Hotel Rixos a Distretto di Serik

Отель нравится, отдыхала с детьми второй раз. Сервис на уровне. Еда вкусная. Нет горок в бассейне для детей, хотя раньше они были. Но зато есть безлимитный доступ в парк развлечений. Жаль, что была возможность забронировать номер через приложение только на троих взрослых и за детей пришлось доплачивать на месте. В целом отдых удался, спасибо персоналу!

everything has been great but there are flaws. only drinking water is free in the hotel lobby. Free pizzas, hamburgers and lavash snacks should be provided for children. Because in the boulevard outside the other hotel, besides water, food and ice cream were also free.

We recently stayed at Rixos Premium Belek and overall the hotel was truly beautiful. The resort itself was impressive — the architecture, landscaping, and overall atmosphere were stunning. The rooms were spacious, comfortable, and well designed. The food quality was also very good with a wide variety of options, which we really enjoyed. However, there were a couple of points that I believe the hotel management should pay attention to. Before our arrival, our confirmed reservation was attempted to be cancelled twice due to what was described as a “local market / nationality agreement.” As guests, this was quite concerning and stressful since it happened very close to our check-in date. Fortunately, the issue was eventually resolved and we were able to keep the reservation, but situations like this can affect guests’ confidence when planning their stay. During our stay, we noticed that the service in the buffet restaurant could have been more attentive. On one evening, the waiters passed by our table several times without offering drinks or asking if we needed anything. At one point I asked for a fork, but unfortunately it never arrived before the restaurant was closing. The staff did not appear very attentive or welcoming in this area. On a more positive note, the service at Piazzetta Italiana was very good — professional, attentive, and a clear highlight of our dining experience. There was also a small incident in the lobby area that felt disappointing. While a staff member was refilling welcome snacks and drinks (presumably for arriving guests), I approached to take a juice and was told quite abruptly “not for you.” While I understand there may be rules, the way it was communicated felt impolite and not in line with the level of hospitality expected from a hotel of this standard. Aside from these points, the hotel itself was excellent and offered a very beautiful environment for a holiday. With more consistency in service and guest interaction, the overall experience could easily match the high standard that the resort represents.

Приятный отель, новый ) ребята стараются. Но все же больше 2 ночей надоедает) будьте готовы , что большой номер с отдельной гостиной на нижних этажах имеет вид в стену🤣, фото прилагаю )))) естественно предприимчивые ребята сначала нас попытались заселить в худший номер, чем немного испортили впечатление вначале, но , отдохнув на ужине ( кстати очень вкусно все было) и покатавшись, мы отошли. В другом номере нас ждал сюрприз - не работал в спальне кондиционер, муж спал в гостиной … Его чинили сутки🤦🏻♀️ вместо катания на горках я сидела с мастерами в номере, по пять раз объясняя, что надо сделать … когда притащили вентилятор , я честно, очень смеялась , номер за приличные деньги просто , не дешевый ) но, если вы на позитиве- вам ничто отдых не омрачит💪. Сняла за вид в стену звезду и за бессонную ночь в жаре, и за следующий потерянный в ремонте их кондея день)))
