È raro trovare un hotel completamente privo di servizio. Non ci è mai capitato di dover spingere un carrello portavaligie fino alla stanza, depositare i bagagli e poi rimandarli nella hall, dove li abbiamo lasciati noi stessi davanti alla porta. Quando abbiamo fatto il check-in c'erano 3 persone in coda e un altro receptionist era impegnato a fare qualcosa con la testa bassa... C'erano 3 macchinette self-service vuote. Ho provato a usare il passaporto e il numero d'ordine del mio amico, ma non ha funzionato. Non c'è da stupirsi che tutti gli altri fossero in coda! Un dipendente in uniforme dell'hotel si trovava nella hall e ha lanciato violentemente due bottiglie di acqua minerale nello stomaco del robot. Non capisco perché quando fai il check-in in un hotel devi scattare una foto del passaporto con il telefono e poi inviarla tramite WeChat. Le informazioni degli ospiti non dovrebbero essere inserite nel sistema? Non voglio nemmeno scattare foto e non tornerò più!

Ha vissuto in Australia per tre anni e a Singapore per cinque anni. Durante questo periodo ho soggiornato in molti alberghi. Questo hotel mi ha entusiasmato fin dal momento in cui sono entrato. Dopodiché sono rimasto davvero deluso. I problemi principali sono questi. 1. Scarso atteggiamento nel servizio, 2. Molti problemi hardware. Innanzitutto, vorrei spiegare che ho alloggiato in una suite e ho chiamato per chiedere un posto letto per la notte nel pomeriggio del check-in. La reception ha risposto dicendo che non sapevano cosa fosse il servizio di riassetto serale e che erano un po' impazienti. Ho detto che dovevo solo rifare il letto, ma quando sono tornato il letto era ancora lo stesso, quindi ho ammesso che, essendo un hotel a cinque stelle, questo servizio non era disponibile. Quando fai il bagno, usa la vasca da bagno. Chiama la reception e chiedi se hanno coperture monouso per la vasca da bagno. L'impiegato alla reception ha risposto che non ne avevano mai sentito parlare e gli ha chiesto di chiedere per me, ma poi non ha ricevuto risposta. Il tappo di scarico dell'acqua della vasca da bagno non può essere controllato dal pannello di controllo dell'acquario. Non è possibile bloccarlo manualmente. Alla fine non servì a nulla. Dopo aver fatto la doccia, ho usato un asciugacapelli per asciugarmi i capelli, ma ho scoperto che non era possibile accenderlo. Mi sono spostato in un altro bagno, ma non riuscivo ancora ad accenderlo. Ho chiamato la reception. Ho detto chiaramente alla reception che l'asciugacapelli non poteva essere acceso e non è mai stato acceso. Alla reception hanno parlato a lungo del fatto che l'asciugacapelli si surriscaldava e si spegneva. Alla fine mi è stato detto che avrei dovuto aspettare un po' prima che mi venisse consegnato. Dopo aver atteso circa dieci minuti, l'asciugacapelli è stato consegnato, ma si è scoperto che ancora non funzionava. Poi mi sono reso conto che le prese di corrente dei due bagni di una suite di un hotel a cinque stelle non erano utilizzabili. Infine, mi sono asciugata i capelli con il phon vicino al letto. L'ultima cosa da fare è ordinare cibo da asporto. Prima di arrivare qui, sapevo che questo hotel non poteva avvalersi di consegne tramite robot. La reception ci ha informato che ce lo avrebbero spedito. La reception ha chiamato per informarci che il cibo da asporto era arrivato. Ho detto alla reception che c'era un altro cibo da asporto che mi aspettava. Per vostra comodità, potete aspettare il nostro arrivo e poi spedirlo insieme. Il fattorino successivo mi ha chiamato e mi ha detto che la reception non avrebbe consentito la consegna. Dopo che la reception ha saputo che la stanza era nostra, ci ha detto che potevano consegnarcela. Alla fine è stato consegnato solo il secondo cibo da asporto. Verso mezzanotte sono sceso per prendere il cibo da asporto dal mobiletto fuori dall'hotel. Nel complesso, le suite dell'hotel sono piuttosto confortevoli. È solo che c'erano troppi problemi che hanno reso questa esperienza davvero brutta.

