Per quanto riguarda il problema dell'aria condizionata da te menzionato, lo abbiamo inoltrato al dipartimento strutture per l'ispezione. Grazie per averci raccontato questa situazione. Inoltre, nel mese di novembre prevediamo di eseguire una ristrutturazione completa, in particolare la costruzione di pareti e pavimenti. Se verrai di nuovo, ti promettiamo che sarà più pulito e ordinato. Ancora una volta, ci scusiamo per il disagio e vi ringraziamo!

The drainage issue has already been resolved, and we are continuously working to improve our facilities. In Korea, it is common for bathrooms to feature a combined sink and shower head setup, which is why our facilities are designed this way.
