Sono gentili e le camere sono pulite.La camera però è un po' piccola e non c'è la vasca, ma non so il nome, ma consiglio una donna dello staff che parla bene inglese.Sono arrivata presto e prima del mio resta, ma grazie mille per avermi aiutato a usare la lounge prima Voglio restare la prossima volta Anche l'uso gratuito della lounge è stato buono.

Tutto il personale dell'hotel è cordiale e disponibile dal check-in al check-out Andava tutto bene finché non l'ho fatto. (Al momento del check-out, dicono "Buona giornata!" È stato fantastico.) Grazie per avermi assegnato un piano alto, ma la vista è giusta È stato un peccato non poter aprire la finestra perché dava sulla facciata dell'edificio.

Very new and modern hotel, rooms are clean and pleasant and easy access to local transportation. Breakfast is expensive, but there are lots of coffee shops in the area as an alternative.

Reception has good service, they are friendly and with smile. But the lady waitress at 21st floor is awful, while we are looking at the menu, she was so impatient and was putting on her handcream while waiting for us and also playing her phone, which is obviously so unprofessional!! And she rolled her eyes on us! Nevertheless, inside the room there’s a cockroach… Although it’s not a big one, but really? It’s quite disgusting..

The hotel reception team were very kind and welcoming. They saw we were travelling with my 2 yr old son, they upgraded my room to a king size bed with bath tub. Really appreciated. The room is clean and good, I would recommend this hotel and would like to stay again.

Everything was so good. We stayed here second times and always nice experience. Convenient travel to and from the airport by limousine bus. Very near subway station.
