The hotel staff was very helpful . I mistook one of my luggage at the airport and they helped me with calling the airport staff. Clean nice rooms and toilet right across from Shenyang HSR Station !

The aircond is not working and I still feel hot after being in the room for hours and no housekeeping during my stay

I recently stayed at the Shenyang Hotel and had a fantastic experience. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, always ready to assist with a smile. The rooms were impeccably clean and well-maintained, providing a comfortable and relaxing environment throughout my stay. This hotel was nicely located to the Gaotie station and the subway station. I stayed here for 2-3 days and I had no issues traveling around the city. I really liked how clean the room was when I arrived. I booked a business room and it was nice. I had a corner room so I had a nice view and daylight. If I were to come back, I would totally come back to this hotel!

Location is very convenient, opposite Shenyang North Railway station, near Metro station, breakfast is nice.

This was my second time stayed in this hotel . This time chosen city view room . Cleanliness is good but the car horn noises were my only negative point ! Hehe .. easily to access metro line , trains , buses or cabs from the hotel within 300m .On top of that , plenty local foods or restaurants around the area too . My 2nd attempt by walk to Zhongjie took about 40mins whereby people go shopping and foods there .

Great room. Located right across the street from the subway station. Staff was helpful and the room was clean.

Can't get any closer to Shenyang North than right across the street. Several restaurants and a convenience store just outside the hotel for a quick bite. The room was clean. I just wish I had realized there was a non smoking option because the room did smell like smoke for a bit. The staff was friendly though I had little interaction with them beyond check-in/out. And I didn't really make use of the amenities so I can't tell you anything about those. It was inexpensive, clean, and conveniently located. That's all that I needed.

Needed a shirt stay so I didn’t miss my morning train! And to my delight it was a very pleasant stay - friendly staff, clean room and fantastic buffet breakfast! Right opposite the train station, I would definitely go back :D
