My stay at the hotel was just nice. While it had free parking and was conveniently located near my meeting place, there were several issues. The water pressure was slow, and the glass in the bathroom was see-through, which was uncomfortable. Additionally, there was a smoking smell coming from other rooms, which was unpleasant.

I found the room to be quite average. The style felt outdated, and the cabinets appeared old and worn out. There's definitely a need for significant improvements in these areas. The breakfast offered was also fairly average, possibly due to the large crowd during my stay.

Customer was excellent.. The room was average.. The swimming pool need to be service and repair.. The towel at the pool was not properly clean.. Can see stains on the towel.. Excellent Customer Service.. Thank you for the late late check out.. Hotel was not bad..

We had a comfortable stay at the hotel. It was recently refurbished so everything was new, including the towels. Our room had the golf course view which added to the wonderful experience. I liked the fact that the rooms are part of the check-in/reception main building so no need for buggies to go back and forth.

La stanza è bella e in esoquezione per l'hotel 5 stelle. Tuttavia, l'hotel deve aggiornare il servizio in termini di registrazione, soprattutto con questo tipo che non è così amichevole. Ho controllato circa le 3:30. Prima l'hotel sembra difficile trovare la mia prenotazione sotto il mio nome, ma poi è stata risolta. Poi il ricevitore mi disse che la stanza non era pronta e io devo aspettare; e disse che mi avvicinerà una volta ricevuto il feedback della casa. Stavo aspettando per 1/2 ora e nessuno mi ha ancora avvicinato. Poi sono tornato al divano per chiedere un aggiornamento. Poiché quel ragazzo era occupato con un'altra registrazione, ho riuscito a parlare con un altro ragazzo che sembrava davvero cercare di aiutarmi. Poi posso vedere questo tizio che si sforza di trovare una stanza pronta ... come la stanza che ha detto pronta è stata presa in ricezione da un altro tizio. ************* è stato finalmente risolto dopo un lungo aspettativo al lobby. Non sono sicuro di aver ricevuto questo tipo di trattamento perché ho prenotato via Trip.com e non direttamente con l'Hotel. Ma poi ho visto tutti gli altri amici che andavano a registrarsi con un altro ricevitore, riuscivano a ottenere la loro stanza subito, anche se stanno prenotando anche tramite altri agenti come ***********, ecc.

Bella stanza, ospite responsabile. Unità di piano alto, che mi dà una grande vista sulla città di Setia Alam. Posizione accanto al centro commerciale di Setia City, a piedi, rendere un soggiorno così conveniente per shopping e cibo. Indubbiamente tornerà. P/s: Deposito rimborsabile RM100.00 è necessario, e ti restituiranno dopo 24 ore dopo il checkout. 👍👍👏👏
