A somehow strange experience, as so ambivalent. Pros: Very beautiful building, castle-like with high ceilings. Rooms are beautiful and well equipped, including the bathroom (shower is great). Perfect location, at the edge of the famous Altstadt (old town) and very close to the river Rhein. Cons: They have clearly issues with the service personnel. We arrived very late, shortly before midnight. I wanted to call the hotel to give them a heads up, in order to avoid them giving the room away. I had to call 3 times (at around 10 pm), and to wait like 10 minutes in the line, until someone finally attended the phone. Next morning, same experience with the room service. No one cleaned the room, despite us putting the ”please clean” sign at the door knob between 10 am and 1 pm. I had to ask the reception around 4 pm to please get the room serviced. The most annoying thing were the curtains. You have the fine transparent white curtain, and the heavy black-out curtain. The latter is so short, that it only covers half the window. In the moment the sun rises, it is as bright as day in the room (I am talking about room 223, in case the management is reading this). You either have an eye mask, or you are done with sleeping. Finally an advice: Despite the location, the hotel is very quiet. However, if you are in a room facing the road (most rooms don't), you will get your dose of old town-party noise, at least at the weekend.

Amazing experience from A to Z Arrived at Hotel with fantastic parking spaces and ability to charge the car. Receptionist upon check-in have been super accommodating and professional, she was helpful, smiley and very complimenting thank you Pauline!!! Room was immaculate, contained very sustainable material with amazing and spacious layout and fantastic view. Huge thanks to all housekeeping staff without exception. They prepared baby cot to our daughter with bathrobe, slippers and shampoo, conditional and lotion with some wonderful toys as well!! During the stay, they did a wonderful job day in day out with refreshing and preparing a very welcome room. Huge thanks to the F&B team at both bar and room service. They placed amazing fruits basket upon arrived with a lovely letter. Bar staff, they were smiley, professional and very accommodating, playing with our daughter and asking always if we needed help etc and making the best food and drinks with special shout-out to Eike for being amazing dusting our visits! Breakfast staff were very nice despite how busy the area is during that weekend and they have ensured to seat it somewhere quiet and prepare baby seat for our daughter, they were attentive with coffee, eggs and everything else, thank you for your hard work! Lobby, wonderful and luxury layout with amazing atmosphere, concierge / bellman Bashir or Rachid ( please excuse my spelling) was a very wonderful guy, he was chatty and funny even our daughter was running toward him, you are so kind! Lastly, we had to checkout after amazing stay to be helped by one in a million receptionist her name is Paula if am not mistaken on 28th May around 13:00! Location is fantastic, hotel is wonderful and everything else is spot on. Suitable for families, corporates and leisure!! Thank you to all the staff!!!!

Abbiamo fatto un lungo fine settimana e abbiamo avuto un bel tempo all'hotel.Il personale era molto amichevole ed efficiente. Il manager del dovere, il signor Mueller, aveva fatto un lavoro fantastico su di noi, così viaggiare con un toddler era facile. Molto buon cibo anche - il servizio in camera era abbastanza veloce e la frattura era timido. Non dimenticare di visitare il piccolo Tokyo - ristoranti fantastici là. Chiedi al famoso concierge di raccomandazioni - sa dove andare. Abbiamo avuto un tempo fab così grazie a tutti coloro che lo fanno succedere!!!

First impressions were reasonable, but during our first morning at the hotel, everything soon went downhill. From 8am till around 4pm there were two separate 'evacuations' into the hotel lobby with fire and police services being called both times. After the first evacuation, we went into town, came back 4 hours later, only for the whole hotel to be evacuated again!! Hotel staff were short tempered and nasty, bluntly barking at us to evacuate with hours going by until they finally told us there'd been a water leak. An emergency situation is understandable and I'm not bothered about that event, but the staff's handling of it was utterly poor. A question about needing to return to a hotel room, after several hours of waiting, to collect an inhaler for asthma, was met with grossly insensitive jokes about secretly taking ecstasy and then we were ignored. This whole ordeal largely amounted to the hot water being switched off, which then remained off for several days. One staff member teased we would get 'freebies' from the hotel as a gesture of goodwill for the inconvenience; this did not happen. The main hotel lifts became unusable and after being instructed to use the service lifts instead, a bartender charged towards us screaming and being unbelievably hostile, refusing to let us pass or listen to what other hotel staff had literally just informed us to do. His behaviour was diabolical, but he made no apologies for himself and excused himself from the conversation. It was outrageous seeing the entire hotel be displaced in such a clunky and slapdash way. Most of the hotel staf were rude, blunt and pompous. One single receptionist was polite and friendly, and that was the woman who checked us out. Every three or four hours someone was knocking at our door or entering our room for cleaning purposes; we could scarcely relax. We've never felt so harassed in a hotel. The hotel cups provided were barely fit for a gobful of drink and they even took away our only spoon to stir our drinks. The sanitisation standards of the hotel were inadequate, failing to provide basic antibacterial or hand soaps in rooms; I had to use a face soap to wash my hands and the red seating between the lobby and bar was heavily stained with black marks. The restaurant always seemed closed, tha bar never had more than three tables with customers, the bar layout was so cramped that I banged my leg trying to take a seat and the entire hotel decor was dreary and miserable. Most of the TV channels didn't work either. I think the only positives were having a free apple from the bowl in reception every day and ultimately leaving the hotel forever!

