Le camere loft sono spaziose e abbiamo prenotato due unità con camere doppie. Tuttavia, il servizio era scadente. Non abbiamo ricevuto il cambio degli asciugamani, né la pulizia né lo sgombero dei bidoni della spazzatura per 3 giorni durante il festival degli gnocchi. I ventilatori del bagno e della toilette non funzionavano affatto e abbiamo ricevuto feedback ma non è stato fatto nulla. Deludente

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The apartment is conveniently located, close to the metro, and also close to the Hongqiao Railway Station if you want to take day trips to Suzhou or Hangzhou. The rooms were all spotlessly clean! There was AC in the bedroom which was important to us, traveling in August ... Also a ton of food options around the mall, it was hard to choose where to go get delicious food. We even received some snacks upon arrival, which was very thoughtful and nice.

Exceptional Stay! My stay was fantastic. The staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive, making check-in smooth and efficient. The room was spotless, comfortable, and well-equipped with all the amenities I needed. The location was perfect—close to major attractions yet peaceful. The hotel’s facilities were excellent, and the customer service truly stood out throughout my visit. I highly recommend this place and will definitely return!

It’s a home away from home. Owner is kind and responsive and very accommodating to our requests. Location is super convenient. Will like to stay here again especially if we need to access Hongqiao area.

Location is great, above shopping center complex and within waling distance to another new shopping mall across the road. Many food outlets around, starbuck, kenticky, cafe and chinese cuisine and a small convenient shop. Room: low ceiling got hit a few times against the ceiling light. Overall very clean, no smell, above average 3 star hotel. aircond. Toothbrush, towels. Put your owm rubbish out the room in the morning.Great place for taking a break before carry on your travel via Hongqiao Train station or domestic airport. Warning Hongqiao train station is always crowded with thousands of passengers.

Good location within walking distance next to large malls. Plenty of food choices.

設施：該有的設施都有，還有洗衣機，廚房裡麪還有杯子 超級貼心 衞生：一進來就感覺挺乾淨的，不像其他地方的loft，住的也挺舒服 環境：可以看到日出，跟好朋友徹夜暢聊後在沙發上還看到了日出，太幸福了 服務：老闆人很好，會告訴你怎麼進房間以及點外賣的地址 推薦大家來試一下，性價比特別高

非常滿意的一次住宿！酒店最大的優勢就是位置絕佳，直接連通購物中心，吃飯逛街超級方便。房間又大又乾淨，設施很新也很齊全。老闆人特別貼心，還提供了免費的行李寄存服務，解決了我們最後一天的大問題。強烈推薦！

訂的9樓的房間 這個房間視覺超好 床也軟 還有喝茶的陽台上 獨立的廚房 樓下好多吃的可以 喝點小酒 位置很方便 離地鐵也很近 衞生：乾淨衞生 服務：服務態度也非常的好 環境：環境也非常的好視野明亮，風景好 設施：設施建築也非常完善而且也非常的新、乾淨

衞生打掃得很乾凈 客服有求必應 loft形式真的好愛 跟家一樣 該有的都不缺 還有個專門放行李被子的地方 不錯 離萬象城也比較近 和朋友走幾分鐘路就到了 方便逛街[強] 下面有燒烤店 味道也很好吃

位置在愛情海 要從 1-c 樓進去 位子也很好找 客服也會耐心告知位置 不的不説這個房間空調真足 吹幾分鐘就感覺冷了 床睡的也很舒服 阿姨打掃的也很乾凈 這價位也中規中矩。下次機會會推薦給朋友

位置在愛琴海 旁邊就是阿拉城 一下樓有好多吃的 辦理入住也會有前台帶上去訂的房間 房間衞生也乾淨 榻榻米很大夠睡好幾個人的 樓下也有做飯的 loft形式 洗衣機還自帶烘乾功能[強]
