comfortable for both me and my husband. The room was clean, bed was comfortable and there was a large screen TV in the room. There was a small fridge with 2 canned drinks replenished daily. The hotel provides washer and dryer for guests to use for free. Check in was smooth, though there was a slight about 1 to 2 mins delay due to enquiries from other guests, we were delighted that the staff compensated us with free breakfast vouchers. We enjoyed our stay and extended our stay for another 3 nights.

La posizione è davvero buona e l'hotel è pulito. Il personale è amichevole e ci sono molti cibi vicini. Vicino a molte attrazioni locali. Molto consigliato per la prossima visita!
