This was a terrible experience. I can understand that it is a economic accomodation, but this doesn't mean that it cannot be neat and clean. It was very dirty when we arrived. No proper towels-hand wash-soap/ shower gels was provided and this is insane. The room was smelling very bad. The location is good but the direction to the hotel reception was not given. Actually the map in the iphone could not navigate to this place. Trip should seriously consider this issue. I don't recommend this place to anyone.

The room was just enough for 2, but there was some mold on the wall. We are out for most of the day, so we didn’t mind too much, as the price was pretty good. The staff was very kind and assisted us well.

這家店坐落在一棟廢舊大樓的裙樓。設施非常簡陋，衞生條件很差。日常也見不到服務人員，在一樓服務窗口衹有一個“一問三不知”的小姑娘。房間衞生間、玄關、窗口有很多漏水處。蚊蟲、蟑螂隨處可見。衞生間有一股濃烈的潮濕發黴氣息。一次性水杯、拖鞋，自己不去在服務枱要，根本沒有、也沒人管。被褥時常是潮濕的。最讓人生氣的是，
前期訂房時，攜程客服以及店家電話承諾，客人隨時可以續租或者退房。早上接到一條“住友酒店集團”發來的續租短訊，到前台交錢時，卻告知我們的房間已經賣了，沒有相同的房型，必須退房或者交錢升級商務房，客服人員態度極其惡劣、囂張。整體體驗很差，建議旅友繞行！

最差的一次入住體驗，被罩是破洞的，床頭小桌子不平整，地板上翹，衞生間沒有門把手，淋浴間發黴。
工作人員更換被罩還抱怨“這不能蓋嗎”
簡直是無語，感覺是入住69元的房間

我住過最臟的酒店沒有之一，不過有一説一，價格在上海這個地段來説真的便宜，但是酒店是真的臟，非常臟，感覺都是陳年老灰，估計也就是換換被子，馬桶也臟，定之前忘了看評價，房間應該是沒人打掃
