Hotel vicino alla stazione di Sevres Rive Gauche Station a Sevres

Non riesco a immaginare di vivere in un luogo con un pacchetto simile a Parigi.

Where do I start. After travelling nearly 10 hours by car from home and finally getting to the hotel we reached around 7/8pm checked in for our 4 night stay. Went out to grab food from a local restaurant and as we got to our room walking through the hallway this metal grill fell of the wall and onto my foot… my foot started stinging quite bad and we called the receptionist who then came and saw the situation and realised this grill wasn’t screwed into the wall the screws were missing I took my shoe and sock off in front of her and she saw how my foot had swollen quite bad She then ran down and got ointment came to my room and told me to keep it till end of my trip. Next morning soon as I came down they were nice asking how I felt and she could see I was limping slightly but we had bought the Paris pass and had things booked for each I couldn’t ruin my kids holiday. They also advised as it was Sunday the general manager would like to speak to me on Monday as he was aware of the situation On Tuesday whilst out I was getting calls and emails from the hotel. Got back and the manager was chasing me wanting to speak We had a sit down and chat and they felt bad about what happened “good service” I thought He then offered me a partial refund of my stay which I thought was nice seeing as the Paris pass had cost me over £300 and I couldn’t do half the things we had booked Next day on checkout the “issued” the refund and would take a few days Couple days later after checking my acc just over half the amount that was agreed had gone through I emailed the general manager on the same email he sent me, it came back rejected I wrote a separate email- no reply I’ve now gone down the complaints route and if not resolved will be taking legal action RESPOND I will happily change my review if you stick to what you promise

The Jardin de Saint Cloud exceeded expectations! When booking, I had read reviews complaining that it was far from Central Paris, which it true- its in Saint Cloud. So if that is a concern it may not be a fit. However, it was perfect for us! We were visiting friends in Saint Cloud. The Jardin allowed us to take public transit into Central Paris. It is across the street from the T2, a shot walk to one of the M lines, and a VERY steep walk to the L. We easily got to our activities in the city each morning and returned each afternoon in time to visit with our friends for the evening. The rooms were clean and far more spacious than I anticipated (we did book a suite). The pool was great for my 9 year old and breakfast was enjoyable. The staff was friendly and helpful! If we are lucky enough to return to France to visit our friends again, we will 100% book here again!

La maggior parte del personale non parla inglese, ma tratta i propri ospiti con gentilezza. Ha lavorato sodo per aiutarmi a risolvere i miei problemi anche se non riuscivo a comunicare bene. C'è un forno a microonde al 0° piano, quindi puoi comprare cibo pronto e preparare i tuoi pasti, ed era comodo perché c'è una panetteria e un ristorante cinese proprio dall'altra parte della strada. Ci sono negozi dove acquistare tessere Nabigo, negozi di frutta, supermercati e farmacie a 5 minuti a piedi! Anche se la sistemazione e l'ascensore sono piccoli, il prezzo è più basso rispetto ad altri hotel, quindi andrà bene se soggiornate per un breve periodo!

Questo hotel era grande. Il personale era super utile e amichevole. Ho chiesto molte domande e erano più che felici di aiutare. Mi sentivo benvenuto e sicuro. Lo consiglierei sicuramente e lo userò di nuovo. Valore per soldi e camere pulite. Grazie al personale molto standard e brillante.

Il servizio era ottimo, anche se se siete allergici, questo non è l'hotel adatto a voi. Il personale è stato molto gentile e disponibile. Come molti altri hanno già detto, il servizio di colazione è molto buono. È molto vicino alla metropolitana 10, che collega facilmente al centro di Parigi. La zona è tranquilla e sicura di notte. Tuttavia, non appena si va in aria si sente soffocante. Ho dovuto usare le scale per salire in camera mia perché il pulsante dell'ascensore non funzionava e ho iniziato subito a tossire. Le scale non avevano ventilazione e ogni piano aveva un tappeto che puzzava di muffa. L'odore è davvero forte su per le scale e nella stanza in cui ho soggiornato. Ho dovuto dormire con la porta del balcone aperta per alleviare l'odore, ma ho comunque tossito tutta la notte. Ho dovuto usare il mio inalatore ogni notte (lo porto con me per ogni evenienza, ma non lo uso regolarmente). Suggerirei all'hotel di lavare regolarmente le tende e di pulire i tappeti più spesso. Anche per aprire le finestre prima dell'arrivo degli ospiti.

Appartamento hotel nuovo con una splendida decorazione. Purtroppo con il Covid non abbiamo potuto godere della piscina o della sala fitness. Le camere sono grandi e molto ben organizzate. Ci sono tutto ciò che è necessario per cucinare e mangiare. Lettera di qualità. Personale molto gentile. Posso solo consigliare.

Manca solo una piccola bollitrice, altrimenti camera e personale molto piacevole
