Hotel Atour a Shenzhen

Ottimo hotel, posizione vicina a moltissimi negozi di alimentari ecc., non lontano dal confine con Hong Kong. La camera era pulita e spaziosa, con un'enorme TV all'interno. Anche la vista dalla finestra era spettacolare. La doccia era molto potente e la vasca da bagno era grande. Il letto e i cuscini erano molto comodi e il cibo al mattino era uno dei migliori, se non il migliore, che abbia mai mangiato in Cina negli anni. Vale la pena soggiornare qui, non rimarrete delusi.

La posizione dell'hotel è molto strategica. Situato in una strada pedonale, ci sono molti venditori di cibo, elettronica e centri commerciali. Il servizio dell'hotel è molto cordiale, soprattutto per 智君 (Zhijun). Molto buono e molto cordiale. Ci hanno servito felicemente e bene. È stato davvero bello soggiornare in questo hotel. Booked the hotel for a night out at the Oil Club and Sauce. Very convenient with a lot of shops and restaurant nearby and across the road from the Metro station. It's really great value for money considering accessible the hotel is to everything. Room was clean, well equipped and the staffs were professional and competent.

Hotel is located at the east square of Shenzhen high speed station. It's actually called Atour Light. The room was like pictured. The staff were very friendly and helpful despite the language barrier we were able to communicate using translation app. They helped me pick up a parcel from a locker which I'm very thankful. Only thing to note is that the bed is very firm. Their laundry facilities looked really good but I don't get to use them. Would recommend this hotel.

I stayed at this hotel for 2 days and it was truly an exceptional experience. It adds a refreshing and luxurious touch that sets the tone for a peaceful stay. The breakfast and supper offerings were excellent, with a diverse selection of delicious dishes and healthy beverages. The meals were well-prepared and thoughtfully presented, making dining at the hotel something to genuinely look forward to. Overall, the service was attentive, the ambiance delightful, and every aspect of the stay exceeded expectations.

Ho ricevuto un aggiornamento gratuito all'arrivo. L'ufficio del fronte ha detto che la sala lancio non ha finestre che sono un bene nemico da quando sono fuori per la maggior parte del tempo. Esatto fuori della stazione nord della gangxia, che è su molte linee, tra cui una diretta dall'aeroporto. Molto raccomandato.

Stayed 4D3N in Atour HePing Road. Hotel location is very convenient to travel around. The room is very cosy, bed is comfortable, room is spacious enough to fit all our luggages and boxes as we have great shopping. The service is excellent, from front desk to cleaning lady. The hotel is pretty decent for this pricing. The service staff at the front desk was very friendly and helpful. The room is spacious. The pillows are very comfortable. Friends even bought home couple of pillows. Location is convenient, will certainly refer to friends and come back next time.

The service staff are polite and very accommodating to our request for late check out and helped us to freeze our foods. The room is clean and well stocked. Location is great. It is connected to Raffles City and MRT station.
