Great service! Rooms were very spacious and there is complimentary laundry service. Gym facilities can be better.

Great experience. Their staff was welcoming and pleasant. My room was spotless and fully stocked with amenities including multiple bottles of water and soft-bristle toothbrushes. They also include a late-night supper for when you're hungry, really nice touch. Would wholly recommend for a few nights' stay.

於2025年4月首次入住深圳南山科技園長園輕居酒店3晚，擁有一次滿意的住宿體驗，自己亦覺得確實是個非常好的選擇。 這間酒店位處南山科技園，交通比想像中還要方便，距離地鐵新開通13号線第一期 終点 高新中站 沿路直行約7-8分鐘可到達，而且沿13号線向深圳灣口岸方向的幾個站可以轉乘 1、2、9 及11号不同路線算是四通八達。 酒店房間設施 環境設施整潔，房間設計簡約舒適，床褥枕頭軟硬適中，房間還設有一個小雪櫃。 至於服務質素，酒店職員不論前台、餐廳服務員都親切有禮殷勤款待，房務清潔姐姐笑容和藹非常盡心盡力去將房間打掃得乾乾淨淨。 前台非常友善親切有禮細心安排，盡量滿足的住房要求，其中貼心的是代洗烘衣服務，晚上上門收走，明天一清早便將乾淨的衣服掛在你的門外，這份盡心令客人擁有更佳住宿體驗的專業服務態度，絕對值得讚揚！！！👍 早餐中西款式多樣，晚上自助「深夜粥到」安排宵夜熱粥甜湯和小点，很窩心 ! ! ! 今次旅程實在是一次十分滿意的住宿體驗，下次再來深圳南山旅遊都會係不二之選！! !

È un ottimo hotel, e ho avuto una grande esperienza. Il personale era molto amichevole e utile. Il colazione era super. Puoi lavarti i vestiti gratis all'hotel. La stazione Metro Line 9 è proprio fuori dalla porta anteriore dell'hotel. Se si intende andare all'aeroporto di Hong Kong per un volo, questo hotel è vicino al centro di Shekou Cruise Line dove si può portare la barca veloce all'aeroporto direttamente.

Hotel is strategically and conveniently located with malls and 2 train stations for Line 1 and Line 9 within walking distance. The staff are professional and polite. The lobby is filled with a delightful fragrance that is fresh, clean, and uplifting, setting a welcoming atmosphere right from the entrance. Inside the room, the air feels crisp and neutral, completely odorless, contributing to a sense of comfort and cleanliness. The bedding is incredibly soft and cozy, ensuring a restful night’s sleep. Additionally, the beechwood incense offers a subtle, soothing scent that adds warmth to the room. Air conditioner operates quietly, with no disruptive noises or sounds, ensuring an undisturbed and peaceful environment. The air itself remains fresh and clean throughout the stay. The shower area is generously spacious, and the equipment is modern and well-maintained. The water temperature is perfectly regulated, providing a wonderfully comfortable and refreshing experience. Hotel breakfast are awesome with a wide variety of food selections. Overall, this stay has been extremely satisfying, with every detail carefully considered to ensure comfort and tranquility.

We played joyfully, laughter filling the air as we engaged in games that brought out our competitive spirits. The sun shone brightly, casting a warm glow on our faces, enhancing the delight of each moment. We shared stories and inside jokes, strengthening our bond and creating lasting memories. Each game was an adventure, filled with excitement and friendly banter. As we cheered for one another, the sense of camaraderie deepened, making every victory sweeter and every loss a shared experience. The day was not just about the games; it was about the happiness of being together, surrounded by friendship and joy.

Hotel fantastico - molto pulito, moderno e la posizione è eccellente. Molto facile da raggiungere dalla stazione di metro o treni. Il buffet per colazione è assolutamente fantastico 👌. Grande selezione & valore sorprendente. Sarò sicuramente qui di nuovo la prossima volta che sono a Shenzhen!!!! Il mio unico dispiacere è che non ho prenotato per più!!!

Il tema dell'hotel che è stato attratto dal champagne e dal guarnitore orientale di Lelabo. Ho soggiornato in questa casa e nell'hotel al compleanno, e sono stato il mio primo soggiorno all'hotel sotto la mia mente. Il nuovo stile cinese dell'hotel ha la vivacità orientale con la sua pulizia, e i fiori e le piante sono anche molto appropriati, Camminare all'hotel può sentire la bellezza quando è. La colazione è anche un grande punto luminoso. Ci sono molti tipi di piatti di piccoli chicchi cinesi. È molto adatto per me come piatti cinesi. La carenza è che il ristorante non è abbastanza grande e ci sarà una situazione in fila. Inoltre, la sala fitness è molto piccola, la sala medica non ha attività e insegnanti correlati, oltre a ciò, l'impressione generale è ancora molto buona. In particolare, nel servizio, i dettagli sono fatti con maggiore attenzione, come scegliere uno tra tre profumi durante il soggiorno, Poi, dopo essere stati alloggiati, ho scoperto che il bagno e il champagne dell'intera stanza sono tutti questo profumo. Confrontare alcune esigenze di alloggio è stato risolto molto rapidamente. Grazie in particolare al manager della reception, Gu Beijiang. Sono molto attento e ci hanno aiutato a risolvere molti problemi, Ho anche fiducia nel servizio di Aquila.

We stayed for 3 nights and enjoyed a superb service.  Everyone was extremely helpful and tried very hard to ensure our stay was pleasant. One of us was offered a free breakfast during the stay. Jiang Wen at front desk helped with WiFi connections and was kind enough to let us use her local phone number for our take-out food deliveries.  The breakfast is excellent with a lot of choices. Late night snacks/meals are a real bonus after a long day out. Free self-serve laundry with washers and dryers across from the breakfast hall is super convenient. The location is near metro subway station and is within 10-15 mins taxi rides to many areas in the city. We will definitely stay here again in our future visits to Shenzhen!

The most horrible experienced in this hotel . Once I step into the hotel I notice they was a cat sitting on the reception checkin counter . I have cat phobia . I could not go to check in counter and I went into another side of the hall and wave for the staffs to help me . There were not busy as they were no guest during that hour. The staffs were not immediately aware even they were looking at me for some minutes. Then I told them in a louder voice I feared of cat . Then only one of the staff came to me . I told her I have phobia and could not check in the counter but she do not bother much and told me the cat is ok and seem reluctant to helped me . I told her I am seriously scared and only then she tried to take the cat away but non stop having the cat come out . The cat then chasing after me and causing me to running around but the staffs do not care much . It was around 20 minutes for the cat issued before they really took it away . I nearly faint and immediately I need to take medicine for heart and nervous breakdown. The manager then only appear after 20 minutes and assisted me to check in . There were 5 staffs but non of them were friendly and helpful plus giving me nonsense excuses . I told the manager this is not a pet friendly hotel and should not have cat around.
