Da un hotel affermato come 5 stelle, mi aspettavo molto meglio organizzazione e servizio. Da colazione, non ho mai aspettato in linea per arrivare alla stanza del colazione, ma questa volta! E la linea era lunga! Naturalmente, in questi giorni si aspettava una grande folla, ma non mi scusa. Il personale era carino, ma semplicemente non abbastanza o non preparato per affrontare il numero di ospiti; i posti erano disponibili, ma le tavole non erano pronte e pronte per gli ospiti. La piscina è stata superata e la camera è stata pulita, senza sedili, a meno che non si utilizzi la zona della sauna con un costo aggiuntivo. Tutte le famiglie che non erano interessate alla sauna hanno dovuto affrontare i bambini con solo due docce ciascuno per le aree maschile e femminile, in piedi in cambiamento, senza asciugacapelli, e piccole toletta. Dopo la stanza non è stata sostituita l'acqua di complimentazione, né il bagno usato e le mutandine. Sono tutte le cose che possiamo vivere senza, ma come ho detto, stiamo parlando di hotel 5 stelle, e i soldi spesi per questo!

Had a great time chilling in the room. With separate bathing facilities for each bedroom! Great for families with kids since it comes with 2 separate bedrooms. There is Nespresso machine with daily capsules top up. And nice tea selection. Breakfast spread was sumptuous too! Very extensive gym facilities and pool. Hotel is connected to Novotel and ibis yongsan, and connected to Yongsan station. 2 stations away from Seoul station. Easy to get around. Nothing much around except for a shopping mall ipark mall. Service staff were friendly and helpful too!

From the moment you walk in, you'll be greeted by an incredibly gorgeous hotel. Everything is beautifully designed from the lobby to the rooms. The rooms have all the necessary amenities to make it your home away from home, including amazing Malin + Goetz toiletries. Do note that they do not provide toothbrushes or razors for sustainability reasons but I do believe you can purchase them. But best of all is the service! I arrived at the hotel around 11 am and the receptionist was kind enough to let me check-in early with no extra charge, which was much appreciated. The location is not too bad too - short walks to the nearest metro line but the weather was kind to me during the trip so definitely take note of this if it's in the frigid winter or blazing summer. Overall, had a great stay and it was truly a regret of mine to have not been able to stay much longer to enjoy the other facilities like the pool and gym. But best believe, I'll be back!

I was at this hotel for a 2 night stay in May 2023 for a work conference (which was also at the hotel). The room was fantastic - spotlessly clean with comfortable bed, nice bedding, large room and bathroom, cool bathtub, and all the amenities you’ll need. Room service food was great, and I appreciated free bottles of water in the room daily. The hotel isn’t in the thick of things from what I could tell, but it’s easy to get around Seoul, which is a fantastic city. The view over the river could not be beat. Overall I’d definitely recommend this high class hotel.

Sono andato in vacanza con il mio amico. Ho visitato l'anno scorso e sono tornato perché mi piaceva la piscina. È stato un po' scomodo entrare in piscina senza un limite al numero di persone nonostante la situazione Corona. C'era troppa gente, quindi ho fatto qualche giro per trovare un posto per il senior. Era una brutta giornata e la temperatura dell'acqua era fredda, quindi è stato un peccato non poter rimanere a lungo. Dopo essere uscito, sono tornato nella mia stanza per lavarmi e all'improvviso ho visto il bordo della vasca da bagno. Ho visto una piccola fessura nel soffitto, quindi ho chiamato la reception per chiedere conferma. Non ci sono stati feedback per oltre dieci minuti dopo la prima chiamata e un membro dello staff è arrivato più di venti minuti dopo la seconda e la terza richiesta. Quando l'ho controllato, sono stato informato che la parte come il coperchio del foro nel soffitto era disallineata e c'era uno spazio vuoto, ma non ho potuto dire se è stata toccata durante la pulizia. Ero preoccupato perché era un bagno non da nessun'altra parte, quindi ho chiesto un controllo aggiuntivo più tardi. Il personale che ha visitato in questo momento si è scusato ripetutamente ed è stato molto gentile. Come servizio, hanno offerto upgrade di camera, ma hanno rifiutato perché era ingombrante e in ritardo. Nel processo, non mi sentivo bene perché mi sentivo come se il membro dello staff con cui avevo a che fare mi trattasse come se stessi solo esprimendo la mia lamentela e sperando in qualcos'altro. Era un hotel con una buona impressione, ma c'erano parti che erano deludenti. Altri aspetti come la posizione dell'hotel e la vista sulla piscina sono ok?

