Great location decent hotel but room for improvement. The location is excellent right beside and almost on top of the cathedral. It is quite boutique and small but with many “attachments”. The rooftop bar which is really two bars is a major draw for guests and non residents alike. It is has a separate gelato bar, a restaurant “al lado” and a tapas bar next door all of which are good. There is a second residents bar (the corner bar) on the ground floor of the hotel and a dedicated small rooftop bar with pool (really a lap pool) for residents only. So it has lots of stuff. The rooms are decent and well appointed if a little quirky and the beds very comfortable. Some rooms have their own terraces. The breakfasts are very good and overall the staff are friendly and attentive. So that all sounds great and it is. So where’s my issue. Well I think it’s down to there being enough staff. When the rooftop bars are in full swing getting staff to come to the residents rooftop bar is tricky and slow and given the popularity of the open rooftop bars it’s often crowded there should residents wish to use these bars. Oddly enough on one wet day when the rooftop bars were closed one would have thought the inside corner bar would be manned for residents as an alternative, but no!!. This may be down to a too tight management of resources but in a five star hotel there should be staff sufficient to keep all facilities open (bar weather closures). The second issue is the noise in rooms near the rooftop bars. The insulation is insufficient and as the music is loud and thumping it is too penetrative. My advice to the hotel is the bring the volume down (which is too loud in the bars themselves to the extent that it’s hard to talk). In my opinion,You could still keep the vibe without the music being quite so loud. This would solve the communication issue in bar and also the irritated residents who can’t sleep.

La posizione geografica dell'hotel è buona. L'aula può essere detto che è dorata. Anche se la stanza è bella, è molto piccola e le finestre non possono essere aperte per morire.Il servizio è ancora molto entusiasta, il personale di servizio entra nella casa per le diverse spiegazioni. Il più bello dell'hotel è quella piccola scatola. È stato studiato come aprire 😂 Mezzo giorno 😂 Se il rapporto prezzo della stanza è ancora un po' costoso, forse ci sono più fattori di storia dell'hotel.

Nice and cosy hotel in a quiet area of casco antiguo. Professional and helpful staff at reception, clean, quiet and comfortable room. Easy to walk anywhere, plenty of restaurants and bars in the neighbourhood, but tucked away from the noise (which is excellent) The breakfast buffet was adequate, on the other hand the a la carte menu was very good. Also restaurant and rooms staff were really nice. The hotel is fairly priced.

La posizione è molto buona, la città vecchia è appena fuori dalla porta e ci sono molti posti dove mangiare. Anche l'atteggiamento di servizio è buono. La stanza non è grande. Svantaggi: Ma se noleggi un'auto, scoprirai che non è facile parcheggiare intorno all'auto. Le viste dalle finestre delle diverse stanze variano notevolmente. Se sei sfortunato, sarai vicinissimo alla finestra opposta.

Hotel in ottimo luogo e suggestivo con qualche pecca: camera poco insonorizzata verso l'esterno (impareggiabile vista, ma rumore da strada). Attenzione: non tutte le camera hanno parquet come in foto, ma una vecchia moquette (abbiamo dovuto chiedere di cambiare una stanza). Buona la colazione. Nella prenotazione web era stata promessa, come omaggio di accoglienza per ogni camera, una bottiglia di vino e invece non ci è stata data.

Overall the best hotel we stayed at during our 16 day trip to Spain. The entrance to the apartments is a bit inconspicuous and you have to turn on the lights in the stairwell but the rooms are amazing. We stayed one of the higher floors which had 2 full bedrooms and bathrooms with a full kitchen / living room. The rooms were very clean and even had a small balcony you could stand on to view the Seville Cathedral directly across the street. The views were amazing. They also have a rooftop where you can sit and enjoy the catedral views at night (or during the day but its hot!!!) from a higher view-point. When we were there we had the entire roof to ourselves every time. The breakfast did only consist of some packaged ham, oranges, a small milk and bread (which was hard by the time we tried to eat it) so I would consider passing on that unless its included for free. Nevertheless, I cannot recommend this place high enough. You will not be disappointed.

Devi essere abbastanza da te stesso per il loro uso, perché è tutto fatto attraverso la comunicazione dell'app e un'app che si scarica per entrare e uscire dalla stanza/edificio. L'unico commento negativo che avevo avuto è stato che la stanza è diventata molto calda e ci ha voluto un po' di lavoro per convincere la squadra che il problema con la temperatura non era negli Stati Uniti, ma il termostat non funzionava correttamente. Infine, una persona è venuta in camera nostra e ha potuto scoprire cosa sbagliava dopo aver dovuto saltare diverse speranze per cercare di risolvere la questione; in difesa, quando era stata risolta, era molto scusata. Inoltre, ci hanno offerto un colazione che era una scatola caduta fuori dalla porta della stanza, ma il cibo era buono il primo giorno non abbiamo capito il sistema e abbiamo lasciato che si sedesse fuori troppo a lungo.

We were not staying at the hotel , but having met some rather rude waiters in the “we are so busy we don’t care” area around the palace we spotted the roof top terrace advert. Great view and the beers were cold and tasty. Marta in the rooftop bar was friendly and efficient - so hospitable, professional and full of interesting conversation. A Star! On reception I needed help with purchasing some tickets on line Helena was amazing - polite, professional and just brilliant in every way. She navigated the Spanish website for me and the tickets were sorted. Again a Star! If these two wonderful people are a reflection of the hotel then - wow! Big thank you to both ;)

Suites Murillo Catedral è collocato in una posizione perfetta per visitare Siviglia spostandosi comodamente a piedi; si trova infatti a pochi metri dalla Cattedrale e tutti gli altri punti d'interesse della città sono a breve distanza. Le stanze sono molto pulite ed arredate con cura. Lo staff è stato molto cordiale consigliandoci cosa visitare, dove mangiare e come spostarci; inoltre ci ha riservato un benvenuto molto gradito al nostro arrivo. Era a disposizione un servizio di pulizia delle camere giornaliero, con cambio asciugamani. Se dovessi tornare a Siviglia, sceglierei sicuramente di alloggiare qui.

The location of this hotel is exceptional, on a quiet, narrow street within meters/yards of great cafes and bars. Minutes away from the cathedral and alcazar. Staff was exceptional. The woman at the front desk helped us to book taxis and arranged other details to make sure we were comfortable in our room. Roof top bar is a great place for an early evening glass of wine. We were there on a weekend and preferred a room that was off of the courtyard so we could not hear the bar crowd. Room is spacious and well laid out. Amenities are exceptional. Breakfast was high quality and fresh. Wonderful location, wonderful staff!

Ho chiamato giorni prima per far loro sapere che era l'anniversario di una coppia e dal momento che il sito web non mi permetteva di scegliere una stanza, potrebbe essere con vista sulla strada e non sul patio. Nella prenotazione ho richiesto anche un letto matrimoniale invece di due letti. L'ostello era praticamente vuoto, solo noi sul mio piano. La ragazza al telefono mi ha detto di averlo scritto. Non avevano quel dettaglio... peccato perché era un motivo speciale. La camera aveva due letti e vista su un mini patio, essendo stata disponibile vuota come richiesto. All'arrivo non c'è nessuno presente. Tutto tramite il teletrasporto che ti assiste da chissà dove. Avrebbero dovuto inviare via mail un codice di accesso all'ingresso e alla stanza e non l'avevano fatto. Ho dovuto aspettare lì per 15 minuti finché non l'hanno inviato. Le viste sul tetto sono le migliori.
