This is our second time at Regao. The check in was fast and easy. The staff were very helpful. Breakfast was OK. The only disaapointment was that the hot spring was closed which was the reason we went there. We were not expecting that because the hotspring hotels/resorts around our areas are open even the one just accross the street from us. Since in the APP it mentions about these amenities they should put mark it there that the hot spring is closed in summer because that’s the reason we went there and not simply to stay and sleep at the hotel for 3 days amd two nights. As the name says, Regao Hotspring Resort so you would expect that the hotspring is open. The staff said it is closed in summer. So there went our well-anticipated holiday, wondering and gasping on what to do those three days. There was an outside pool but the cold was almost unbearable when we were there although it was summer time. We did spend an hour in the pool and three of us ended up with cough, cold and fever that we checked out early on the third day to go home.

KKaiserinL'hotel che scelgo ogni volta che porto il mio bambino a Shenyang, perché la camera doppia ha due letti larghi 1,5 metri e una famiglia di tre persone dorme molto comodamente. Non è per niente affollato. La colazione è ricca di varietà, in grado di soddisfare il gusto della famiglia. L'ambiente è nuovo e non vecchio. La piscina in quota è particolarmente curata. Belli anche l'area relax, i gradini della piscina per bambini e le infinite foto. Quando passeggi al piano di sotto in Hang Lung, puoi occasionalmente trovare borse che non puoi acquistare in altri negozi. Non ci sono così tante persone nel centro commerciale come Vientiane City. Il personale di servizio alla reception è notevole. Se ricordi bene, la pulizia della stanza dovrebbe chiamarsi Shao. Na, voglio fare un complimento speciale. Volevo due bottiglie di acqua minerale. Dopo averlo inviato, ho notato che stavo prendendo mio figlio. Ho anche inviato articoli da toeletta per bambini, pantofole e giocattoli per la piccola tigre. Ero particolarmente caloroso e ho chiesto se ci mancava qualcos'altro. Come mia zia, ci salutiamo gentilmente quando facciamo il check-out. L'entusiasmo del servizio è più sorprendente e confortevole rispetto alla reception. Le tagliatelle di manzo per colazione sono buonissime, e chi viene qui deve provarle😄

UUtente anonimoDecent. Room is spacious and have sufficient heating and looks good inside. Plenty of drinking water provided. Near a small food market, the small Palace and alot of shopping malls around if you're into shopping.
However most of the nightlife situated elsewhere, (15-30minutes by cab)
If you goal is just to see the historical attractions and eat some street food, and walk around shopping malls and have a nice place to sleep, it is a good place to stay.
Cons, no smoking area/ room, no spa, gym is pathetic. Big hotel but nothing much. Been to smaller hotels with more amenities.
The new counter staffs are more service orientated than the senior ones. My room card was disabled 4 hours before I checkout. Inconvenience for that last 4 hours, went to the receptionist and she couldn't even extend it but I had to tell the receptionist everytime I wish to open the room door for a room which I had paid for. Just a small simple act of extending my room card and it could not be done automatically.
Newer receptionists service are good. Senior ones are arrogant.
Overall ok, but not value for money.

BBurellWalking distance from Shenyang Train Station. Next to a major pedestrian shopping street, Taiyuan Lu, with a supermarket. The ”Little Europe District” on Zhongshan Lu, with Western restaurants and sidewalk cafes, is walking distance. 9th floor facilities are great--gym, pool table, Western restaurant, patio dining (no wifi, though). 23rd floor partment 1-br suite was great for the price: not luxurious but clean and well-maintained, comfy bed, kitchen with basic equipment (convection stove, not gas, unfortunately), no noise, no odors. Friendly English-speaking staff. Overall a very pleasant stay. I will come again.

UUtente ospiteI origanally booked the hotel for one night and planned to move to a second hotel. On arrival the staff were extremely friendly and attentive to their customers. The room was cleaned to a high standard and the facilities were great, although the water in the shower lacked some pressure it didn't cause me any problems. the breakfast posted both Chinese and western style buffet and the food was delicious. I extended my stay another two nights. I would definitely stay again if was in this area.

