I loved staying here when I came to Shenyang. The owner is nice, she is there whenever you need her and always tries to help. As a foreigner, the best way to contact her is text her on wechat with your reservation. Great location and service. Will come back here in future travels.

Uh oh, what can I say for reviewing. Just needed a room for a single night with late check-in and early check-out next morning. Well, thanks God for my fixed schedule! I only thought to leave the room as soon as I got here. A good place to experience some kind of spooky house lol

The host Zhou Hui and her brother were very helpful, kind, and welcoming. The place is near the North Railway station which was perfect for my late arrival and convenient for my departure. There was hot shower and also good AC, refrigerator and water boiler in the room. They let me store my luggage after I checked out until my train in the afternoon, and they helped me navigate the city about some shops I needed to buy some local stuff.

離地鐵站非常近步行2分鐘就是地鐵金融中心d口，拐彎就是寫字樓，民宿在5樓，本來入住2天，結果景點沒逛完，又住了一天，3天時間基本把瀋陽逛完了。離火車站步行10分鐘，很好找，店家姐姐，微信發圖遙控指揮，哈哈，方便 入住時，沒拍照，反正電視📺可以看，空調可用，很暖和，衞生間全自動洗衣機解決了我8天沒洗的牛仔褲👖，電熱水器洗澡，出水大，地漏瞬間下水，作為早出晚歸旅遊者，我覺得挺好。床單很乾凈潔白如新，不是那種很舊的。 推薦入住 對了，從寫字樓出來，右拐有一家劉八兩安徽板麪，媽呀，三天早餐吃的他家的，好吃，建議要細麪圖4…➕海帶1.5，➕豆皮1.5，好吃😋

很棒的住宿 裡面衛生環境很讚，老闆人也很好 讓我們寄放行李，然後很客氣 下次會再來住宿

房東是漂亮熱心的東北姐姐，很樂意提供幫助，房間空間大，乾淨整齊，沒有異味，房價也不貴，地理位置接近瀋陽北站及地鐵，走路約8-10分鐘，出行方便，附近也有許多餐館，如果來瀋陽遊玩，推薦可以訂幸福華府公寓。

房間很好，老闆人也很好。給人一種賓至如歸的感覺。床品舒適無比。交通發達，旁邊就是地鐵站，有機會一定還去

老闆娘十分熱情，服務好，房間乾淨，水很大，地理位置很好很方便，周邊就有個早市，孩子也喜歡，會推薦給朋友

公寓式的房子，設備齊全，離火車站近，大約走10分鐘。公寓老闆是個美女姐姐，人特別好，語氣特温柔。由於第二天是下午16點30的火車，沒有地方可去大包小包的。姐姐説可以延時到15點，旺季，衹收了我們些許錢，解決了燃眉。在此對美女姐姐表示感謝🙏🏻有機會來再住！

房間實在太舒服予休息、隔日差點賴床。 再到瀋陽一定選此公寓入住！ 老闆人很好，有問必答，房內提供了洗衣機毛巾等洗刷用具，剛抵達時、老闆還親自下樓接待，感恩老闆！
