I have had the pleasure of staying at many different four seasons locations, however Four Seasons Seoul was and is by far my favorite. I flew in from the US and requested a car to pick me up at the airport in Seoul and staff was waiting for me outside when I arrived. They pre checked me in since I was traveling internationally and had arranged for me to go directly to the room. The staff was thoughtful and continued to add personal touches the entire stay. The majority of the staff is multi lingual and helped to helped to arrange transportation and exterior details of my activities and appointments. They genuinely went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable and extraordinary. Cannot wait to come back!

The hotel was clean and organized. The front desk was helpful and their were ladies that helped us to deliver our suitcases. I am not sure what their titles were but I just found that it was rather odd since most hotels in North America hired young men to do this. Kudos to the hotel for not type casting roles. The location was very good. The downstairs food court and restaurant was very tasty and clean. I would definitely go back to this hotel if I am ever in Korea again.

Stayed at the Lotte Executive Tower just after the holidays, in a Premier Double Room. Pros: - The entrance of the Executive Tower is absolutely beautiful. Same with the Main Tower. Elegant, refined, beautiful art work. The executive tower check-in desks are on the 15th floor. - Easy access by escalator directly into the Lotte Department Store (from where the escalator takes you to, hang a right to get to the famous food hall!) - Location can’t be beat. Directly across from Eujiro Station (1) and around the corner from Myeong-Dong Walking Street / Night Market and several 7-11s (which are almost as good as the 7-11s in Japan). - Our room was beautiful, spacious, thoughtfully designed and decorated. Very modern touches and upscale finishes. A chandelier in the bathroom?? - Immaculate housekeeping. - Excellent temperature and very strong water pressure in the shower! - Appreciate the 2 complimentary bottles of Evian every day. - Fast wifi speeds. Cons: - Love the Diptyque toiletries but wish they weren’t the communal / shared bottles. There were bits of dried lotion crusted on the pump from the previous occupant. - Weird that neither lobby had a single chair to sit on. What’s up with that? Comes off a bit inhospitable. This isn’t the type of place to attract non-guests / loiterers. A bench wouldn’t kill anyone! - For a 5* hotel and the price we’re paying, it’s disappointing that there is a surcharge should you need a toothbrush, toothpaste or use of the sauna (!!). They claim the charge for toothbrush and paste is to prevent wastage but surely you could just have these small items available upon request at the front desk? - The doormen’s manners range from formal and friendly (some) to indifferent (most) to downright hostile (many), especially if you are not a Korean speaker, as many don’t speak English. I’m not arrogant enough to think they should speak English in a non-English speaking country, but a smile is universal, you know? Would likely stay here again at the right price and given the location.

The location of the hotel is its main selling point. It is right where the action is. The employees are friendly, polite and very helpful. Service is premium. With the above, I would definitely recommend this place! My drawback is the breakfast offered. The choice and spread is very limited. It is better to go out and eat.

Voglio mostrarlo ai bambini perché è proprio di fronte al Palazzo Deoksoo a Myeongdong, nel centro di Seoul. Sono andato a pagare e godermi l'hocense del fine settimana. Il check-in in hotel è durato circa 2 ore perché c'erano molte persone. Giocherò in piscina per circa un'ora e 50 minuti. Ho fatto colazione deliziosamente la mattina presto e ho giocato davvero a mio agio. 200 pro medico di ritorno Il personale è così cordiale e soddisfatto :)

La mia prima volta a Le Méridien Seoul , nuovo hotel , 6 mesi , super pulito , grande camere , buon colazione a buffet , forse un po ' sotto staffato durante le ore di fretta , ma il personale era molto bello . Stupendo salone al 15° piano con personale molto amichevole e utile grazie speciali alla signora Sharon Kim e alla signora Rachael Kim per l' aiuto prezioso per ristoranti e consigli per la vista laterale e shopping , Tornero' sicuramente la prossima volta che sarò a Seoul !

