Overall it was ok. Breakfast was ok. But I was surprised that room service ends at 12am though when they claimed that F&B is 24/7. Service was ok but the staff don’t understand English generally. I called to get ice cubes but they sent me water instead.

Love my stay here in this hotel. The room is really nice, bed is very comfortable, bath tub beside the bed is really relaxing especially while watching TV. Ordered food in my room at dinner time. The food is indeed delicious. They also send different types of fruits on a platter at night which is such a wonderful and generous gesture. Would be great if they can have more choices for their breakfast buffet. Overall stay is amazing. I will come back for sure.

I was able to do early check in and late check out. Room facilities are ok. Except there was nothing in the refrigerator .The front desk staff are really nice and polite and professional. Executive lounge is basic compared to others in shanghai. Free parking space. Above all my stay was satisfactory.

The hotel environment is Nice, and the waiters are very warm and thoughtful, especially Kenny and Simon at the front desk! The breakfast bread and coffee are very good. It can be seen that the western chef is very attentive.And after looking at the hotel, there is also a shuttle bus to pick up and drop off Disney 🚌, which is very convenient!

酒店超乎我的預期，位置絕佳，我們去迪士尼，野生動物園，新場古鎮都很方便。不過最讓我滿意的是，裝修讓人舒服，大堂古樸典雅，房間乾淨整潔，床品很舒服，服務人員耐心又專業，點贊！總之，再來上海玩，我依然會選擇中優萬豪。

酒店地處上海郊區，外部環境空曠，空氣新鮮。酒店整體偏商務型。定的小馬寶莉主題房在酒店三層，房間很大，整個樓層都是小馬主題。入住即刻贈送小馬蛋糕和房卡。標房的床尾和擺設都是小馬主題。一樓的中西混合餐造型考究，擺盤適合入照。期待更完美的小馬主題呈現！

很愉快的一次入住體驗，離新場古鎮很近，就幾分鐘的車程。酒店環境很贊，符合五星級酒店標準。特別喜歡他們的自助早餐，內容風度，品種繁多，風味佳。我因為🈶鼻炎，提早致電要求空氣凈化器，也提早放入房間。房間內的浴缸很贊，可以邊看電視邊泡澡，唯一缺點就是電視機不能投屏，但瑕不掩瑜 下次還是會選擇入住

住過幾次，體驗非常好，除了早餐，還送行政酒廊的簡單晚餐，周邊附近沒有很近的商業街，所以真是解決了吃飯的大問題。開車到迪斯尼大概二十分鐘，距離不遠

設施尚可，周邊配套欠佳。入住小馬寶莉酒店，整體感受喜憂參半。 酒店位置較為偏遠，周圍商場已倒閉，周邊配套匱乏，購物休閑選擇有限。不過，它隸屬於萬豪旗下，設施配備還算不錯，房間整潔舒適，能滿足基本住宿需求。周邊有古鎮和動物園，為出行增添些許趣味，但距離迪士尼有一定距離，交通稍顯不便。 酒店的游泳池水温較低，成人池水冷，小童戲水池温度尚可，適合小朋友玩耍。餐飲方面，晚餐套餐味道平平，醉蝦不新鮮，反饋後未得到妥善處理，令人意外。早餐品質一般，班尼克蛋製作簡陋，遠不及家中水準，實在難以令人滿意。 綜合來看，小馬寶莉酒店設施尚可，但周邊配套不足，餐飲體驗欠佳，服務響應有待提升。若對周邊環境和餐飲品質有較高要求，建議謹慎選擇。

小盆友超喜歡的小馬寶莉 主題房很好看 就是離大堂有點遠 在三樓 要穿過宴會廳 私密性不錯 進樓道門要刷房卡 這次入住人不多。室內的恆温泳池在B1層 一點不冷 有小童泳池 温度高一些 大泳池水稍冷一點 泳池外還有小朋友玩的地方。周邊商業區好像關門了 退房後新場古鎮兜了一圈車程10分鐘
