Hotel a Rockhampton, Australia

Very run down motel. We booked on the day of stay and arrived late. The text communication from the Manager was good and key left in the safe for us upon arrival. The room was either undergoing an upgrade Or was very run down, not sure of which. There were holes in the wall and sections of the wall where paint was missing in places where it was obvious old cupboards had been. The occupants of the room next door sat outside our room most of the night smoking with the smoke coming right on in. Designated smoking areas would be a good idea ( away from the rooms) The hot water system from the room next door sounded like a train in our room .

Ho fatto il check-in tardi quando sono arrivato. Ma ce la fanno aggiorna e lascia la stanza per me così quando arrivo lì posso stare subito. La vista sulla baia è incredibile, puoi vedere dalle finestre della tua camera da letto. La camera è pulita e ordinata. E forniscono la lavatrice per ogni cliente ed è facile da usare, cosa che adoro. Tornerò indietro quando avrò il resto.

Il personale era un po' ufficioso al check-in e nelle mie interazioni successive limitate. Sembra che vi sia una forte aspettativa che tutti gli ospiti siano visitatori locali o ripetuti (con veicoli). La signora che mi ha controllato e l'altro membro del personale che l'ha fatto al momento della rapina sembravano assolutamente confusi e anche sospetti che non conoscessi la zona e avessi domande di base sulle ammenti vicine (supermercati, ecc.). Non c'è modo di indicare che non si disturbi il personale che entra nella cabina per pulire mentre dormivo nella stanza. Abbiamo entrambi avuto abbastanza paura! Non è stato danneggiato, ma molto facilmente evitabile soprattutto per lunghe settimane di soggiorni in autoservizi che Non si aspetta che riceverà il servizio di pulizia finché non verrà verificato.
