So yesterday I posted a review about this place. In the review, I did state that this place should be 5 star. Actually they are. My issue was that were overbooked and couldn't accomodate me and my family. However; after speaking with the manager, not only did he fix the issue and apologize; he found a way to get me in a room for the night. Housekeeping apologized and made sure I was aware of their intentions. The young man at the front desk Byron, was amazing. Byron was funny, confident and I watched him take care of every guest with the same enthusiasm and respect. He is definitely a bright light to this hotel. Miguel, the manager was extremely professional, courteous and straight forward. The hotel is CLEANED SANITIZED and SAFE! They have overnight security to ensure your car and belongings are safe while you rest. The fitness center is definitely up to par and the pool is decent as well......and I believe its open 24 hours! I originally gave them a bad review and I was 100% wrong. This is 5 Star and I too agree with the rating you guys constantly receive. Thank you Byron........ Thank you Miguel....... After the situation of Hurricane IDA, I truly needed help and you guys delivered. From the bottom of my heart, Thank You!

DO NOT STAY HERE! The manager Jim should not be a manager at all and needs to take some classes in customer service and hospitality. He was rude and arrogant. When checking in he wasnt personal or welcoming at all. I looked into the normal lobby from the night registration entry and it looks like a frat house; there is stuff EVERYWHERE. I really wish I would have gone with my gut and turned around and left based on my check in experience alone; but wait it gets even better. The only thing this ”manager” asked me was cash or card? During the whole check in and treated me as if I were a child and he was my teacher about wearing masks around the property. They have a zero tolerance policy which I have no problem with. But he was threatening and belittling. After that unpleasant experience we started to move into our room. There are no baggage carts and there are a lot of sketchy people that sit outside and in the hallways. Around 11 pm is when I started to hear all the screaming and yelling. All night long kids were running down the hallways, people were yelling, AND IT NEVER STOPPED. At 5 am we heard children screaming and crying and called the front desk worried there was some kind of danger to those children. The lady at the front desk just said she handled it. Not apologetic or anything. After 2 hours of sleep all night, I went out early to let my dogs out to go potty and do their thing. This Jim guy saw me and I said hello. He immediately wanted to know my room number so I gave it to him. He stated I didnt tell him about my dogs when he asked. I informed him he never asked me about pets and I assumed (my bad) that they were free since Motel 6's are known for being pet friendly. He basically told me I was a liar and gave me a stearn look and walked away. After speaking to him I went outside and found out my card didnt work to get back in. He turned my cards off so I couldnt get in the building all because I had 2 dogs he NEVER asked me about. Overall, do not stay here. It was very unpleasant, stinks, and all the staff is rude and know nothing about hospitality. The walls are thin so you can hear everything and the AC units do not work. You can tell the owner does not give a crap and will continue to make money off junkies or party animals I guess. If you're a family or a decent human being, stay far away.

L'ambiente generale dell'hotel è molto buono, compresi Datang, ascensori, corridoi e camere. Il servizio è cordiale e amichevole. La posizione è un po' lontana dal centro della città, ma molto tranquilla. Prestazioni ad alto costo.

Vivere pulito e pulito è molto comodo. Scegliere e scegliere. È troppo difficile vivere un hotel di mente. È ancora molto conveniente a Trip.com. È anche possibile raccomandare l'hotel a seconda della distanza. In generale, è molto utile.

La camera era una suite, molto pulita e ben conservata. Non si aspettava che fosse così bello. ricevimento molto amichevole. Molti ristoranti vicino a me. Area tranquilla.Colazione con uova scrambled, bacon, hot chinamon rolls, ecc. Bella zona di mangiare. Io resterò qui da ora in poi.

The hotel is in a great location if visiting the missions. There is a Wal-Mart and a multitude of restaurants close by. This was one of the best hotel experiences I have had in a while. The hotel staff were all friendly, courteous and responsive (front desk, maintenance, housekeeping and breakfast hostess). The hotel was clean, the beds comfortable, and the breakfast was excellent. I don't have any negatives. We had a small maintenance issue with our room on the second day that could have turned into a poor experience, but maintenance came up within a minute or two to investigate and we were moved to a new room within 10 minutes or less. I would definitely return to this hotel if visiting the area again.
