Recensioni su Shanghai Mulan Mansion Hotel (Pudong Airport)

Il nome dell'hotel quando ho effettuato la prenotazione era Mulan Mansion Boutique Hotel. Ho effettuato la prenotazione perché diceva che avrebbe aperto nel 2023. Tuttavia, dopo aver esaminato la navigazione, ho effettuato il check-in al Lichen Ruixuan Hotel. Ho chiesto alla reception e hanno detto che è stato fuso. L'arredamento, l'ambiente e l'odore all'interno della casa non assomigliano a quelli di una casa appena aperta. Dopo aver controllato, ho scoperto che questo Lichen Ruixuan è stato aperto nel 2016. Vendi carne di pecora con carne di cane e inganni i consumatori. Ho pubblicato delle foto come riferimento. Il personale è stato molto gentile e il servizio è stato molto buono.L'autista che mi ha lasciato all'aeroporto mi ha anche aiutato a spostare le valigie sul carrello, il che è stato molto premuroso.

Appena entrati nella stanza abbiamo visto il tappo di una bottiglia di acqua minerale, non so se perché la zia non l'ha visto mentre la puliva o perché era lì, il bagno è molto piccolo e si affaccia sul letto. Il servizio era pessimo. Al momento del check-in, l'atteggiamento era pessimo. Siamo tornati in camera alle 12.00. Ho chiamato la reception e ho chiesto un pettine. Mi sono svegliato alle tre del pomeriggio e ancora non mi è stato consegnato.Ho la sensazione che il servizio sia veramente scadente e l'igiene dell'ambiente nella media.

Il servizio di ritiro e riconsegna dell'aeroporto è stato molto buono. Il letto king size business è stato prenotato e il letto king size normale è stato fornito dalla reception. Erano passate le 23 di sera e non continuavo a cambiare stanza. La stanza aveva un cattivo odore. Il tappeto era troppo sporco per poterlo calpestare. Anche l'aria condizionata non funzionava.

La stanza è molto vecchia, il corridoio è buio, il bagno non è per nulla pulito, puzza di urina, non ci tornerò più

La stanza ha un forte odore di muffa e non è pulita. Come si fa a prendere così tanti voti alti? La colazione è pessima. A parte il fatto che è leggermente più vicino all'aeroporto, non c'è alcun vantaggio.

Transit in Shanghai for 17hrs - good location as its close to airport, points for free shuttle pickup and drop off. The shuttle didn’t have the english name of the hotel so it was difficult/almost impossible to find the bus- had to ask every single bus that came cause I don’t read Chinese. Most of the workers don’t speak English. The room however was clean and spacious. It was an ok experience.

I loved the hotel. I was once locked out of the room, the nice lady at the reception came and unlocked the door for me. The hotel was clean and quite. Highly recommended.

Good location, near the airport. Laundry service. The dryer doesn't dry well so, if you need to do laundry, make sure you have some time for your clothes to get dry. Nice people. And we'd like to say our special thank you to miss Li. Young lady that helped us a lot and provided us with the best service. Thank you for your help and for coffee early in the morning, that's what we did need that day before our long flight.

Overall the room it's pretty good , pretty wide and cleanliness ,but the room full of the smell of cigarrettes.

Overall, my wife and I enjoyed the stay. The room decoration is probably old and the lights were dim. Everything else was good. We appreciate the staffs friendliness and helpfulness. There were many restaurants and eateries within walking distances.

This hotel has nice large rooms and offer airport pickup. Impressive

價格合理，房間也大。照片看着亮，實際燈光昏暗，房間設施地毯太老舊了，床單下面有很多頭髮沒打掃乾淨，有點味道。一個人有點害怕睡不着，走廊黑暗有點可怕。早餐還可以。

趕飛機，找了家近的，挺好找的 還有早餐，房間雖然有點微老，但是整體還不錯，主要性價比挺高的，很便宜了，不追求高檔環境的可以住
