I usually don't write reviews for hotels but this one deserves it. Nestled in a serene location with stunning views, the hotel offers a perfect blend of comfort and nature. The staff, food and ambience of this place is truly remarkable. Highly recommended for anyone seeking a peaceful and rejuvenating getaway.

Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.

We stayed for two nights at the Hotel Batserie. We were misled by the website into thinking we would be staying in a comfortable boutique hotel but this was not the case. The location, with views up the river to the peak of Shoshala, and over the fruit orchards in blossom, was very attractive. But the views, and the abundant hot water, were the only positives from our stay, the hotel itself failed to meet our expectations. Our room had been depleted of all the usual extras except for an electric blanket. Most importantly there was no heating either in our room, or in the rest of the hotel. We ended up huddled round the one heater struggling in the restaurant. Perhaps Indian tourists expect the hotel to be cold and come prepared, but as overseas visitors the lack of heating was unacceptable. Being cold, and suffering some effects from the altitude (2600m) meant we were only too happy to leave Batserie.

Hello, so this was my first visit to shimla Batseri and this hotel is everything you can ask for amazing view very good hospitality and best stay i had so far and the view from the hotel is amazing best hotel in batseri shimla. You all should visit this place and experience this life time experience

Best hotel in all of Kinnaur with a mind-blowing view, delicious food, and amazing staff. The rooms are very cozy and clean. The service is exceptional, and the amenities add to the overall great experience. The owner is a wonderful person and incredibly hospitable. 10/10 would recommend!

Excellent hotel, excellent views from the hotel, great service and very tasty food. A very peaceful stay. No television in the room. Just relax and enjoy mother nature. A bit of a walk of around 300 metres from the parking to the hotel but it was okay.

I have been traveling to Himachal Pradesh from Delhi every year.In Himachal Pradesh,I stayed in hotels with a variety of star's. But trust me guys this Hotel Batseri has something different for their guests. This was my first trip there, which I had arranged through a close friend of mine in Gurgaon. The first person I encountered when I arrived to this place was Mr. Prakash Bhardwaj. He is the GM of this property and we really valued the way he greeted us. When we arrived there, he gave us a property tour and offered some fresh juices and local desserts. Later he surprised us by giving us a free upgrade to a suite. Mr.Prakash demonstrate the benefits of excellent hospitality and understand the worth of his guests. I will definitely go next year to this place again , a highly recommended place to visit in summers.

This hotel very close to Nature close mountain River full of trees and location is amazing Food is good Rooms are big good well maintained front side rooms have amazing view Must go for at list 2 to 3 days Go and take fresh long brith for relax Morning break fast is also good and in egg they giving verity which you will enjoy
