È un hotel molto pulito, confortevole e conveniente. Preferisco gli hotel con colazione e ho soggiornato a un buon prezzo con colazione inclusa. Una colazione semplice è commestibile. Ci sono molti bar e club nei pressi della stazione di Balsan che restano aperti fino a tardi, quindi mentre dormivo c'era molto rumore fuori dalla finestra (non so se succede solo nei fine settimana), quindi le persone sensibili dovrebbero portare dei tappi per le orecchie. Anche il personale della reception è gentile e disponibile.

Le opzioni per la colazione sono davvero poche. Per saziare lo stomaco si può ricorrere al pane, all'insalata e alla zuppa. La stanza è relativamente grande rispetto alla città, ma l'insonorizzazione è scarsa e si sentono le conversazioni dei viaggiatori nel corridoio. L'hotel è relativamente vecchio e i prezzi sono alti. Sono pochi i buoni hotel che possono essere affittati a questo prezzo.

Questo hotel ha la reception al settimo piano. Non c'è nulla al piano terra che ti dica che sei nel posto giusto, quindi potrebbe volerci un sacco di tempo per trovarlo. C'era una pozza di vomito fuori da una stanza la mattina. Ho avvisato la reception alle 7 e di nuovo alle 8. Alle 9:30 era ancora lì. Disgustoso! Anche il canto dal bar al piano di sotto era forte e mi ha svegliato. Ha finito alle 3 del mattino. Terribile! La moquette nella stanza sembra usurata e la stanza sembra aver urgente bisogno di un restyling. Avevo una prenotazione prepagata lì per tre giorni dopo, ma ho tagliato le perdite e ho prenotato al First Stay, che è a soli 50 metri di distanza ed è di gran lunga superiore. Dovresti fare lo stesso!

Questo hotel si trova vicino alle stazioni ferroviarie dell'aeroporto internazionale ed è circondato da molti ristoranti e pub. In particolare, la colazione offerta era molto buona, quindi mi piacerebbe consigliare questa colazione gratuita. La moquette sembra un po' sporca, ma gli altri sono tutti abbastanza buoni da essere soddisfatti.

Reception is at level 7, anywhere above level 7, you need to tap hotel card to press elevator button. Check in and check out process is smooth but south korea is strict to their check in time. I was unable to check in earlier. Hotel is 3-5 min walk to Balsan Station. Location is considered convenient, there is a CU store downstairs and some restaurants, paris baguette around. However, it is slightly far from most seoul atttractions, about 45-60 minutes away. I stayed on level 13. Room was dark but not obvious from the picture. I think they were suppose to have a standing lamp at corner of room but no ceiling light or lamp there. The light at the door is also gone. I actually feedback about the light to the reception after 1st night stay but nothing was done over next 2 nights. Hotel Mfelice is not too good at problem solving. Cleanliness was all right, this hotel is aged so you can visibly see spots on carpets, dust on less used area etc. Shower water pressure is easy to adjust, warm water is consistent but the shower floor is very slippery. Elderly and children to take note. And the bottle container provided for body wash, shampoo is difficult to squeeze. Maybe that is the intention, to discourage guests to use too much! Toilet has bidet. They provide towels (south korea uses face towel as bath towels now so they are smaller in size but hotel provides 2 for each guest) but if you need other shower amenities such as toothbrush, toothpaste etc, you need to buy a set from reception. I think it was 3,000won.

Really lovely hotel, attentive and kind staff. The room was very cosy and location included lots of great restaurants nearby.

Great shower and bidet. Excellent location. Not the easiest entrance to find. Pillows too soft. Bit noisy downstairs. Emergency sign inside door of room 1007 let far too much light in the room. Ask the hotel not to give you a room with emergency sin. Breakfast was good.

Stayed here for business as I had a meeting nearby. Hotel was in a good location with plenty of restaurants/bars nearby. No complaints about the room or service. Would yay again if in the area.

まず最初にチェックイン時の女性のフロントの方の態度が非常に悪く、チェックイン時から不愉快になりました。 言い方も表情も怖い。お客様にする態度なのか。 非常に不愉快。もうこのホテルに泊まりたくないレベル。 部屋はトイレ、洗面台は新しく良かったです。 ただ、なぜかシャワー後の足拭きはありません。フロントに聞きましたが、足拭きは初めから置いてないようです。足ベタベタを何で拭くのか？… 謎のサンダルが置いてあります。 口コミで多かった、深夜まで外がうるさくて寝れなかったなどの意見が多い点ですが、本当にひどかったです。 窓が開いてるのか？と思うくらいでした。廻りは飲み屋街なのですが、窓をよく見たら開閉できる窓があり、その窓を閉めても音は変わらないです。窓自体が薄い。どうにかしようと考えましたが、無理でした。 夜中まで騒音がまったく気にならない方しか無理ですね。連泊なんて出来ません。 非常口ランプは消せません。ずっと点いてます。 総合的に部屋は古い、騒音ひどい、フロントの態度が悪いのに、1泊そんなに安くない。 次はないと思います。
