Hotel Atour a Shenzhen

Location This hotel is located right opposite Dongmen lao jie with all the food varieties and wholesale market. Easy navigates and alot of food choice and shopping spree. However, the main road is currently undergoing construction. Hence, I felt it is pretty troublesm if we want to book didi. We need to pull our luggage and wait by the roadside to flag taxi. Each time we go out, we get to cross the road and hold our kids hands tightly as the e-bike riders drive is pretty annoying. Service Staff are superb helpful and polite. Hotel guest is allow to order TB and deliver to the hotel. Hotel will assist to receive the parcel. Laundry services which I felt is the best service I ever had. And its FOC. We send our clothes to the laundry room to wash, hotel staff will help us to transfer to the dryer machine and send it to our hotel room accordingly. Thumbs up to this service. Cleanliness Satisfied and approved.

La posizione dell'hotel è molto strategica. Situato in una strada pedonale, ci sono molti venditori di cibo, elettronica e centri commerciali. Il servizio dell'hotel è molto cordiale, soprattutto per 智君 (Zhijun). Molto buono e molto cordiale. Ci hanno servito felicemente e bene. È stato davvero bello soggiornare in questo hotel. L'hotel è pulito e carino. Inoltre, ogni giorno viene servita una deliziosa cena a tarda notte. Grazie!! Soprattutto per 智君 (Zhijun) 😊

L'hotel è stato prenotato per una notte al Club Olio e Sauce. Molto conveniente con molti negozi e ristoranti vicino e lungo la strada dalla stazione della metropolitana. È davvero un grande valore per i soldi considerando che l'hotel è accessibile a tutto. La stanza era pulita, ben attrezzata e il personale era professionale e competente.

I stayed at this hotel for 2 days and it was truly an exceptional experience. From the moment I walked in, I was struck by the tasteful and modern decor—stylish yet welcoming, with every detail carefully curated to create a relaxing atmosphere. One of the most memorable features of the hotel is its unique signature scents, which subtly lingers throughout the space. We were also offered to choose 1 scent for our room. It adds a refreshing and luxurious touch that sets the tone for a peaceful stay. The breakfast and supper offerings were excellent, with a diverse selection of delicious dishes and healthy beverages. The meals were well-prepared and thoughtfully presented, making dining at the hotel something to genuinely look forward to. Overall, the service was attentive, the ambiance delightful, and every aspect of the stay exceeded expectations.

L'hotel è in un'ottima posizione! È anche vicino alla stazione della metropolitana, incastonato tra Luohu e Futian. I cuscini in camera erano incredibilmente comodi e il materasso era eccellente. La hall dell'hotel era pulita e ben tenuta, quindi nel complesso sono stato soddisfatto. L'unico problema erano le macchie sul pavimento del bagno nella stanza 430! Non era molto invitante! Qualunque fosse il motivo, dava agli ospiti la sensazione che l'hotel non fosse ben tenuto. La colazione era semplicemente nella media! Il sapore era accettabile, ma non c'era molta varietà! E a 600 NT$ a notte, colazione inclusa, non è stata una sorpresa! Inoltre, la signora Xia Zhi, l'addetta alla reception, è stata incredibilmente gentile, educata e sempre sorridente. Merita un pollice in su! 👍🏻 Ha anche notato che non ero soddisfatto delle macchie in bagno, quindi si è offerta di cambiarmi stanza. Le sono così grata! Purtroppo, le macchie nel bagno della camera 419 sono rimaste anche dopo il cambio, il che è stato un po' deludente. 😞 Ma grazie alla receptionist (la Sig.ra Xia) per il suo aiuto! In sintesi... Penso che l'Atour Hotel di Shenzhen Huaqiangbei non abbia un ottimo rapporto qualità-prezzo! Non è stata una sorpresa! Ma sono rimasto molto soddisfatto del servizio clienti. Grazie!

Ho prenotato 2 camere in questo hotel per la mia famiglia. La posizione è molto buona che tra diversi centri e ristoranti. Tuttavia, le strutture devono essere migliorate. Uno dei locali non ha buon odore, devo cambiare. Spero che l'Atour migliorerà. Ma l'atteggiamento della ricezione era buono e entusiasta. Oltre all'hotel forniva riso gratuito e dolcezza di notte che era delizioso. Basicamente io e la mia famiglia hanno un buon tempo in giro.

Very easy to get to and from the hotel from Shenzhenbei train station. Highly recommended if you need a night’s rest before or after a train trip. The hotel is very new, so still sparkling clean, though please note that most of the rooms are windowless (it looks like there are windows, but they are not!). Great free supper option in the evening! Only suggestion is for the hotel to build shelter from the walkway to the hotel - seems a shame that there is a small section that is exposed to the elements.

The hotel is pretty decent for this pricing. The service staff at the front desk was very friendly and helpful. The room is spacious. The pillows are very comfortable. Friends even bought home couple of pillows. Location is convenient, will certainly refer to friends and come back next time.

Il personale di contatto è molto responsivo e orientato al cliente. La posizione è davvero molto conveniente, ma le auto e-hailed sempre aspettavano sulla strada fuori dal lobby dell'hotel invece di prendere in giro dal lobby dell'hotel. La ragione per cui i conducenti di e-hailing hanno dato è la stessa: la barriera di parcheggio dell'hotel non è aperta per loro.

Beautiful place with clean environment. friendly and very helpful staff. the location is close to everything. the room is huge , very comfy bed, highly recommended and will come back again
