Hotel Crowne Plaza a Shanghai

La posizione dell'hotel è impeccabile. Si trova proprio sulla via pedonale Nanjing Road, molto comoda per lo shopping notturno. Nei dintorni di Shanghai ci sono molti negozi imperdibili, raggiungibili in soli cinque minuti a piedi. Anche la stazione della metropolitana e quella degli autobus sono molto vicine, quindi è comodo andare ovunque. Anche il servizio dell'hotel è molto buono. La prossima volta che verrò a Shanghai prenoterò di nuovo!

在上海建工浦江皇冠假日酒店的住宿體驗非常愉快。酒店地理位置優越,交通便利,周邊設施齊全。房間寬敞明亮,裝修豪華典雅,設施齊全,服務周到。酒店的服務人員態度熱情,解答問題耐心細緻。早餐種類豐富,口味地道。總體來説,這是一次非常滿意的住宿體驗,性價比高,值得推薦。

Good location and near hotel many entertaiment place and many good restaurant and shopping mall , i will stay again

Sono stati soggiornati molte volte, mi sento particolarmente buono, le attrezzature sono molto nuove.Il cibo del ristorante è anche molto buono per le operazioni di disco. Le strutture della stanza sono pulite e i servizi della reception sono particolarmente attenti. Gli ospiti si sentono particolarmente buoni con l'intelligenza di fare il servizio di bagaglio. Sono molto soddisfatti del complimento di cinque stelle, specialmente i ragazzi di Guangdong, molto attenti e professionali. Per il suo servizio, dare un grande apprezzamento, tornare la prossima volta, molto soddisfatto.Non posso andare da nessuna parte in questi due giorni, è un lavoro ad un sonnoletto ad un livello profondo. It's a lovely Ski Resort, the snow world and water park are just next door. Very close to the airport but far away from rest of the main attractions. Staffs are friendly and helpful, need to give a special thanks to Jansen who helped with my check in, and prior to my check in he's been very helpful and attentive to all my questions and requests. Gary was another staff I like to give praise to. Then there's another lady but I didn't remember her name. Then there's a gentleman at the lobby, who's very professional, supportive and very patient with my broken Mandarin, who helped me ship out some of our belongings. Mr Dai (戴先生) We stayed for 3 nights, it was a one night stay and eventually we spent the whole weekend at the resort, so didn't get to see Shanghai much. My kid said the world park isn't cold but nothing much to do, mant rides and facilities are shut down (maybe bevause of winter time?) turned into 3 nights, Ski park ticket is 30%+ more expensive during the weekends. I had a terrifying experience at the help desk from the Ski park though, very unprofessional staff. Otherwise, rest are great. Love our room type, the bath tub is basically a mini spring, highly recommend to take a hot bath each night. Nice decor, clean and bright. Nice chilling lobby. Breakfast is wonderful, wide selections. Lunch set and a-la-carte menu are both ok. Dinner buffet sucks though, I will stay away from the dinner buffet if possible! Food are all dried up, crab legs is a joke, food presentation not appealing, not many options. The operations and management of the dining definitely need some work done. Only one dining place, lobby offers refreshment only. But overall, is a great hotel, friendly and supportive staffs, clean, and no smokes!!!!

這是在上海住過的比較滿意的酒店之一。 服務方面：抵達當晚，進門就有工作人員熱情詢問是否需要幫忙拿行李，前台辦理入住非常順利。保潔阿姨搞衞生流程專業、做事細緻、溝通温和舒適，這個要點贊。 硬件方面：我最在意的床墊軟硬適中，對於我這個挑床的人來説，能一夜酣眠實屬不易。聽保潔阿姨介紹，床墊有軟硬兩面可選，可根據客人的習慣和喜好選擇用哪一面，不過我覺得默認款就很好。房間乾淨整潔，空調製冷效果好卻不乾燥，隔音優。 地理位置方面：跟復旦邯鄲校區非常近，地鐵站步行5分鐘可達，去感受一下復旦大學的食堂也是很好的

Ho trascorso qui il giorno di San Valentino con mia moglie ed è stato proprio quello che volevamo. Bar meraviglioso, stanza confortevole con una vista davvero fantastica. Si trova in un quartiere super cool con ottimi ristoranti occidentali e asiatici, bar, nelle vicinanze. È stato un giorno di San Valentino perfetto per me e mia moglie.

周邊環境很好，幾步就到夏陽湖，散散步很舒服。附近的吃飯也很方便，酒店設施也不錯，乾淨衞生。就是服務還需要改善，原本訂的就是高級大床房，作為白金卡老會員，IHG郵件説給我升級，前台辦理的時候也説要升級，結果還是原來的房型，問了前台説今天客滿了，就沒有下文了，關鍵是我提前了好多天就預訂了。送的水果也沒有下文了，不知道是流程不熟悉還是服務跟不上。

I stayed here after completing my government mandated quarantine. The gentleman who checked me in was lovely. However, there was absolutely no help with luggage — getting to or from the qt side to the “regular side” or even getting it up and down from my room, which was VERY far away from the front desk. I called down to guest services for assistance and none came after 30 minutes and I had to bring it down in two separate trips on my own. The regular room was a lovely suite and the bed was comfortable. I wish I had stayed in that room for my qt. The a/c is not on in common spaces.

Un ottimo hotel per soggiornare, se sapete come andare intorno è facile arrivare all'hotel con il treno dall'aeroporto internazionale di Shanghai pudo all'aeroporto di Hongqiao , specialmente durante il giorno in cui le condizioni di traffico sono cattive, pregatevi di chiedere un direzione dall'hotel
