This hotel looks nice outside but it turned out to be a very frustrating experience to me. I attended there a travel industry conference. As I checked in later than the groups arriving by coach they gave me room nr. 21 (I've never been good in Black Jack: not my lucky number at this time either) - a room for disabled with railings and handles, located on the ground floor just behind the front desk. What truly bothered me was the dirtiness of the room - even if there were ”Higienizado” (sanitized) stickers all over. There was long dark hair on the bathroom floor. Had they stuck to my clothing, I'd have had plenty to explain to my wife at home... The ”view” was to the wall of the opposite house about 3 meters away, while my colleagues were telling me about their river views... Dissatisfied, in the evening of my arrival, I complained and asked to change room. The front desk was completely ignorant: they explained that in their system room 21 was standard double - with extra handicap equipping. Therefore I asked the manager, Sr. Amador, to contact me but he never bothered to do that. No wonder the service sucks, also in the F&B. As a farewell, they charged me 80 eur extra for late departure, even if I had paid the entire night but left early (this was later reimbursed by the congress organizer). Having stayed at the dungeon nr. 21 for the entire congress, I don't have anything else to say about the hotel or its staff but goodbye! Hasta nunca!

Fantastic apartment in the Triana area of Seville, just a five minute walk across the bridge to the downtown and all the sites. Staff were spectacular. Was celebrating 25th anniversary in Seville for the week. Arrived to unexpected champagne greetings. Great help booking flaminco show and dinner recommendations. Staff were so kind and helpful and caring. Can't wait to go back. Thanks!

L'hotel si trova nel quartiere di Triana, a 1 minuto da tutti i ristoranti/bar. Solo al piano terra c'è un supermercato e un caffè, ideale per il piccolo pranzo. L'hotel è stato completamente ristrutturato recentemente, quindi penso che i commenti negativi sull'hotel siano stati scritti prima della ristrutturazione. Le camere sono piccole ma pulite, moderne e confortevoli. Ci sono tutto ciò che ci serve per passare una buona notte e abbiamo avuto un piccolo balcone, camera 104. La doccia è piccola ma con una buona potenza acqua. Ci sono anche il clima nelle camere. Le sale da finestra sono automatiche e nascondono molto bene il giorno. Ci era un potenziale rumore stradale in notte, ma non ci ha disturbato L'hotel dispone di una bella terrazza sul tetto con tavoli e sedie. Per arrivare dall'aeroporto o dalla stazione Santa Justa, niente di più facile che prendere l'autobus EA direzione Placa Armas, fino al termine Placa Armas. L'autobus costa 4 euro e l'arresto di autobus si trova a 13 minuti a piedi dall'hotel. L'hotel in sé è molto instagrammabile con una decorazione curata. Raccomando vivamente questo hotel

Beware when booking a non-refundable reservation online. Prepaid for 3 nights and due to plumbing issues, we left the hotel due to the unsanitary situation and could not get refunded even though the product/service (a clean room with working bathroom) was not delivered. We left the hotel the same day due to the rooms not functioning and didn’t want to keep checking into different rooms. Initially, the first issue was being placed in an ada room. We didn’t complain and proceeded to unpack. I jumped into the shower and noticed water coming out of the drain. The bathroom flooded and we were informed we could move to another room. We decided to book an upgraded suite (additional charge). We went out for the evening and returned later that night. Wife decided to take a bath. The suite bathroom started flooding from the toilet subsequent to the bath. We had unpacked and repacked twice in the same day and did not feel like playing which room will flood again game. It was late and we decided to leave due to the hotel problems. When asked for reimbursement while leaving, we were met by a firm I can’t reimburse you tactic (even though the individual charged us the upgrade for 3 nights). This seems ridiculous and a blatant lie from a hotel employee with the ability to charge their guests and use the system. When seeking reimbursement, the hotel would not reimburse even though they did not provide a safe or sanitary hotel room. We even agreed to upgrade to a suite and flooding occurred repeatedly. Having traveled from the states and unpacking then repacking while moving within the hotel on two separate rooms was enough. We left and checked into another hotel (no issues). The following day, we were informed by the hotel manager there was a plumbing issue but could not be reimbursed since it was a nonrefundable booking. They agreed to refund the upgrade charge as if it was a favor when we had not stayed at the hotel overnight or the remaining nights. We decided to cut our losses and never looked back. I then received an email that my booking was cancelled with a change of the 3 nights. Lesson learned. I guess ensure you book a refundable stay.

L'hotel si presenta curato, le camere sono ben arredate e sono dotate di aria condizionata. La struttura si trova in pieno centro ed è a soli 10 minuti dalla cattedrale. Unica pecca è che non possiede un parcheggio, ma si può facilmente trovare un posto auto nelle stradine vicine. In generale, ottimo rapporto qualità /prezzo. Consiglio questo albergo a chi vuole visitare i principali monumenti di Siviglia senza camminare troppo.

La posizione dell'hotel è buona. Bastano pochi minuti per attraversare il fiume a piedi per raggiungere il centro città e i punti panoramici. L'hotel è nuovissimo con strutture complete e un servizio premuroso. È adatto a tutti i tipi di turisti. Ho anche ho soggiornato al ristorante Zenit a Valencie, ed è tutto buono. Consigliato!

Non situato nel centro della città, ma attrazioni sono a 2 km, a buon mercato, spaziose con servizi limitati, puliscono la stanza e cambiano le asciugamani ogni 4 notti. Amo le loro strutture di cucina, posso cucinare nell'appartamento quando è troppo cercato di uscire a cena.
