Very very good service! Will definitely come back when I’m in Shanghai again. Just note that the air conditioning is only for heating during the winter so at some point it was a bit hot. But with the window open it’s still ok.

We had a fantastic stay at Crystal Orange. The hotel was very clean and well-maintained. The staff were excellent, they went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. We enjoyed the breakfast as the food was delicious, and there was a good tea selection. They had a nice selection of loose-leaf tea, usually hotels will just provide tea bags. The hotel bar was another highlight, we liked the beautiful decor. I highly recommend this hotel and wouldn’t hesitate to stay there again if I’m in the area.

The hotel very clean, the location is strategist, also the staff is very nice, they also have a free laundry in level 3 very good for travellers

It is a new building. Huge room, very elegant decor, with fridge and tea set, big windows, some can be opened, everything spotless. 4 bottles 0,5l of water, 0% Coca-cola, Schweppes, coffee and tea every day. There is no additional light to work at the table so to work all the lights in the room need to be on. It is impossible to work while the other person is resting or sleeping. There are 3 huge washing machines an 3 dryers for guests, to use anytime, for free. Amazing breakfast.

Spacious 45sqm room and close to century link mall and MRT station. The room is very clean and big. Overall hospitality was also really good and the reception is very helpful they help to pick my taobao order even before i checked-in. A very very nice hotel in shanghai. Will definitely come here again and recomended it to my friends. Thankyou!

Extended another night here due to typhoon. Friendly and helpful staff, had an amazing stay here!

Very nice and clean hotel. The staff there are also very friendly and helpful. The breakfast selection are superb. The hotel has a high tech robot that can deliver the food to ur room, it is really a Wow effect.

The room was great and comfortable, I recommend it to everyone
