Ho soggiornato qui per una settimana, sono andato a Ningbo due volte, sono tornato ieri sera e ho soggiornato di nuovo all'Oriental Hotel. È sempre la solita vecchia storia. Sono molto soddisfatto dell'eccellente rapporto qualità-prezzo dell'hotel, delle camere di lusso, della deliziosa colazione e dell'entusiasmo del personale alla reception. Oggi sono tornato a Pechino in auto. Infine, vorrei ringraziare tutto lo staff dell'hotel.

The room was ok relatively clean, the carpet was badly stained!! A/C worked fine, bed ok  the shower drain blocked and became a footpath. The biggest Lie in there advertising was the pick up drop of at Pudong airport!!’ I booked for 2 nights as I was arriving at 5 am and flying out at 9pm so needed the room for 2 days, I notified them of this with my flight details, times etc  and thst I would require pickup. I purchased an e sim so I could ring them from the airport to give them 1 hours notice as the specified, the reception girl did not speak English!! I then got information gentleman in the airport to ring for me and translate to me, after his call he tells me they will come after 11am??? I was at the airport after a 11 hr flight and it was just after 6am. I then got dropped to the  hotel at my cost so I could have breakfast and sleep. When I arrived  through the receptionist translation phone I asked her to confirm that I will get a lift back to the airport  at 5-30 pm her response was just come down notify me and wait for car for 10 minutes.  I came down later to go to airport and  she tells me no car available you have to pay for taxi do you have Alipay, no I said  then she asked do you have card  on your phone again I said no and she said you have to pay as we don’t have car in the afternoon only morning when I couldn’t get one??! I asked her to get a taxi as I needed to get to the airport but I had no way of paying, she did organise that and taxi did not ask for payment.  To me I it seemed like a massive scam after they advertise pick up drop off included free!!  When I told her I couldn’t pay I think  she realised I was calling her on it as a rip off of tourists and particularly non Chinese speaking ones.  Breakfast consisted of Chinese food no coffee or tea facility.

My rating could go a bit lower but hotel made its best to shuttle me to airport. So I did what I could. I picked this hotel by looking reviews by others; it seems that the hotel responded to each of the comments among which many were quite negative by promising to make the necessary corrections. So one night stay put much closer to airport next day. Two specifics to point out, one is that the hotel address is mis-spelled in English so that impossible to locate it; another is that it's a bit misleading to label rooms as sea-viewing or night viewing. I did a short jog the next morning, about a km toward the sea, being told a marsh land but did not sea at all. Also breakfast is worthless, almost, which would be nice to tell ...btw, like the effort locals are making to cut carbon emissions...

너무 친절해요 중국여행은. 상해가 처음인데 너무 좋았어요. 조식도 좋았어요. 다음에 제대로 상해을 여행한면 여기로 옵니다. 가성비 최고.

這是一間老酒店了，早餐贈送挺好的，大人小孩都很喜歡，不足的就是酒店衹提供兩瓶冰露水另外加冰露的水還要格外收費，收費還要2元，冰露應該是賣的最貴的了，還不如免費客人會開心點

性價比很高，價格不貴住的不錯還有浦東機場接送機服務和早餐，送機最早臨晨3點多就有很適合第二天坐浦東機場早班機預訂。就是早餐開餐時間有點晚，7點才開餐，去浦東機場坐早班機趕不上早餐。且酒店位置很偏，附近基本沒有什麼參觀超市，最近的地鐵站也要走兩公里多，如果是來上海觀光旅遊那這裏可能就不太合適。

房間設施還可以，不是很舊的那種，枱麪和床品衞生不錯，地面是鋪的地毯，衞生不太行，熱水挺好的。早上的送機班車是拼車。

嘿，這家酒店的房間真是不錯呢！傢俱擺設挺考究的，而且價格特別親民，性價比超級高的説！最棒的是他們還提供免費早餐和接送服務，簡直不能再好了吧？推薦給大家噢👍！

好的點 有免費的接機 機場去酒店非常快 自助早餐 空調熱 洗澡水OK 不好的方面 酒店隔音非常差 凌晨四點隔壁四五個長者瘋狂輸出 然後電視劇遙控是壞的 打了男客服電話 説沒有辦法 就沒有然後了 客房服務差 牙刷都是前台自取的 角落裡還有前面洗漱物品沒打掃乾淨 這個客服是真的糟糕 打了電話應該留個微信啥的 就説讓我們去二號客運大樓P2一層H6等 最後到那個集合點才讓我提供電話 還好接機順路 半夜凌晨還算湊合 對得起這個房間價格吧 很便宜的 然後門口就是47路公交車 去凌空路地鐵口非常方便

下飛機入住的，到固定地點有車接，但是地方不好找，上海機場太大了 浦東機場接送機服務:有專車接送 設施：很齊全 衞生：很乾凈 環境：很好，無可挑剔 服務：前台很熱情

趕早班機去住一晚，半夜才到。沒有不乾淨，就是設定陳舊點，畢竟年代久了，但是性價比絕對是最高的。100多點要什麼汽車啊。接機師傅也不錯，沒想到大巴車都坐滿了，5點多都是趕早班機的人。前台姑娘態度也很好。以後如果坐浦東飛機還住這家，來不及拍照，倒頭就睡了
