Nuovissimo, pulitissimo e personale gentilissimo. In ottima posizione, vicino a River Walk, e alla down town, parcheggio comodissimo, camere enormi. Tutti i confort. Ci ritornerei senza alcun dubbio. Le stanze sono dotate di tutti i confort.

Sono stato molto contento con i due letti della Regina Deluxe. La stanza era molto bello e pulito. Mi consiglierei di rimanere qui. Prenota non fumare e se fumi. Fuma nella tua auto o fuori. Per gli animali domestici è un'imposta di $25.00 per animali domestici che non è rimborsabile e che è comprensibile e ragionevole. Il pranzo è la solita vaffle, cereali, ecc. Almeno è qualcosa.Se preferisci una grande muffa, prendi Denny e comprala. Se comprate la camera deluxe avete un tappeto di caffè (la mia stanza mancava un tubo per cui non funzionava), il frigorifero e la microonde funzionavano bene e ho riportato il tappeto di caffè. Se non si riferisce questioni, non saranno corrette in modo da scrivere una revisione brutta. Rapporti la questione. Fornire all'hotel la possibilità di correggere il problema. E' un buon giorno per tutti.

Karin mi ha fatto il giorno! Ero sola con un 2 anni di età e sono arrivata esaurita/stressata. Qualcuno altro ha preso l’ultimo bagaglio e mi ha lottato per trasportare il mio bambino e i bagagli nella nostra stanza. Karin è entrato e ha preso il nostro bagaglio. Le sue buone parole e le sue azioni hanno fatto una differenza. Inoltre, l'hotel è bello. Nessun problema con la stanza.

In generale, la colazione è buona, il cibo è molto delizioso, il prezzo non è economico. La stanza divisa inizialmente è vicino al club notturno. Sono andata a letto a mezzanotte. Dopo aver detto alla signorina Reception, è molto tranquilla e molto piacevole cambiare una notte. San Antonio è una piccola città molto spaventosa, il prezzo sarà un po' inferiore, il fiume cammina molto bene.

Incredibile! Tutto era perfetto, igiene, posizione, strutture, servizio, ecc. La vicinanza al fiume Walk è in paragone perché è meno di 10 minuti a piedi.

Non c'è nessuna custodia a notte.Solo il ricevitore è stato presente. Molto cattivo servizio.

L'esperienza era bella, il servizio clienti era perfetto e la posizione era grande. Tuttavia, possono lavorare sul servizio di valle e la pulizia dovuta al dolce sulla soglia del bagno. Upon recommendations through Priceline, we booked this hotel for 2 nights. Front desk asked for an additional $60 deposit. Upon going to our room, we noticed parking scarce because there are lots of construction trucks that take up several spaces. Below us, we noticed the hotel door was open and there were men smoking, drinking and staring at us, and beer caps and empty beer cartons were littered all over the steps. I also noticed there is also A “Love Erotica” establishment behind the hotel. Upon entering the room, the door had a large gap in it when I tried to shut it, and furniture appears to be chewed on with stains on the bedspread. After hearing a noise, I see a man standing outside. I called Priceline and they said the manager would be in, so call back in 30 minutes. We left the room and to feel safe, we went back to the lobby where I waited the 30 minutes and then, the front desk employee, Sam told me no manager was coming in. Priceline said they were lying and to leave. I drove around at 11:30 at night trying to find a safer hotel. Priceline nor Quality Inn medical city San Antonio will refund my money! Neither company cares about service received, only my money! This is the first hotel review that I have ever written as I hope to save someone else time, money and headache! I will never trust or use Priceline or Quality Inn again especially the Quality Inn Medical City San Antonio!

San Antonio is a historical city with beautiful sight seeing. The holtel is not far away from Alamo、river walk and conference center. All the staffs are very nice，breakfast is simple，but good than most of comfort inn hotel.