Molto bel hotel nel centro di Dusseldorf. Il personale è molto amichevole e le camere erano grandi e pulite. Ci siamo viaggiati con il nostro 3 anni e c'era molta spazio per giocare. Abbiamo avuto colazione all'hotel, che è stato il solito buffet di colazione a stile europeo con cibo disgustoso L'hotel ha dedicato parcheggio interno, che è molto utile in una città così occupata. Questo è uno dei più carini hotel che abbia soggiornato e mi fermerò in futuro. In termini di attività locali, è stato facile raggiungere il fronte d'acqua, il centro storico, gli negozi e il parco dall'hotel. Abbiamo anche potuto visitare facilmente tutti i mercati di Natale a piedi dall'hotel.

Big hotel not far from train station, 10 minutes walk, good location in general, metro station right next to hotel. Great and very helpful staff. Rooms are old and not very clean, but very big size and beds are comfortable. Gym is tiny and doesn’t have many variables of machines. Food in restaurant is amazing! And very reasonable prices. I would recommend it for short stay

Super ligging. Direct tegenover airport. Goed bereikbaar met auto en trein. P1 en P8 liggen direct ernaast. Wel optijd reserveren. De ruime kamer met goede bedden heeft ook een kluisje en de ramen kunnen open. De Mini bar stond bij ons aan. Maar volgens info ter plaatse zou je deze kunnen laten aanzetten via receptie. Onze kamer was voorzien van een bad waarin men ook kon douchen met een goede glazen douche wand. Wat ik miste was een handvat om je aan vast te houden met uit bad komen. Receptie medewerkers waren alle zeer vriendelijk. In en uitcheck verliep vlot. Ivm onze vroege uitcheck konden wij gratis gebruikmaken van koffie/thee en een mini croissantje onder bij de hal. Wij hebben geen gebruik gemaakt van sauna/zwembad. Wel even gekeken en zag er zeer netjes en ruim uit. Er lagen ook gratis handdoeken ter beschikking. Komen zeker terug indien voor ern aantrekkelijke prijs te krijgen is. Last minut geboekt voor 130 👍

It is one of those peculiar hotels that serve one purpose only - in this case it is staying for one night when you change planes. The hotel offers everything that is necessary in this case - it is located across the street from the airport, you really can't miss it (the route is well marked all the way). It offers quiet rooms with no view and (probably, my plane was very early so I missed it) breakfast in the morning. I can't comment on how it looks from the outside as I arrived at night and left before dawn but also because it is located on the top floor of a multilevel car parking.

Servizio molto amichevole e utile. Ottimo comfort di sonno attraverso letti di prima classe. Le camere sono pulite, mantenute, spaziose e corrispondenti a un hotel 4 stelle in ogni senso. Il buffet per colazione non lascia aperti i desideri e offre una base eccellente per il giorno lavorativo. La costante attenzione e il riempimento dei cibi caldi e freddi sul buffet sono lodevoli. The bed was comfortable and the breakfast was adequate. The staff were polite and accommodating as we did arrive earlier and managed to get a room and we were also very kindly and free of charge granted a later check out. The location is certainly central and there is easy access to public transport. However, this is not a boutique hotel, at least in the rooms themselves. While the communal areas looked nicely decorated and stylish, our room did not in the slightest meet the same standard. We stayed in room 336 and allow me to itemise a few maintenance items that need attending to: reading light not working as was damaged; side lamp only had the one bulb, tiles in bathroom about to come loose and clearly a lovely water stain by the air con vent. None of these impeded a comfortable sleep or an adequate stay, however they did make the room look tired and not worth its value. Ah and when got a call to the room we were unable to take said call as the phone cord came loose. We attempted to put it back but still the phone would not work. We were prepared for the room being small and it certainly was small and did the job, Lastly, If parking on site do be prepared for tight corners and bends. Anything larger than a Mini does require some manoeuvring and care, you may well come out of the parking with scratches on your side, as you will notice by the many scratches left by previous drivers on the walls.

