È stata un'esperienza straordinaria. Ero lì per festeggiare il compleanno della mia ragazza e lo staff ci ha aiutato con le attività e gli eventi nelle vicinanze. Ci hanno tutti sorpreso con una torta di compleanno incredibile. Ci hanno consigliato una spa di alto livello e ci hanno fornito un sub gratuitamente. Il nostro soggiorno in questo hotel è stato fantastico. Mi hanno aiutato a dare alla mia ragazza il miglior compleanno e lo adoriamo

Situato di fronte a un bel parco e a una bella zona pedonale. Ciò che è stato un po' confusionario è che quasi nessuno in hotel parlava inglese. Forse la persona responsabile di "spa", "palestra" e "piscina" dovrebbe almeno conoscere queste parole per indicare la direzione

Super pulito e in una posizione meravigliosa accanto al Daning Park. Facile da raggiungere anche Hongqiao e il Bund.

My family had a pleasant experience. The breakfast was amazing. The view from our room exceeded expectations. We had a view of the park which had a fountain show at night.

Just there for the night to be close to the circus. The hotel was very busy even when it’s low season. The swimming pool is quite dated. Everything was pretty average except for the breakfast buffet which had a good variety of food.

The bed sheets and cover were smelling wet, it was not comfortable to sleep with that smell, they must take care of the details

Above my expectations. The service, the kindness and attention from the staff is what impressed me the most. Rooms are ok but a bit cold in terms of decorations. Location is good/bad based on your trip’s purpose, in my case was perfect but in general  the hotel is quite far from the city center.

The hotel is very clean and the customer service is amazing, they are very welcoming and helpful The location is favorable The breakfast is great I think the hotel restaurant should improve on the dinner buffet we didn't enjoy it

The hotel is very nice and modern. The room was huge and the water pressure in the shower was amazing. The drinks in the lounge are good but pricey. The food at the breakfast buffet was plentiful, but lacking in flavor.

Me and my friends had a good stay.. but there’s a construction sight near by which makes a lot of noise(6th floor) starting in the early morning… also the location is a little far which makes all transportation take about 30 mins.

Service is one of the top ones I’ve stayed so far, staffs were all super friendly. Good breakfast, nice gym and massive swimming pool. Will surely be my go to stay in Shanghai now!
