Il servizio è stato molto buono. Quando sono arrivato alla stazione, mi hanno accolto e mi hanno aiutato con i bagagli. Mi hanno anche dato una crema per le mani. Quando sono andato via, mi hanno anche dato un souvenir. Si trova in un vicolo vicino alla porta nord, molto tranquillo e senza rumori. La colazione è semplice, il servizio è molto buono, tornerò qui la prossima volta! ! ! Nessuna promozione di gruppi turistici

L'hotel è stato decorato in stile tibetano. È vicino alla città vecchia di Shangrila, alla porta nord. Puoi chiamare l'hotel per farti venire a prendere alla porta nord o puoi chiedere all'hotel di venirti a prendere all'aeroporto di Shangrila o alla stazione ferroviaria di Shangrila. C'è un trasporto gratuito per portarti all'aeroporto.

One of the things I was most looking forward to on this trip was returning to the hotel in the evening, sitting by the fireplace and being handed a hot tea with yak milk. No such thing was going on. But the staff were numerous and ready to help our with any request. They kindly arranged to take us on their motortuck with our luggage to the North Gate which was 150 m from the hotel, and called a Didi for us (local Grab or Uber) as we were not able to register with this service. The room was spacious and decorated with charm. The staff did not want to switch the air-conditioning on because it was dripping. It went a bit cold in the night. Sockets thoughtfully placed by the bedside. No fridge. No hand towels. Ask for the right TV remote.

We had a comfortable stay there. Location was central and just a short walk from the Dukezong North Gate. We could easily find food and shops around Dukezong Ancient Town. Staff were friendly and allowed us to store our luggage for a few days as we were travelling to another town. There was also a cute cat named dudu. Cleanliness can be improved, we found a half drunk cup on the table in our room upon check-in. There can be more variety of options for breakfast as well.

Overall satisfied with this hotel. The front desk very helpful and nice, she helped us to order food from 美团.The location is awesome.

The price is quite expensive not worth it

Location is good, near north gate. Good service with airport transfer. In bahtroom, water drain is not qood (8608) The carper feels dusty

Khách sạn nằm n*** phía trong gần cổng Bắc của cổ trấn. Có dịch vụ đón khách miễn phí từ ga tàu hoặc sân bay nên rất tiện. Phòng ốc sạch đẹp, thiết kế kiểu nhà cổ truyền thống. Điểm trừ duy nhất là không có máy giặt thôi ạ ^^

เพื่อนๆชาวไทยมาพักที่นี่คุ้มกับเงินที่จ่ายแน่นอน โรงแรมอยู่ในเขตเมืองเก่า ใกล้ประตูทางเข้า เดินเข้าซอยประมาณ 20 เมตร ปากซอยมีร้านกาแฟดีๆคูลๆ ให้นั่งชิลๆ พนักงานดูแลช่วยเหลือเป็นอย่างดี น้องๆให้ของที่ระลึกมาด้วย ในห้องอบอุ่นมาก สไตล์จีน***** เงียบสงบ อาหารเช้าเป็นไข่ต้ม มันนึ่ง ข้าวต้ม ข้าวโพดและชา อ้อ! เดินไปวัดต้าฝอได้สบาย ใกล้มาก

從昆明一路玩下來這個民宿是最滿意的，院子和房間很乾凈整潔風格也很藏式很獨特，前台小哥話少但是很靠譜的感覺，剛到就給了一支護手霜，走時候又給了伴手禮，早上有早餐而且很多樣兒，包括火車站的接送都很令人滿意，感覺在用心做事情，真的很棒哦！

房間很好，客棧也很有風格，主要服務到位，酒店管家（嘉龍）我也不知道管家香格里拉叫啥🤣會提前聯繫我們到達時間然後來接我們，一直幫我們提行李，很熱情，位置也挺好的離高鐵站挺近的，然後就在古城裡麪，逛古城很方便，旁邊四方街有跳舞的值得去感受感受

嘉龍小哥哥人很好，接站，然後還送我們去了松贊林寺，服務簡直不要太好了，客棧也很漂亮木質結構的，很有當地特色，位置也很好，雖然在古城裡麪但是根本不用擔心晚上很吵，鬧中取靜。下回一定還住這裏