In generale, una grande esperienza e sono disposto a visitare di nuovo. La stanza era pulita e grande. I letti e la mattress erano grandi! Non posso lamentarmi della stanza stessa. Localizzazione, vicino alla stazione centrale come mostrato su google. Tu cammini meno di 10 minuti alla stazione centrale. La cattura è, la strada alla stazione centrale era un po' schizzica - non andrei da sola a notte. Ha anche un po' di corda, anche se non ho avuto alcun problema portare bagagli dalla stazione all'hotel. Il servizio ha tuttavia un posto per migliorare, il personale è stato gentile e ha fatto del suo meglio, ma l'ispezione e l'uscita sono state inutilmente di tempo. La sera del check-in, c'era una lunga coda perché un personale era bloccato nella soluzione di una questione per un cliente. Ho visto solo un personale alla ricezione e un altro lavorare su alcune altre funzioni durante l'ora di fretta del check-out. Sarebbe bello avere più di un ricevitore disponibile durante l'ora di fretta per un grande hotel.

Non è mia abitudine scrivere recensioni negative, ma in questo caso non posso esimermi dal farlo.L'unica nota positiva è la posizione dell'hotel in pieno centro città, per il resto necessita, visto il livello dichiarato, di una revisione totale. L'atrio del 7 piano, dove era la mia stanza , presentava due drappi a fianco di una specchiera che coprivano al meglio degli interventi di muratura non recenti, come fossero stati messi per coprire un lavoro non terminato ma non programmato nella sua fine. La camera, decisamente piccola, presentava un insolito letto a una piazza e mezza messo ad angolo contro un muro, probabilmente per sfruttare al meglio lo spazio ridotto, appena sufficiente la dotazione biancheria del letto. Inconcepibile la mancanza di termostato ambientale, di conseguenza, diun sistema di sistema di condizionamento. Assente il classico telefono per poter comunicare con la reception, che ti obbliga ad usare il proprio telefono cellulare in caso di necessità (il bello che è presente il solito foglietto di istruzioni dove si fa cenno del telefono) Di fianco al televisore (con telecomando sporco), tre prese di cui quella dell'antenna fissata alla meglio e una priva di ogni protezione: praticamente i fili elettrici in bella vista! Presente il frigo bar vuoto (con ridotta disponibilità di bevande davanti alla reception) ma non funzionante. Noto che anche in bagno la presa elettrica/interruttore è fissata in maniera posticcia a fianco dello specchio. Ho segnalato sia la questione presa scoperta che frigo bar non funzionante, alla reception, ma nulla è avvenuto, soprattutto per la presa scoperta non penso che mettere del nastro isolante a protezione sarebbe costato molto! Assente anche la classica cassaforte sempre presente in tutti i business hotel. Se a tutto ciò aggiungiamo la cifra di euro 350,00 pagata per una notte, in periodo di fiera internazionale, è verò, mi pare francamente esagerata per la qualità di questo hotel.

This is a nice, modern hotel, located on a busy street, but no noise hindrance in the room. It was very clean and roomy. It had a parking garage with lots of parking spaces, but unfortunately not a working electric charging station. As we came from The Netherlands and had travelled alot of kilometres, we defenitely had to charge the car. Unfortunately there were no charging stations in the neigbourhood, we charged in a parking garage in the city centre. Breakfast was very extensive and delicious! The only negative thing was that the hotel employee checking if guests had paid for breakfast was falsely accusing us for not having paid! This was not adding to a positive experience at the hotel. But overall a good hotel, except for the 2 negatives.

Questo hotel aveva tutto quello che volevo durante il mio viaggio a Euroshop. Buona inglese parlato dal personale, abbondante taxi sempre disponibile. Buon colazione disponibile con super caffè. La camera da bagno era di alta qualità e il letto super comodo. Solo critiche sarebbero la mancanza di caldaia e caffè disponibile in camera, e sicuramente raccomanda.

Sono rimasto in questo hotel per due giorni quando ho visitato Düsseldorf con la mia famiglia. L'hotel è ben situato, alla fine della Königsallee, la strada principale della città. Una stazione di metropolitana è situata proprio oltre la strada. Ci sono anche alcuni ristoranti in giro per strada e due supermercati dietro l'hotel. Ci siamo trasferiti in una stanza gemella sul piano superiore che era pulita e ragionevole in termini di dimensioni. Il bacino è stato rotto ma l'acqua non è svuotato. Il buffet per colazione ha poche opzioni per un hotel 4-star, ci sono quasi nessuna frutta e latte alternative disponibili nel buffet, è necessario ordinare. Siate molto attenti con le tariffe per le vostre carte di credito. L'hotel ha bloccato 350 euro sulla mia carta di credito all'arrivo e questo importo non è stato rilasciato quando ho pagato per il mio soggiorno. Sono rimasto in questo hotel per un mese e sono ancora ritenuti in contanti.

