Sembravano sapere come accontentare viaggiatori come me. Le loro capacità di parlare inglese sono migliorate molto meglio rispetto all'ultima volta che ho soggiornato in hotel. Niente più facce lunghe, né facce impassibili mentre parlavano con me. La stanza dell'hotel era abbastanza grande, anche la doccia era spaziosa. Ero contento dell'hotel. Pollice in su!

Great location! Very easy to find if you take bus from the airport. The room is also very spacious. Recommend

Everything is good during the stay. Toilet is a bit smelly probably from the drainage system but if you close the toilet door then it is fine. No microwave no stove.

My daughter and wife liked their rooms as they are spacious and comfortable.

clean but old and outdated facilities. breakfast menus always the same. bus stop and subway station close by and convenient, airport bus stop a few steps away too. front desk staffs and restaurants are friendly and speak good English.

The rooms is quite big.. And location very good.. Around 5min walk to DDP and few bustop to myeongdong..

The location what seemed close to all the main attractions turned into more of a pain point. Not a lot of buses and the train station takes forever to get to. Only plus is the 6001 airport bus stops right in front for the way home. However, ended up taking a lot of taxis… As for the facilities, it’s old and run down. We were made to move rooms 3 times. 1st time, the toilet was broken and was leaking water from the beginning. 2nd time, they couldn’t provide a partial refund to downgrade, so they upgraded us for the trouble however as the room wasn’t planned to be used that day, the heating would not turn on at all and we practically froze. After countless calls to front, it took over 8 hours to heat the room (4am)! It was meant to be a suite but apart from the size of it, I would not call it a suite at all. 3rd time, was the same as the 1st room, but all working except a mouldy smelling bathroom, dirty sheets and dim lighting. If you’re visiting for wholesale purposes in Dongdaemun or if you’re happy to just sleep there maybe you’d be fine but I was not comfortable at all and disappointed. The only positive thing is that the staff were very kind most of the time. One occasion though, I asked if they had luggage scales and they said no. To my surprise when I went to the lobby, there was one heavy duty scale for everyone to use.. Overall, I will not be staying again.

My experience at this hotel was absolutely fantastic! The staff was welcoming and attentive, always making sure I had everything I needed. The room was spotless and beautifully designed, offering a peaceful and comfortable retreat. The location was perfect, with easy access to all the local attractions and dining spots. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a perfect getaway!

Dirty, outdated but good location…breakfast so so…some of front desk seem nice some very unfriendly depends on whom you get meet

Convenient especially bus stop right outside hotel and airport bus just few steps away. Dont have to drag luggages around. Train stations are nearby too
