Amazing stay and excellent members of staff, Chloe and Holly were spot on! Can’t fault the service that was provided by them. Breakfast and evening meal was really good, food came in good timing and was also really hot! Excellent rooms also. Would definitely stay again.

There was roadworks outside my room window until 3am which kept me up all night. Not only was it noisy but our room was shaking as well. Maybe bad luck for my family that night but I do believe they should have not allowed people to book the room if it was going to be like this. I won’t be taking my chance again at this hotel just in case as it’s close to the main road.

Nice, clean hotel. This is a great place to stay the night. The meal deal is good value. The restaurant was busy but that the staff, lead by Rachel, were amazing. There was only 3 of them but they worked SO hard. The premier inn are lucky to have such good staff!

Travelled for Ice Skating competition weekend, hotel was fab, clean and staff were super friendly specifically the breakfast staff and room attendants ! Only complaint was the huge hike in price for the Sat night at over £200 ! Extra bed in family room very uncomfortable if travelling as family of 4. Great for access to Meadowhall shopping mall 👍

We used the other pillows supplied in the room. I needed to be a bit higher in the room to sleep. Car parking good. Handy for Meadowhall if you want to visit. Lots of choice to eat at shopping centre. Walk in showers would be an improvement for the hotel.

Stayed for two nights for a university visit. Well up to usual good standard of a Premier Inn. Spotlessly clean. Friendly staff. Very good breakfasts; only minor quibble was that the plates were not kept warm so the hot food cooled too quickly.

Chloe in reception was very welcoming and helpful. The room was well prepared and clean. Breakfast was tasty and cooked well. The noticeable feature of the hotel was the staff. Every single person we met had a warm smile and a polite word to say. From reception to restaurant to the cleaning staff and just meeting a team member on the stairs, each person was so friendly. Well done to the Meadowhall staff… you made our stay memorable

Standard Premium Inn so no frills as expected. Room was clean and functional. Very spacious room, had everything I needed. What stood out for me from other Premier Inns I have stayed at was the super friendly helpful staff, both from checking inn to breakfast to checkout

Hotel in a good location opposite Meadowhall shopping centre and for Sheffield city centre. Our room was at the rear of building and was fine even when the occasional train rumbled past. A shaver point in the bathroom would have been good and a separate recycling bin, other wise all fine. The bed, pillows, lighting, tv were all good. Evening meal and breakfast were good as were the staff Angela and Holly.