Molto bene, la posizione è vicino alla strada commerciale, vicino alla stazione della metropolitana. A somehow strange experience, as so ambivalent. Pros: Very beautiful building, castle-like with high ceilings. Rooms are beautiful and well equipped, including the bathroom (shower is great). Perfect location, at the edge of the famous Altstadt (old town) and very close to the river Rhein. Cons: They have clearly issues with the service personnel. We arrived very late, shortly before midnight. I wanted to call the hotel to give them a heads up, in order to avoid them giving the room away. I had to call 3 times (at around 10 pm), and to wait like 10 minutes in the line, until someone finally attended the phone. Next morning, same experience with the room service. No one cleaned the room, despite us putting the ”please clean” sign at the door knob between 10 am and 1 pm. I had to ask the reception around 4 pm to please get the room serviced. The most annoying thing were the curtains. You have the fine transparent white curtain, and the heavy black-out curtain. The latter is so short, that it only covers half the window. In the moment the sun rises, it is as bright as day in the room (I am talking about room 223, in case the management is reading this). You either have an eye mask, or you are done with sleeping. Finally an advice: Despite the location, the hotel is very quiet. However, if you are in a room facing the road (most rooms don't), you will get your dose of old town-party noise, at least at the weekend.

Abbiamo fatto un lungo fine settimana e abbiamo avuto un bel tempo all'hotel.Il personale era molto amichevole ed efficiente. Il manager del dovere, il signor Mueller, aveva fatto un lavoro fantastico su di noi, così viaggiare con un toddler era facile. Molto buon cibo anche - il servizio in camera era abbastanza veloce e la frattura era timido. Non dimenticare di visitare il piccolo Tokyo - ristoranti fantastici là. Chiedi al famoso concierge di raccomandazioni - sa dove andare. Abbiamo avuto un tempo fab così grazie a tutti coloro che lo fanno succedere!!!

Molto buona posizione, camera pulita e spaziosa. Il letto era piuttosto comodo. Il contatto con il servizio era molto buono e attraverso WhatsApp molto semplice . Quando si arriva con la macchina, fa senso prenotare un parcheggio in garage nel hotel. Il costo è molto basso con circa 15€. La stanza era molto calda. Purtroppo la stanza non aveva aria condizionata e non era possibile l'aria intera. L'ascensore posteriore era difettoso, quindi tutto il bagaglio doveva essere portato al piano superiore.

Sono stato a questo hotel per anni per partecipare a un congresso. Purtroppo ho fatto l'errore di prenotare la mia prenotazione direttamente attraverso la prenotazione dell'hotel. Come in tempi di pandemia, purtroppo, anche io devo interrompere il viaggio a breve termine per malattia nella mia famiglia. La responsabile della prenotazione non era pronta a ritirare la prenotazione o almeno in parte a ripristinare, nonostante le domande multiple per telefono e email. Il riferimento al rimborso dei costi in caso di affitto è solo un confessione di labbra, in quanto la casa è prenotata per grandi congressi e la stanza è probabilmente doppiamente commercializzata. Naturalmente, questo è il caso degli AGB - ma non è il momento di cancellare tutto fino 18.00 il giorno di arrivo nella stessa casa tramite prenotazione. Per quanto riguarda la domanda di ricevimento, il responsabile della prenotazione ha raccomandato di inviare una email al direttore. Delusionante e non dignitoso per un responsabile della prenotazione. Piuttosto un comportamento di un azubis. Così si insultano gli ospiti tribali. Peccato, perche' negli anni precedenti sono sempre stato impiegato in precedenza.

Il piccolo hotel a Oberkassel a Düsseldorf è gestito personalmente e molto ordinato. Camere mantenute. Piccolo ma sufficiente buffet colazione. Il proprietario è molto gentile e utile. Camere non sono davvero grandi , ma completamente sufficienti. Mi piacerebbe tornare.

Big hotel not far from train station, 10 minutes walk, good location in general, metro station right next to hotel. Great and very helpful staff. Rooms are old and not very clean, but very big size and beds are comfortable. Gym is tiny and doesn’t have many variables of machines. Food in restaurant is amazing! And very reasonable prices. I would recommend it for short stay
