The location is quiet and good. The level of cleanliness is less than good. The owner is a helpful person. I don’t think I can rent him again.

Checked in after 12 midnight, the receptionists were kind to assist me. RM50 cash as deposit, refundable upon checkout. I stayed for 2 nights. Parking in basement (better near the basement entrance area, as it is closer to walk up via stairs to the hotel) or can also park in front of the hotel, but many of the carparks were reserved. Don't double park. The room was clean with working table. Sadly the chair provided in my room was already broken. Towels provided were quite small for a big guy, plus there are old stains on the towels. In the bathroom no soap was provided. I even asked on the next day for a room service and to top up the soap, but both didn't happen. Quite dissapointed with the room service and amenities. Nevertheless, the location is good, has 7 eleven and some eateries with coffee shops nearby, close to IOI city mall, Hospital Serdang & UPM. Overall, I slept well and had a good rest at the hotel.

Molto pulito e spazioso camera per 2 pax. Le persone dell'hotel sono molto rispondenti ogni volta che chiedo di avere strutture e aiuto. La posizione è buona e a pochi passi dal grande centro commerciale vicino a essa. Molto raccomandato per le famiglie o i viaggiatori soli!

Uno dei migliori hotel che abbia mai soggiornato in Malaysia. È così spazioso, ama il letto. Esso è così comodo e mi ha scioglieto il corpo ogni volta che mi sono messo. Le mutande erano sorprendenti! Esso è collegato al centro commerciale di Ioi City, il secondo centro commerciale più grande del mondo! Troppo buono cibo sprecato per le scelte, ci sono solo così tante cose da fare nel centro commerciale. 4 giorni non è abbastanza! È felice di essere qui. Il bagno è anche spazioso e amato il bagno. Lo shampoo , lavastoviglie n condizionatore fornito odore fantastico! Molte buone recensioni su questo posto.Torneremo.

Ho avuto un ottimo soggiorno all'Hotel Marriott. La stanza era pulita, comoda e ben attrezzata con tutto quello che avevo bisogno. Il letto era particolarmente confortevole, e ho dormito bene ogni notte. Il personale era incredibilmente amichevole e andò fuori dal loro modo per rendere il mio soggiorno piacevole. Il buffet del colazione era delizioso con molte opzioni. La posizione centrale dell'hotel era perfetta per esplorare la città, ma la mia camera era tranquilla e tranquilla. In generale, consiglio vivamente l'Hotel Marriott per il suo eccellente servizio, comfort e comodità.

I just stayed at Moxy Putrajaya, right next to IOI Mall, and honestly, it was awesome. From the moment I arrived, I felt totally recognized – the crew called me by name which made a huge difference and made me feel right at home. The room was spotless, with loads of thoughtful touches in the amenities that made my stay super comfy. But the real highlight? The people! The crew was all about fun and super friendly vibes. I met Dharmen at the bar and chatted with a couple of trainees – their energy and engagement were off the charts. They made sure everyone was having a good time, recommended some cool spots to check out, and really went the extra mile to make my stay special. The whole a**osphere at Moxy is both lively and chill, perfect whether you’re there to relax or looking to mingle and have a good time. Thanks to the Captain, for organizing all this. Can’t wait to go back to Moxy Putrajaya. If you’re looking for a place with fun vibes and thoughful spirited people, this is it. Totally recommend!

Overall, my stay at the hotel was satisfactory. The facilities and services provided were generally good, but there were a few areas of concern. The room size was quite small and cleanliness still can be improved as I notice quite a lot of clothes moth larvae on the ceiling. The location is very strategic, walking distance to eateries and less than 10 mins away from IOI City Mall. Customer service is amazing. Would still come back if I have business in Putrajaya.
