Convenient for strolling , but hotel very old, pictures of rooms doesn’t match with real view of room. Rooms very cold for staying with kids . Food assortment on room service menu not enough.

Exceptional from the moment we walked into the hotel. Our first point of contact at the front desk was Nathalya. She went above and beyond in welcoming us, even when we didn’t have a room reservation. Nathalya was one of the most attentive and efficient host I have ever come across in hospitality. Asking how’s our day, and ask us why we are here (birthday celebration). We may have not met the MOD, but we are so grateful in accommodating us. Oh, not to mention… the Champagne drink for welcoming us was top-notch. All of the hotel staff were so friendly and helpful from the front desk to the restaurant and even the staff on the hallways. They serviced my room during my stay and it was immaculate. My room was absolutely beautiful and sparkling clean. Food is delicious. We enjoyed the breakfast buffet each morning. And, all day gourmet treat of Les Madeleines... is heavenly delicious. Thank you Chef Sebastien Roux. We will definitely come back here because they made us feel at home. :)

The hotel is very nice. Right at the city centre of Paris and really close to various tourist sits and shopping malls like Printemps, walking distance for most of all. Hotel itself is pretty and amenities are well prepared, receptionist Pierre is very professional and kind to us, big thanks to him. And all other staffs are very nice and professional on their duties as well, especially those lovely ladies in breakfast room. Loved the trip in Paris and the hotel, wholeheartedly recommend to anyone who is looking for quality hotel to stay.

The Hyatt Paris Madeleine team was exceptional, and genuinely warm and attenve. The property is beautiful and elegant, and the location cannot be beat, being close to attractions and many shops, cafes, restaurants and several squares and metro stations. The area is wonderfully walkable and beautiful. Aleksandra at check-in made our stay special and was so lovely and welcoming. The Chinoiserie Lounge is beautiful and the daily complimentary happy hour cocktail is lovely; as are the madeleine sponge cakes in the lobby. Highly walkable, safe and pleasant neighborhood with many squares, restaurants, attractions and metro stations. Easy to call and pay for G7 rideshares via the app.

I recently spent (7) days at the Hyatt Paris Madeleine in the 8th arrondissement and had the most incredible experience. The attention to every detail was exceptional, each of the Hyatt team member made the guest feel special. I highly recommend this specific Hyatt hotel on your next trip to PARIS with easy access to many places, either by foot or metro. The team members have remarkable recommendations of places to visit and will assist as much as needed. This will be my hotel of choice for future trips to Paris.

Don't get booked into the *03/*01 rooms. They're tiny, in a corner, oddly laid out (tiny closets, a tub without a glass panel, a single window), and look nothing like the pictures. I'm currently in one of them as an Explorist, probably because I checked in very late after midnight. Not worth the $1200+ these rooms cost. Not even worth $300 imo. I regret coming here and won't be back.

Entire staff at Hyatt Paris Madeleine made us feel at home. Anticipated all of our needs and exceeded all of our expectations. We will stay here again

We stayed at Hyatt in Paris locations: 24 Boulevard Malesherbes 75008 Paris Frane We stayed there for 4 days I got bite a lot from bed bugs we went doe talked to manager told him thanks I got bedbugs bite he looks at all the bites on my arms and he said it not bedbugs it mosquitoes not go to pharmacy to ask the people working there it’s a mosquito bites…… he is disappointed when I said bedbugs and didn’t want to talk to us…. I asked for different room he said no! The 4 nights I bite from bedbugs and I wok up quickly caught one big bedbugs at 3am in the morning put it in the cup bring down and gave them a live bedbugs. We left at 3:15am didn’t want to stay there anymore…. I got bite over 30 bites all overtime hands my back my face my butty legs it’s so itching wen back to America saw my doctor got medicine but still itching as hell it’s been over one week I still can’t not sleep…. It’s a nightmare for us…. They didn’t make us pay for the 3 nights staying there but I rather pay money than have to deals with this…. Never stay at Hyatt anymore. Special I ask them to change the room for me they didn’t.

During our first visit Paris we had an opportunity to stay at the Hyatt Paris Madeleine which was located near the sites that we were interested in seeing. The staff was courtesy and accommodating, it was much appreciated! I would highly recommend this hotel and location.
