I had a really pleasant and enjoyable stay at De Palma Hotel Shah Alam. Overall, I was satisfied with the experience from the moment I arrived until check-out. The hotel is located in a convenient area in Shah Alam, making it easy to access nearby restaurants, shops and other places of interest. The location was one of the things I liked most because it was convenient for both travelling around and getting food. The room was comfortable, spacious and clean. The bed was comfortable, and the room had enough space for me to relax after a long day. The facilities provided were also sufficient for a comfortable stay. I especially enjoyed the swimming pool, which was a nice place to relax and spend some time with family and friends. The hotel staff were friendly, polite and helpful throughout my stay. The check-in and check-out process was smooth, and the staff were responsive whenever assistance was needed. I really appreciate the hospitality and the effort from the hotel team in making the stay comfortable. The overall environment of the hotel was pleasant and relaxing. I also found the hotel suitable for both business trips and family stays. The atmosphere was comfortable, and there were enough facilities to make the stay convenient. In terms of value for money, I would say the hotel is a good choice for those looking for a comfortable stay in Shah Alam without spending too much. Strategic location. Near by hospital, mamak restaurant & every Saturday Pasar Malam just behind the hotel. Swimming pool just OK for kids.

Affordable room rates with good parking and a nice swimming pool. Rooms generally come equipped with an iron, kettle, and prayer mat (sejadah). Conveniently located in the heart of Shah Alam. It has a great ambiance with a newly renovated lobby and a mini grand piano.

The hotel service was good overall, and the staff responded quickly to requests. We received a towel with an unpleasant smell in the room, but after informing customer service, the replacement was delivered very fast. Appreciate the prompt action and professionalism from the team 👏🏼

De Palma is strategically located and convenient, with easy access to nearby amenities and key areas. However, the overall services and facilities are quite limited compared with other hotels in a similar category. Another downside is the parking, which is mainly in an open area and may be less convenient, especially during hot weather or rain. Overall, the location is definitely its strongest point, but improvements in services, facilities, and covered parking would make the stay much better.

The hotel private car park was very good. The hotel is clean,service good, very near to the place where we want to go.

First of all i do really satisfied with the food here at this hotel restaurant, really good, delicious and achieve all my expectations. The chef really good at it. 👍 For the hotel, comfortable and cleanliness is good. For the staff, staff are friendly. We will stay here again, insyallah tq.

For the price of RM300.27 (after discount frm price RM500) , I think it is not worth it.  Matress very hard & not comfortable to sleep. There is no day curtain which I totally cannot pull aside my curtain which i cannot enjoy the view out side.  At 9am, breakfast almost finish.  Even drinking water not refill at all.  Breakfast time was until 10.30am but 9am nothing left. Who ever came same time with me, just eat what ever left over. Very bad service.
