I migliori hotel con spa a Seoul

Excellent service. I had my foot ripped off and need an adhesive tape. I made the request at Room Chat and they sent me within 5 minutes. On another occasion, we need to go Sanchon for dinner appointment but couldn’t be able to get any urber or taxi on apps, so we tried to ask hotel front desk. Their staff arranged taxi for us within 10 minutes. Highly commendable for their efficiency and “can-do” attitude! The only setback is breakfast only serves until 10:30am. Would be great if all day breakfast is available as leisure travellers do not have tight schedule and tend to wake up late.

overall great pretty place, we enjoyed our stay. service i would expect more ))) they charge for ice, they only ”allow” 1 capsule of coffee per day (the coffee capsule they use is CHEAP!), etc etc similar things. they insisted we pay for breakfast first before we go in, which is strange for such hotel, normally we are let in and then we receive bill while we eat or at the end. and... I was super annoyed that they did nothing to acknowledge the fact that we arrived in their hotel to celebrate 2 huge milestones in our life - 50th birthday & 15th wedding anniversary _ i wrote, i reminded when we arrived - but nothing, straight distant face, and next 3 days nothing. annoying as its not a normal thing, especially in such hotels, so quite unusual. another thing - if anyone have allergy to dust &/or dust mites - this hotel might be not too suitable, my husband was sneezing all the time. otherwise its a pretty cosy hotel, quiet at night yet its perfect location, very near busy shopping & night market street. we would recommend this hotel, but we do hope that hotel can reconsider their customer service to be more attentive and less petty.

The hotel is centrally located, which allowed for easy movement around the city. The staff have been extremely helpful and the service was of the highest quality, always smiling and eager to help. The rooms were consistently cleaned up daily and the hotel staff even assisted in setting us up with SIM cards to make navigation easy. The Plaza should be the number 1 option to stay in your travels to Seoul and quite possibly the best hotel we ever stayed in the world!!!

L'hotel era pieno, e gli ospiti e il personale condividevano l'ascensore, spesso con cartelli o con un sacco di bagagli. Abbiamo dovuto aspettare un tempo insensato ogni volta che abbiamo bisogno di accesso al terzo piano e dal terzo piano, il problema non è stato risolto in una settimana o meno durante il nostro soggiorno. Ha lasciato nostra figlia all'ASU per il suo nuovo anno di scuola.

La posizione è perfetta. Il personale al concierge è grande, parla inglese e utile. Ecco di che si tratta. Per un hotel che paga 5* prezzi, la qualità del servizio e della gestione dell'hotel può essere migliorata in molte aree. Per me, l'hotel non ha risposto a nessuna delle email prima del mio soggiorno causando un certo livello di incertezza per me. Le informazioni durante il controllo sono state incerte e hanno causato malintesi. La piscina è chiusa per la pulizia da 6-7pm. Perché durante l'ora prima? ! Il personale ha cacciato le persone dalla doccia alle 6 pm, non permettendo di prendere una doccia veloce. E 'stato completamente fuori dal mettere. La camera dell'hotel è spaziosa ma datata. Oh pls porta la tua borsa dentale e la pasta dentale. Non sono sicuro se sia la politica del paese o la politica dell'hotel, ma ancora una volta, sono sorpreso dalla mancanza di quella in Westin. Attualmente, mi dispiace davvero rimanere qui.

L'hotel è stato il soggiorno perfetto, la stanza era pulita e spaziosa con grandi viste. Il personale era molto amichevole e era facile trasferirsi dall'hotel in altre località a causa del fatto che si avvicina a una stazione. There’s also transport links to the airport from outside the hotel via the airport limo bus, so overall, it’s very convenient.

Questo hotel è situato in una zona comoda, abbastanza vicino ad alcuni luoghi turistici e all'area dello shopping. Il personale è stato gentile e il check-in è stato un processo semplice, anche se richiedono i dati della carta di debito o di credito come file . (Non accettano contanti). La camera era piccola (anche per una camera doppia), ma era abbastanza pulita. L'unico problema che ho avuto è stato che la prima notte lì, gli asciugamani nella mia camera erano sporchi e ho dovuto chiamare la reception per sostituirli. Si sono scusati e hanno portato quelli puliti in seguito, ma è stato comunque un po' deludente. La colazione era un misto di cibo occidentale e orientale, ma non c'era molta varietà. Comunque, il soggiorno complessivo è stato per me un 7/10.

One-of-kind- hotel, very pleasant… except for that one male receptionist who was fluent in English (all others were friendly though) Still pissed because he was sooo condescending and unfriendly. Both times I checked in, all within a week. The first time it was during peak checkin time and yes the hotel seemed to be packed but no I was patient and unbothered when it was my turn but he acted as if I was snapping at him, talked super fast. The second time, as I was approaching the counter with my luggage, he had the nerve to say „You forgot something?“ No dude, I‘m checking in. I stayed calm while he took am eternity, then said he couldn’t find any booking, and then after 5 more mins and after I had to show him the confirmation email „oh the reservation came in last night thats why“. Like no dude I booked two days ago. when I gave him the license no of my rental car (he said they needed it) he didn’t write it down but just said ok. And I did forget my phone chargor in the first room and reminded hin twice but he only smiled and never bothered to say they will try their best. If you hate your job at least stay professional. Also, not worthy of a 5 star hotel.

Cinque stelle per l'area pubblica, è davvero bella, la combinazione di arredamento retrò e vista notturna moderna La stanza è vecchia e piccola~ Questa è la prima volta che mi sento affollato nel bagno di un hotel a cinque stelle... il servizio in camera ha un buon sapore Il settore dei servizi è piuttosto entusiasta~
