Love my stay here in this hotel. The room is really nice, bed is very comfortable, bath tub beside the bed is really relaxing especially while watching TV. Ordered food in my room at dinner time. The food is indeed delicious. They also send different types of fruits on a platter at night which is such a wonderful and generous gesture. Would be great if they can have more choices for their breakfast buffet. Overall stay is amazing. I will come back for sure.

I was able to do early check in and late check out. Room facilities are ok. Except there was nothing in the refrigerator .The front desk staff are really nice and polite and professional. Executive lounge is basic compared to others in shanghai. Free parking space. Above all my stay was satisfactory.

The hotel environment is Nice, and the waiters are very warm and thoughtful, especially Kenny and Simon at the front desk! The breakfast bread and coffee are very good. It can be seen that the western chef is very attentive.And after looking at the hotel, there is also a shuttle bus to pick up and drop off Disney 🚌, which is very convenient!

給孩子選了小馬寶莉主題房，果然沒讓我們失望。房間佈置很漂亮，拍照很出片，孩子很喜歡，拍照比平時配合多了。 酒店服務也很棒，我們有去迪士尼來回班車接送，回來的時間本來按規定是21：30，但煙花21：30才結束，要還童車，要走出園區，所以班車一直等到22：15，還幫我們出了多餘的停車費。感謝酒店貼心的服務！

中優萬豪是這片區域最好的酒店，幾年來這裏都會住這邊，各類設施狀況保持良好，服務也非常好。早餐品種豐富，泳池也很nice，晚上九點帶孩子去遊了一會兒，説十點結束，服務員就一直在更衣室門外等着我們弄完，也不催，非常感謝！ 到迪斯尼有接送班車，酒店邊上有星巴克和麥當勞，衹是沒有大的商業廣場，需要打車五分鐘到新場別的區域才行。

就是衝著小馬寶莉房間去的 訂的套餐 有早飯 和中式晚餐 性價比很高 2大一小吃不完 帶了2盒卡去拆 2盒都出了黑貝 都是橫版 主角光環 周邊古鎮也可以逛逛 下次天冷在來住變形金剛主題房

酒店設施很好，環境乾淨，禮賓經理Alex提前聯繫我幫我準備好了房間，特別滿意。行政酒廊用餐體驗很棒，有顏色非常好看的特調雞尾酒，酒廊經理Freya熱情周到，這次不虛此行，都很滿意！

特意定的主題酒店，服務很好還送了早餐，和前台講了是用來拍照用的，給了我們最大的一間，特別好！！有空間放燈具拍的很爽 tf的主題元素也很多，狠狠愛了，小哥給我們送進房間的還幫忙提道具（單手提兩把大劍太猛了哥👍🏻） 除了外賣不能送上來有點不方便，主題房離的有點遠，要走很長一個走廊。 還有電視機不能投屏，本來想着能一邊拍攝一邊播變4呢，有點小遺憾。

房間非常好，我們住在 17 樓，視野開闊無遮擋，非常安靜，有很大的落地玻璃，，光線也非常好，早餐很好吃，還有現磨咖啡，不錯不錯，野生動物園很近，現在天熱可以夜遊的
