Great stay! Excellent location, thoughtful service — highly recommended. I recently stayed at the Renaissance Shanghai Pudong Hotel (Yingchun Road) during a business trip, and the experience was truly satisfying. The location is excellent, right next to Century Park and close to the metro. It’s easy to get to Longyang Road and the Shanghai New International Expo Centre. Plenty of restaurants, shopping malls, and convenience stores nearby make everything easy and accessible. The room was spacious, clean, and quiet, with a very comfortable bed. The décor is business-friendly and elegant, with great attention to detail — you can feel the quality throughout your stay. My room included complimentary breakfast, and it honestly exceeded my expectations. The buffet had a wide range of Chinese and Western options — fresh fruit, oatmeal, made-to-order noodle and egg stations, and more. Service in the dining area was quick, friendly, and efficient. One of the highlights of my stay was the genuine hospitality. The front desk staff were professional and welcoming, check-in and check-out were smooth, and housekeeping was meticulous and consistent. Overall, this is a reliable, comfortable, and well-managed five-star business hotel. Whether you’re traveling for work or a short break, it offers excellent value — I would definitely stay again.

This is my second time here. First stay was with friends and this time I brought the whole family. We found yet another fantastic value-for-money staycation spot. The kids had a blast in the pool, mom enjoyed some relaxation in the sauna and steam room, and dad appreciated the spacious upgraded room. The breakfast was a hit with everyone. A big shoutout to Johnny at the front desk for his warm, welcoming service with a smile.

The location of the hotel is fantastic. The facility is clean and service is good.

The hotel staff is friendly and front desk is very helpful. The rooms are old and there is tremendous dust under the bed a sign that the cleaning is minimal. The carpets are old and stained.  I wish they would change the carpets to laminate and get rid of decades-old dusty carpets like mire modern hotels have done.  Also I don’t recall anyone making our beds or vacuuming the room though we were there for days. I love the location as it’s quiet and easy to get around. This hotel has lots of potential and great employees but the cleaning has to be better.

Everything is comfy, staff very helpful, location is not far from the center, very quiet and nice place.
