NiceHotel, Spacious room~ Front desk staff and concierge as always provide excellent service, friendly and flexibility~ Breakfast buffet was good and had lots of options which include international and local cuisine. Location was away from city however the hotel do provide shuttle service to train station. Overall, it's a nice experience.

I extended my stay one more night because I really like their rooms as well as their buffet breakfast. All the staff I encountered in this hotel are very hospitable. The room is luxurious, spacious with a nice view. Got a complimentary room upgrade as well. The peacock is exquisitely beautiful located at the very entrance of the hotel’s front lobby. Will come back again.

Hotel is in 30 minutes driving to Pudong. Good environment, green territory. But, windows can be more clean, actually it was dirty. Air conditioner didn’t response to any temperature adjustment and continuously blowed 21-22 C until we shut it down. Very uncomfortable.

They dont offer any charger, which is really poor service

衞生達不到五星水準 晚上洗澡拿起浴袍 肩膀上對外的一面就是一灘污漬 衣櫃是展開式的 阿姨換上去沒看見？二次檢查的沒看見？還是走走過場？最搞笑的是和前台男子反饋這一問題 在那裡搖頭晃腦的 沒有任何答覆 衹是一再表示這不是酒店該出現在問題 這就是五星酒店的員工培訓？看得見的地方這樣敷衍 看不見的呢 不敢想