Assegnazione delle camere: sono arrivato prima dell'orario di check-in, ma mi erano state assegnate in anticipo. In origine era un letto matrimoniale, ma la stanza in cui si entra subito ha due letti singoli attaccati, ma il letto può essere utilizzato in modo più spazioso. Quando ho soggiornato nello stesso tipo prima, c'era un divano vicino alla finestra, ed è nella foto. Forse perché ho cambiato il letto, quindi c'era una scrivania fino al divano. C'era solo una sedia, quindi era molto scomodo mangiare qualcosa. Servizio: ho chiesto un lavaggio del corpo aggiuntivo, ma sono dovuto venire di fronte a ritirarlo lol. ? Condizionatore: di notte, il condizionatore è troppo debole per qualche motivo, quindi chiamo il centro per controllare la temperatura ㅋㅋ Ho pensato che sarebbe stato molto fastidioso se venissi in una notte tropicale. Rumore: sembrava che una famiglia stesse nella stanza accanto, ma c'erano occasionali tonfi sul pavimento e potevo sentire la porta chiudersi molto bene. Anche al mattino, il rumore in movimento era molto fastidioso. Vista: non c'era niente di speciale perché erano visibili solo gli edifici. Pasti: stavo pensando di fare colazione, ma quando ho guardato lo striscione, sembrava che dovessi ritirarlo in un ristorante. Quindi, ho dovuto trasferirmi comunque, quindi ho comprato tutto da Starbucks al primo piano e l'ho mangiato. Parcheggio: era gratuito quando sono arrivato, ma era di proprietà privata, quindi ora gli ospiti devono pagare. Disponibilità a tornarci: la posizione è buona e pulita, quindi sto pensando di promuoverla.

The hotel is very well located in Dongdaemun with the building connected to Hyundai outlet malls and doota. Everything is within walking distance for night shopping and also DDP which is the new culture park. Right out of the doorstep there is a food street and many restaurants. Room is clean with a functioning AC. The size of the room is relatively good for this class of hotel, providing ample space for 2 large suitcases. There is everything you need in the room. The TV channels are international as well covering all languages. I would bring own slippers as they only provide reusable rubber ones and you would need to bring your own toothbrush and toothpaste as they do not provide it. There is a 24hr CU mart inside the hotel which is like a local 7-11. There is also a GoKart experience in the hotel on the 14/f which is kinda fun for a group of friends. Transportation routes are easy and all the taxi drivers seem to know of this hotel. I would recommend staying here for those that are roaming the Dongdaemun and it’s surrounding areas.

The hotel location is perfect and it is right infront of the lift exit 4 from DDP train station. It has airport bus stop right in front of the hotel to Incheon Airport. It may take 2 hours traveling time to airport because the bus will drop by many places around Seoul before heading to airport. The room is spacious and clean.

E'un buon hotel su un bilancio. Ha un ricevitore di colazione e acqua molto domestico per riempire le bottiglie con ghiaccio e acqua. Ha anche vestiti da usare come pigiama. Non aspettare il servizio del personale. Ci aspettavamo di poter controllare in anticipo quando siamo arrivati se la stanza era disponibile. Ci siamo arrivati solo circa 15 minuti al nostro controllo in tempo, ma sono stati detto di aspettare al lobby fino al 1600. Non sono sicuro di cosa sia la fissazione per il controllo in tempo. Se la stanza è disponibile, lasciatela avere. La prima volta che abbiamo sperimentato questo in qualsiasi paese.

Il servizio era incongruo - a volte il personale era molto gentile e amichevole, e a volte era chiaramente rude e disonesto a voi. Quando sono entrato nella mia stanza, l’odore mi ha portato indietro. Mi ha sentito come una miscela di sudorazione e di sospensioni bagnate. Le foglie erano distrutte e non erano neanche super pulite. Il bagno aveva tinture gialle che mi buttavano fuori mentre mi aspettavo un soffitto di mezzanotte. Sono state fornite le attrezzature di base, che era grande. Le signore della casa erano davvero dolci anche. È a 5 minuti a piedi dalla stazione ferroviaria, quindi la posizione non era così male. Purtroppo non penso di aver prenotato di nuovo perché non valeva il prezzo.

Molto vicino a Ikseon-dong Street in posizione, facile da mangiare Forse è perché la stanza è piccola, quindi la TV è molto piccola. Anche se non è sconveniente vederla, è un peccato che tutte le fortezze hanno installato grandi TV. Parcheggio è parcheggio privato, o se sei fortunato, è vicino all'hotel Parcheggio è possibile. TV a parete, minifrigo, acqua fredda e calda a disposizione, AC e riscaldamento, free wifi in camera senza pw, phon e materiali per il bagno, anche questo minimal, tutto un po' datato ma funzionale. Zone comuni dove passare il tempo o portarsi materiali per fare colazione. Camera doppia con letto queen dai 35 ai 45 € a seconda dei periodi. Il plus assoluto di questa sistemazione è dato dalla posizione che si trova nel pieno centro del quartiere centralissimo di Jongno, dal quale avrete accesso a piedi a molte delle cose da vedere in zona (i principali castelli, templi e zona di Insadong street) e l'accesso a d almeno 4 linee di metropolitana che vi consentiranno di spostarvi rapidamente in ogni punto della città. Ma la cosa in assoluto più apprezzabile è la coretsia e l'aiuto che fornisce il proprietario, che vi sarà indispensabile per i consigli su luoghi, orari e spostamenti, nonché perenotandovi direttamente le cose di cui avrete bisogno e che certamente svreste difficoltà a fare da soli. Ad esempio a noi ha cercato e prenotato i biglietti del bus per Andong, ce li ha stampati oltre a fornirci le indicazioni necessarie per raggiungere la stazione. Consigliato. Grazie ancora sig. Hung!