UUtente anonimoMolto conveniente con metro d'accesso diretto dall'aeroporto. La cena è limitata intorno all'hotel. Camminare 200m verso la torre TV & u può trovare alcuni. Ho soggiornato in una suite di dimensioni medie per una notte e al mio ritorno 2 notti, hanno aggiornato alla più grande suite.
La suite di dimensioni medie è di fronte alla torre di TV che la più grande suite che mi danno di fronte a un sito di costruzione che corre 24 ore. Il sonno leggero prende nota. La mattress è più morbido e più comodo nella grande suite. La vasca da bagno per la suite di dimensioni medie sono in una camera separata lontana dal bagno. Colazione non vale la pena menzionare, ma il personale è gentile. Io apprezzerei questo come un buon hotel di business di base. Non il tipo di lusso che stai cercando. Molto buon prezzo..
Il principale punto di svantaggio per me sarebbe stato il profumo di rinnovamento che si infila in parte del corridoio e della stanza. C'è un profumo di plastica che mi disturba. In secondo luogo, il blusore dell'aria era chiuso in inverno. Ho sospeso per risparmiare i costi. Solo un piccolo vento d'aria sopra la finestra. L'aria è ancora piena nella stanza. Ho dovuto lasciare il portale principale per ottenere qualche brisa nella stanza.
Le foto sono la camera quadrata di 80 metri. Le ultime 4 foto sono la suite di dimensioni medie. I prezzi nel sito web cinese dy sono molto più economici.

1) Il controllo in corso ha richiesto 15 minuti e ha avuto una grande frustrazione con le domande ripetute. Siamo stranieri (ma parlano cinese), quindi i nostri passaporti dovevano essere registrati, ma i passi potevano essere stati fatti prendendo una foto del nostro passaporto piuttosto E' meglio che ci si senta lì dopo un lungo viaggio, e sarebbe anche meglio se ci avessero chiesto di aspettare, o di dire circa quanto ci sarebbe voluto questo processo.
2) Solo due ascensori lenti servivano l'intero edificio, con le strutture e il piano di ricezione al livello 26, che è in un piano separato per tutte le camere degli ospiti.
3) Non ci sono abbastanza lavastoviglie (solo due lavastoviglie e asciugamani) e abbiamo dovuto aspettare ogni volta.
4) Il giardino è troppo basso.
5) la custodia quotidiana non è completa; eravamo fuori di carta tessuta per 4 dei 5 giorni che ci siamo fermati, e la gomma non è sempre stata pulita.

The big building is the spa. It’s not easy to miss.
The check-in is not in the big Spa Building. Overnighters have to go to the building next door, following the „check-in signs“.
There they inform you that:
- The day of check in you can use the Spa area until 10 pm.
- Day of checkout a delicious breakfast with much variety of cooked and fresh dishes, fruits, juices and coffee and sweets is served from 7-10am.
- If you check out before 10 am you can use the Spa area again until 6pm that day.
- To enter the Spa area you need to go to the big building. You need to let them know your room number and they need your passport / ID card.
- You will get a number for your individual locker. If you are a couple check the ticket with number for sign of female or male.
- You take off your shoes, exchange them for slippers they offer and store your shoes in your locker. You get a key you take inside which is for free.
- You will be led into gender separated changing areas.
- You get a free towel, lounge shirt and shirt pants to change in and sign for it with your key. There is staff to show you how.
- Your key shows your number and area in which your individual locker is located in. There is staff to show you how.
- Inside you first pass a gender separated area. Here you can be naked.
- Then you can leave that area and join the gender mixed area.
- It has 4 levels with indoor and outdoor pools and hot tubs.
- Level 1 has outdoor pools, indoor pools, whirlpools, children’s water park and access to the wave park, which opens 4x a day for half an hour.
- Level 2 is more quiet with healthier whirlpool options.
- Level 3 has sauna houses for free open until 10pm, a movie theatre, KTV, food area and a children play area all open until 9:30pm.
- Level 4 is for private treatments.
In winter the outdoor waterpark/slides „the wave“ and terrace pools are closed due to the cold.
We were surprised of how relaxing the stay at the Spa was. There is many people but the Spa building is amazingly huge and has many different areas to lay down and corners in which it was very peaceful.
Our hotel room „Room Queensize-Bed“ was lovely and the staff very attentive. We ordered ice-cubes, extra water and had pizza delivered to the hotel.
All in all, a wonderful experience, which we will repeat.
