Abbiamo soggiornato qui all'inizio del nostro viaggio e non avrebbe potuto essere più perfetto. Il B&B era ben tenuto e decorato, offrendo molti momenti fotografici. Infatti, sono così orientati agli ospiti che il servizio di couverture includeva il riscaldamento del letto e del pavimento. Poiché viaggiavamo con tempo freddo, ci ha dato la conclusione perfetta della serata. Abbiamo anche fatto il check-in e siamo andati al ristorante su una barca, rendendolo un'esperienza Zhujajiao completa. Tutto il personale era contattabile tramite wechat per soddisfare le nostre esigenze o fornire consigli. Sono stati anche molto cordiali, ci hanno preparato il tè e si sono seduti per una chiacchierata. Mia moglie e io siamo stati molto ben nutriti non solo attraverso il tè pomeridiano gratuito e la colazione, ma anche gli spuntini che ci sono stati messi in camera. Anche il trasferimento una tantum da o per una località vicina ci ha aiutato ad alleviare qualsiasi stress legato al trasporto poiché se ne è occupato il personale.

Totally worth it to stay at this hotel. They provide transfer services by boat from the nearest car drop off point and the experience is just amazing! Everyone at the hotel is super nice and friendly. Even old school toys are provided to keep the kids entertained. Cherry Blossom Tree was in full bloom and it kept snowing petals. The room was amazing. Snacks, fruits and tea were included. Toiletries were provides. I will definately come back to stay at this hotel again 1 day. Really amazing experience. Probably 1 of the best experience I every had. Lastly, do top up to have your breakfast on the boat. That was also a 1 of a kind experience!

My stay was fantastic! The hotel's design is stunning, transforming beautifully with different lighting day and night. Every detail is an aesthetic joy. The service was excellent; the staff were friendly, helpful, and attentive, with English speaker available. They went above and beyond by arranging cheaper transfers, taxis, and even a photoshoot, ultimately saving me money. The attention to detail was remarkable, with little gifts like facial masks and serums in the bathroom, and a constantly serving hot pot of Chinese tea paired with fresh fruit. Highly recommended! Beautiful place!

The best part of my Shanghai China trip. The entire place was like organic: wood, cotton, linen, iron, bamboo, stone - all hand carved, solid pieces furniture and bedding. Slippers, goody bag for skincare and pajamas were all included. The rooms were massive suites and gorgeous ancient Chinese style apartments. Included snacks and tea service. The service was stellar, absolutely stellar. included was a huge omakase breakfast, afternoon tea set, hanfu costume and picture studio session, and several canal boat rides which were lovely and picturesque. I want to go back! The shops were half priced everything compared to Shanghai. Not too crowded either so easy to walk.

An oasis of calm in the middle of the old water town. Fascinating decoration, high quality upholstery and modernization of a historical building make this a comfortable, calming place to relax and take a break.

A very atmospheric tradition accommodation. Was pleasantly surprised at the level of service provided. Place was very clean and concierge was very hospitable. Boat services provided when we want to go for breakfast and afternoon tea.

It was a wonderful trip for me. I enjoyed both the ancient town and the hotel incredibly. I had a wonderful weekend. I stayed very comfortably and pleasantly in this hotel with a history of hundreds of years. They restored the hotel incredibly successfully. The staff is friendly, sincere and helpful. There is an endless cycle of treats in the hotel. I don't remember a hotel I enjoyed this much in recent years. I thank myself for choosing this hotel :-)

Hi! It was such a wonderful experience to stay in your well-preserved heritage house. We loved the atmosphere and the silence while watching the hustle and bustle outside. Thanks that you were so nice and friendly to Meimei 🐶. She really enjoyed walking around or resting in the cool entrance hall. The breakfast in the old tea house was very delicious 🤤 We definitely will come back 🥰

An unique & wonderful experience for city dwellers. Place is very beautiful & clean. We never go hungry with all the free-flow snacks & drinks. The boat ritual to bring us to have breakfast is so nice and breakfast is delicious.

Everything about Jingting Inn was absolutely incredible. From the staff meeting us and taking us to the Inn, to the welcome snacks and drinks and all the intricacies and attention to detail that the owners put towards making our stay perfect. The Inn itself is magical and the room is very beautiful, with all the amenities you could ever need. The staff are courteous and polite and try their best to give you the most unforgettable experience. My only regret is that we only stayed 1 night, next time I'm going to stay for at least 3 nights.

下雨天民宿派豪哥來接我們，很重的行李扛上橋，特別就業，環境也古色古香，阿姨還給我們放了冷煙花，店裡麪的小貓小狗也特別受小朋友喜愛。第二天江南第一樓的早餐特別漂亮，划船送我們去，小朋友吃了很多