The building itself is a bit old and worn out, but everything is well maintained and the bathroom is clean and retrofuturistic. Breakfast buffet is good for Korean standards: you have a salad buffet, couple types of rice, meat items. Not much there for vegetarians and no cheese, but for Korea this is a very agreeable breakfast. In short - it’s a safe option in terms of cost efficiency, but if you book in advance you might find better options around.

Prima di tutto, mi dispiace che mi sia svegliato al mattino. E il gruppo venne tardi e si allontanò presto. E'stato confortevole grazie alla chiave mobile. But!! Mi dispiace che ci siano molte strutture che stanno diventando più vecchie come questo. Sono una persona, voglio farlo anche quando sono vecchio, ma deve essere stato uno dei preziosi ricordi di qualcuno ... Voglio. Specialmente nel bagno, ... ㅠㅠ

La camera era un po' vecchia ma andava bene perché era vecchia. L'insonorizzazione sembra essere un po' scadente, ma la biancheria da letto era davvero confortevole e potevo dormire. Il parcheggio è un po' stretto, ma l'unico inconveniente è che puoi parcheggiare gratuitamente e il Duksu Palace è proprio accanto. Soddisfatto del prezzo

Le attrazioni turistiche come Ikseon-dong, Insadong e Changdeokgung sono vicine, quindi la strada è conveniente. Caffè capsula e noodles sono gratuiti. Lavatrice e asciugamani erano anche disponibili per uso pubblico. E il capo è così gentile!!! Business trionfa.

La posizione è così grande, proprio nel centro di Seoul, circondato da popolari quartieri come Myeongdong, Dongdaemun e molto vicini anche a Hongdae. Gangnam è relativamente vicina anche. (Ricordo di viaggiare circa 30 minuti in metropolitana verso la maggior parte dei luoghi. Top 40 minuti, a volte solo 20. Che non è molto lungo in una città così grande.) In zona stessa, I palazzi e Insa-dong (un luogo popolare per i turisti dove vendono i beni tradizionali) sono a piedi. Inoltre, c'è un negozio di comodità fuori dall'hotel, e il quartiere era così tranquillo e tranquillo! Non ho mai avuto problemi a dormire grazie a questo. La stazione metropolitana più vicina è a circa 5 minuti di distanza. Per quanto riguarda la stanza stessa, era pulita e proprio quello che avevo aspettato. La pulivano ogni giorno e riempirono anche i nostri bagni. Certo era piuttosto stretta, ma è solo perché ho scelto l’opzione più conveniente. L'unica cosa negativa che avrei dovuto dire è che non potevamo spruzzare il documento nel bagno (perché era bloccato), dovevamo buttarlo nel cestino, ma sembra un problema comune nel paese, quindi non lo tengo contro l'hotel. Il bagno stesso era però super alta tecnologia, con un bidet costruito (e un sacco di altre funzioni), quindi non c'era problema. Ci voleva solo un po' di tempo per abituarsi. In tutto, sono soddisfatto. Sarei sicuramente rimasto lì. P.S: Ero lì nel 2018 (giugno), ma non ci sono state opzioni più tardi del 2021. Non so quanto tempo sia volato solo da ... Ma dato che questo è stato un viaggio così memorabile per me, ricordo tutto molto chiaramente.

The property is located in between the Anguk and Jongno - 3ga subway stations but I usually go for the Jongno-3ga station since it's with 3 lines, but I'll take buses and get off at the Changdugong stop which is closer to the Anguk station. Insadong is around the corner and there are lots of eat around the hotel, although the small alleys might be a little uncomfortable for solo travellers but it was fine for me. Self baggage drop off is right by the entrance. You need to communicate with the hotel using either Kakao or via messaging services from your booking source (mine was thru Agoda) It was very easy since I've stayed at their properties in Busan (twice) and Jeju island once so I know the drill. Room is clean and decent size. Laundry machine is essential for longer staying guests. The only complaint i have had would be the photo showing the shower area didn't match the photos on the booking source. The shower and toilet area wasn't separated so water splashed everywhere, and that the water temperature wasn't stable at all times.