Il rapporto qualità-prezzo non è alto, il prezzo è di oltre 900 a notte. L'ambiente è lo stesso di un boutique hotel e l'atteggiamento del portiere è pessimo. Gioca con il suo cellulare e ignora la porta quando chiede di entrare. Lo stesso vale per la receptionist del turno di notte. Quando gli ho chiesto del posto in cui facevamo colazione, mi ha chiesto di leggere l'introduzione. La qualità del personale deve essere migliorata. L'igiene della stanza è buona, ma il vetro non è insonorizzato. Il rumore proveniente dall'alto è troppo forte e influisce sulla qualità del sonno. Il cuscino è troppo duro e alto. Gli unici articoli da toeletta forniti erano uno spazzolino da denti, nessuna cuffia per la doccia e, cosa più importante, il rumore elevato.

Room is modern, spacious and clean. Location is great too, less than 800m walk to TaiKooLi, a luxurious mall with beautiful architecture. Hotel provides drip coffee and TWG teabags. I was allowed late check-out at 2pm, which was nice! Would be better if the wash basin has warm water, hand washing and teeth brushing with icy cold water is quite a pain. Otherwise it was a great stay, loved the sofa area, floor to ceiling glass window and JBL speaker. The lobby is very colourful with lots of cozy spaces to sit.

Very modern and clean, super friendly staff, big room, excellent facilities (laundry and gym). Only downside was that the internet was a bit patchy, sometimes fine, sometimes slow.

On a very gray and wet weekend in Shanghai, the hotel was welcoming and very comfortable (plus they provided umbrellas for those walking from the hotel to areas nearby, which was nice!). Breakfast as always is generous and staff are polite, professional and approachable. The room was immaculate as it always is, and I always sleep really well when staying here . Overall another very pleasant stay in a hotel that is close to so many excellent locations (NYU Shanghai, Tai-koo-li shopping centre with its many restaurants and high-end shops etc.) and jump-off points for exploring Shanghai .

The hotel is excellent! The staff is very polite and helpful. They can speak English. The restaurant is amazing. The food is very good and the price is reasonable. The breakfast is very diverse and delicious. You will find western and Asian cuisine. The room is spacious and clean. The bed and pillows are very comfortable and the linen is high quality.

Came to visit Disney - great location for anything in Pudong. Facilities very modern and convenient for delivery.

Overall stays was truly great and enjoyable. Room/ bathroom was clean and comfortable. Front staffs was efficient and pleasant. Location is nearby shopping centre and train station. Would consider the hotel for next visit to the city.

The hotel is 7 to 10 minutes walking from Taikooli shopping mall, with plenty of restaurants, both upscale and mainstream. In the same mall there is the Oriental Sports Center Metro Station that will take you pretty much anywhere. The rooms are spacious and comfy, spotlessly clean, and the beds are comfortable but with a set of identically big & hard pillows. That is the only missing star in the rating. The staff is great! So friendly and always looking to help you with a broad smile. Definitely will be staying again!

The staffs are super friendly and efficient. My flight was delayed and without hesitation, they allowed me to check out a few hours after 12noon. It was a tremendous help. Thank you!

This is a lm amazing hotel for business or leisure travel. Ideal location with many shops and restaurants about 10-15 minutes away. Line 11 is close by if you want to travel downtown to experience nightlife.

The hotel is new, clean and modern. It is strategically located only few minutes walk away from a couple modern new malls. The staff service is impeccable. Hotel manager is always attentive and making sure we feel like home. Another big plus for the hotel is its free onsite laundry and gym. Will definitely come back.

Great location, hotel is very new and clean. Staff services is excellent. I will choose it next time.
