Il personale della reception è entusiasta ed educato quando risponde alle domande, il che è positivo. La stanza è grande, con un set completo di attrezzatura da cucina e utensili da cucina, un divano e un tavolino da caffè e un forte senso dello spazio. Tuttavia, non so come regolare il riscaldamento e il raffreddamento nella stanza, il che rende la temperatura della stanza un po' soffocante e non riesco a dormire bene. La luce del sensore davanti alla porta della mia stanza era rotta e lampeggiava, influenzando il sonno. Il bagno è diviso in una vasca da bagno e una vasca da bagno, due persone possono fare il bagno contemporaneamente, c'è un sacco di gel doccia, un set completo di prodotti per l'igiene e persino una crema idratante, il che è buono.

Arrival experience was great! Front office team is very professional! Facilities are old and out of order: TV breakdown on day one, engineer needs to come and change TV on day 2; bidet was out of order, engineer needs to come and replace twice. HSKP knock on the door when DND sign is on, only for Engineering to check air conditioning conditions. What is the point for DND sign then? Overall come back for the location and the price is reasonable.

The staff are very helpful and friendly. The facilities especially the hot and cold bath, sauna room are amazing. However, the location is a bit odd as it takes a bit 15 mins walk to Meongdong area. The cleaning lady is also a bit careless, she forgot to replace the bath towel and also left some new bedsheets and pillowcases in the room chair. The panaronma lounge is also closed during the weekend which is a bit surprising to me.

We booked this hotel for its sauna. Though it isn't big, but it served its purpose right. After a long walk everyday, we needed to soak our feet in the hot tub. It worked like magic. We could walk again the next day! Staff was polite and was always willing to help call a taxi. There are a lot of eateries around. Our only disappointment was that the roof top lounge was closed on weekend nights!!!! We had a beautiful view from our window!

Molly and Eric are always smiling and very helpful. Fantastic vacation of seven nights in Seoul. A good hotel can make a lot of difference and the sauna is good. A home away from home. Yes and non stop shopping and extremely convenient with foods all around and police are everywhere.

The room was clean and spacious, top notch location close to subway and main attractions in Seoul, i will definitely book again in the future ☺️

Great location and having lot of public transports. Room is spacious and clean. Love it very much and will definitely come back next time.

Awesome location, accessible to Seoul Station and central Myeongdong on foot; the hotel also provides a shuttle service for selected places around the area. The rooms are clean and an excellent size for couples & small families. If you choose a Deluxe room, it has a small living room with sofa-bed great for 3-4 pax. There is a rooftop bar and a gym for the fitness enthusiast.

The location was close to namdaemun market neither close or far to any station in particular (10mins walk) but found it mostly convenient to walk to seoul station directly (exit from #4 exit). Shuttle bus is available from the hotel to seoul station in the afternoon every 40mins. Location there is convenient stores and restaurants nearby even late at night. The room was spacious and had most amenities as needed. But lacks some cleanliness, so example the bathtub had a mark and the sheets also had some stainable

Love love love this place! Accessible to all locations and 2-3 subways nearby! The place is huge, clean and affordable too. Housekeeper replenishes detergent powder for washing machines daily too, able to wash and dry is a plus point!! Would definitely recommend and coming back here again

Been to Seoul many times but this is the first time I’m staying here. I was first greeted by two very lovely staff cansu and Phyllis who welcomed me and my family warmly. They were so hospitable that it really made my start of the holiday perfect. The rooms are neat and the view for our rooms are good too. The sauna on the top floor also is perfect after a day of walking.

Excellent location, we walked to most major spots from the hotel. Lovely restaurants and shops all around. We were able to catch the airport bus service from just outside. Thank you to Molly who kindly helped us with this and even printed all the details out for us. The rooms are spacious and having the lounge area and mini kitchen were great. We will stay here again next time we visit Seoul.

Our stay at the hotel was wonderful. We had everything we needed and the staff could speak English, is very friendly and helpful. Room was comfortable and large, and had all the items we needed. Bed was a bit hard but if you don’t mind it’s ok :)

Great room, super clean and awesome service. The hotel is also so close to all the fun things to do and see. We also booked a tour on Klook for the DMZ and the pick up was a 7minute walk. The staff are super friendly and very helpful. A useful gym too 🙌 The only downside, if I could say such, was that there was not much variety for the breakfast buffet for the price you pay but then again, it could have been because we arrived an hour before finishing time. Regardless though, will definitely recommend and stay there again.