1. Location: Located right in front of Gongdeok Subway Station (Seoul Subway Line 5, Line 6, AREX and the Gyeongui–Jungang Line) which links to Incheon International Airport. Very convenient, but the station is big and a bit complicated. 2. Amenities: Cafe and restaurants are just opposite hotel. Hotel itself has a seven eleven. Nearby hotel has a Olive young too. 3. Room is cleaned daily. Provided additional lighting as per request.smooth checkin and checkout. 4a. Room has 3 Pin plugs but the one at desk is badly position. Better to get additional adapter plug to increase the height so that u can use it smoothly. 4b. Surprisingly, shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, hand wash n lotion are provided. But no supply of toothbrush and toothpaste. 4c. There is a small step to trap the water from flowing out of bathtub to other part of the bathroom. 4d. Slipper is provided, but its very flat, no cushioning. Better to bring your own. Overall, the stay is good. Room (deluxe twin) is big, can put 2 big size luggage and still have a 2 seater sofa.

Four Points Hotel is very new and just 10 mins walk away Seoul Metro, Lotte Outlet and Lotte Mart. There is subway connect metro station, it's very good for us travelling in any weather. There is plentiful of amenties around it, a GS25 store and CU store, and restaurant beside the hotel. They even have a Starbuck coffee in the hotel lobby as well! We're stay 3 nights here and feel very good and efficient service at both reception and room. Excellent hotel, definitely recommended. Excellent location, quiet room. Excellent customer service and friendly staff. Great amenities. Would definitely stay again. Thank you. One thing to note, they will start to charge for toothbrush from Nov 1st onwards, do remember to bring your own toothbrushes if you do not want to pay for them. No more free toothbrushes.

This was my first time visited Korea, and I stayed in this hotel on 31 may-5 june 2023. I was got confused on the first time I arrived because I can't find the reception and it was no staff standby to assist and directing. Apparently, the lobby area is on the 4th floor (press L in the lift). The first floor is only the bakery shop and concierge (but nobody was there when I arrived). And no any signage either. The lobby area is modern and has a good interior. All of the staffs are all well mannered, friendly and helpful, some even speak good English. The room size is not too big, but still fair. I like the bathroom with shower head. it was clean and the lighting of the room is good. But unfortunately, the main reason I chose this hotel in this area was because I want to have a room with Han River view. It was named 'Standard Han River View Double Room', so I had a huge expectation it would really provided a good view of Han River. In fact, the building was not directly face to Han River (a little bit cross 45 degree) and was blocked with other higher surrounding buildings. and most disappointing, it doesn't have a full wide window, the window was separated by a thick wall in the middle. (I forget to took a proper photo, so I screenshot from my video to my boyfriend). I asked the staff whether we could have a room with full wide window and he said that all rooms' window configuration are all same. so i feel my hussle was really in vain to intentionally move to another hotel since my previous hotel located much more strategically to my itinerary (and actually has a bigger room size and cheaper -- i consider this is more expensive because of the brand and the location). The hotel location itself is actually very convenience because it has a direct bus stop in front of, and Yongsan station is literally across the hotel. Another good point, it also has 24 hour of coin laundry in the building (cost 3,000 won for laundry and 3,000 won for dryer). u can directly buy the detergen+softener for 1,000 won in the vending machine in the laundry room. Overall besides the Han River disappointing expectation, i can say that my stay experience here was lovely. The cleanliness of room, helpful and fluent English staffs were all great.

La stazione di metropolitana fuori dall'hotel e l'uscita più vicina hanno un ascensore. La camera è abbastanza grande ma si noti che c'è un jacuzzi all'interno della stanza e le porte e le pareti sono congelate. La gente all'interno della stanza può vedervi mentre si fa la doccia. Bidet è fornito sul sedile del bagno e è riscaldato. Il personale è amichevole e utile. Le bottiglie d'acqua sono fornite quotidianamente. La stanza che abbiamo ha una bella vista della città con vista parzialmente oscura della torre namsan. Si può godere del risalto e del sorgere del sole dalla stanza.
