Ho prenotato questo hotel perché ho letto una recensione in cui si diceva che il proprietario fosse molto gentile. Purtroppo non l'ho percepito affatto... una volta arrivati ​​non si riesce a trovare l'hotel perché l'ingresso principale è una porta a vetri accanto a un hotel. Il personale non è accogliente... abbiamo dovuto portare alcuni bagagli da soli. Non c'è l'ascensore come in altri hotel... quindi abbiamo dovuto portare alcuni bagagli quando siamo arrivati ​​in cima. Questo è l'unico 民宿 che serviva la colazione come in una mensa scolastica... "Ehi, i tuoi noodle sono pronti, vieni a ritirarli tu" 🤣. I servizi sono ok... ma la porta del bagno e del water è trasparente, quindi non è adatto per gli amici.

Dishonest Practices, Broken Promises & Unacceptable Stay We had reserved a room at another hotel, but upon arrival, we were unexpectedly redirected to this property without any prior notice or consent. To make matters worse, the welcome fruits that were clearly included in our booking package were never provided. Our experience was unacceptable for multiple reasons: • Unauthorised hotel transfer: We specifically chose our original booking for its prime location and amenities—neither of which were honored. • Missing promised perks: The welcome fruits, which were part of our paid package, were never delivered. • Price discrepancy: Research shows this hotel’s rates are 30% lower than what we paid for our original booking—yet no refund or compensation was offered. • Relentless construction noise: Three active sites surrounded the hotel, with drilling and banging. • Zero accountability: Management ignored all complaints—about the unauthorized switch, missing amenities, and noise—showing complete disregard for guests. This seems intentional: The hotel appears to exploit travelers, particularly those unfamiliar with the area, by baiting them with better properties and perks, then delivering an inferior experience. Final verdict: Dishonest, unprofessional, and outright disrespectful to paying guests. Do not book here—you’ll likely be misled, overcharged, and ignored when issues arise.

Everything was good. The hotel workers give their best to communicate and help in any case.

Room is huge and very comfortable.  Location is walking distance to ancient town, however road is narrow for van to enter.  Upon arrival, fruit basket and hot milk sent to our room.  Design of the hotel is very nice.  Simple breakfast with coffee.

A wonderful couple who owns this Inn, I had a pleasant experience getting airport transfer by the man boss and the lady boss has been great with breakfast. Thank you for your hospitality.

民宿地理位置很好，就在獨克宗古城裡麪，步行就能到，出行便捷提供免費停車場。服務特別好，入住會送歡迎水果和可樂，可樂可以緩解高反很棒！！前台服務周到細緻隨叫隨到，入住行李也是送到房間了，很愉快的一次住宿體驗下次還會再來

這家民宿的房間真的太温馨啦！裝修風格簡約大方，給人一種舒適的感覺。服務很好，提供一次免費接站，房間內的佈置也很用心，床品和衞浴用品都很精緻，讓人感覺賓至如歸。房間的採光很好，總之，是一次非常愉快的住宿體驗😊強烈推薦給大家！

房間很乾凈，和店家圖片一模一樣，設施很新，而且房間內有地暖和吸氧機，完全不用擔心到高海拔地區後身體不舒服。民宿就在獨克宗古城裡麪去古城中心步行衹有幾分鐘，非常方便。民宿會提供接站服務，並且前台小姐姐很熱情服務很周到非常滿意的一次住宿體驗，這次來玩的時間比較短，下次來玩還會再住這裏！
