It was one of the best hotel experiences I've ever had. The Room was spacious and comfortable, and the amenities were top-notch, with helpful and friendly staff. I would definitely stay here again in the future. I love it.

Checked in after 12 midnight, the receptionists were kind to assist me. RM50 cash as deposit, refundable upon checkout. I stayed for 2 nights. Parking in basement (better near the basement entrance area, as it is closer to walk up via stairs to the hotel) or can also park in front of the hotel, but many of the carparks were reserved. Don't double park. The room was clean with working table. Sadly the chair provided in my room was already broken. Towels provided were quite small for a big guy, plus there are old stains on the towels. In the bathroom no soap was provided. I even asked on the next day for a room service and to top up the soap, but both didn't happen. Quite dissapointed with the room service and amenities. Nevertheless, the location is good, has 7 eleven and some eateries with coffee shops nearby, close to IOI city mall, Hospital Serdang & UPM. Overall, I slept well and had a good rest at the hotel.

I just stayed at Moxy Putrajaya, right next to IOI Mall, and honestly, it was awesome. From the moment I arrived, I felt totally recognized – the crew called me by name which made a huge difference and made me feel right at home. The room was spotless, with loads of thoughtful touches in the amenities that made my stay super comfy. But the real highlight? The people! The crew was all about fun and super friendly vibes. I met Dharmen at the bar and chatted with a couple of trainees – their energy and engagement were off the charts. They made sure everyone was having a good time, recommended some cool spots to check out, and really went the extra mile to make my stay special. The whole a**osphere at Moxy is both lively and chill, perfect whether you’re there to relax or looking to mingle and have a good time. Thanks to the Captain, for organizing all this. Can’t wait to go back to Moxy Putrajaya. If you’re looking for a place with fun vibes and thoughful spirited people, this is it. Totally recommend!

The location is quiet and good. The level of cleanliness is less than good. The owner is a helpful person. I don’t think I can rent him again.

I had a wonderful stay at Palm Garden Hotel in Putrajaya! From start to finish, everything about this hotel impressed me. The location is ideal, nestled within IOI Resort City, close to attractions like the IOI City Mall and Putrajaya's scenic landmarks. It’s a great spot for a peaceful getaway or a family trip. Overall, Palm Garden Hotel offers an excellent combination of comfort, hospitality, and value for money.

La stanza era eccezionalmente spaziosa e nuovamente ristrutturata. Ci siamo fermati al livello 5 con vista sulla piscina, e la moderna progettazione e la pulizia sono stati davvero aggiunti al comfort generale. Mentre l’hotel non è direttamente collegato al centro commerciale IOI, offre un servizio di navetta oraria. Tuttavia, data il prezzo, preferirei scegliere un hotel che è direttamente collegato al centro commerciale.
