L'hotel è un po'vecchio. La stanza più economica prenota all'inizio, se vedi la mostra Trip.com che non c'è una piscina di grano nella stanza, probabilmente non scegliere. Per i seguenti motivi: 1.Non nell'edificio principale, ma nell'edificio spa. 2.Lo strato è basso, la luce non è buona. 3.Il colazione va al principale edificio, anche se non lontano.Ma non mi sento bene. Dopo aver soggiornato la prima notte, il giorno dopo, cambiare la stanza, cioè l'aggiornamento, il costo di aggiornamento dato dalla reception è circa 3000 yuan.Qui, apprezzo il servizio clienti online di Trip.com, trasferito direttamente dalla stanza originale e riassegnato una suite migliore. Dopo tutto, le stronzate non sono cattive a centinaia di migliaia di dollari.L'esperienza è molto diversa! Grazie per il servizio clienti!

From the moment you walk in, you'll be greeted by an incredibly gorgeous hotel. Everything is beautifully designed from the lobby to the rooms. The rooms have all the necessary amenities to make it your home away from home, including amazing Malin + Goetz toiletries. Do note that they do not provide toothbrushes or razors for sustainability reasons but I do believe you can purchase them. But best of all is the service! I arrived at the hotel around 11 am and the receptionist was kind enough to let me check-in early with no extra charge, which was much appreciated. The location is not too bad too - short walks to the nearest metro line but the weather was kind to me during the trip so definitely take note of this if it's in the frigid winter or blazing summer. Overall, had a great stay and it was truly a regret of mine to have not been able to stay much longer to enjoy the other facilities like the pool and gym. But best believe, I'll be back!

La mia prima volta a Le Méridien Seoul , nuovo hotel , 6 mesi , super pulito , grande camere , buon colazione a buffet , forse un po ' sotto staffato durante le ore di fretta , ma il personale era molto bello . Stupendo salone al 15° piano con personale molto amichevole e utile grazie speciali alla signora Sharon Kim e alla signora Rachael Kim per l' aiuto prezioso per ristoranti e consigli per la vista laterale e shopping , Tornero' sicuramente la prossima volta che sarò a Seoul !

Da un hotel affermato come 5 stelle, mi aspettavo molto meglio organizzazione e servizio. Da colazione, non ho mai aspettato in linea per arrivare alla stanza del colazione, ma questa volta! E la linea era lunga! Naturalmente, in questi giorni si aspettava una grande folla, ma non mi scusa. Il personale era carino, ma semplicemente non abbastanza o non preparato per affrontare il numero di ospiti; i posti erano disponibili, ma le tavole non erano pronte e pronte per gli ospiti. La piscina è stata superata e la camera è stata pulita, senza sedili, a meno che non si utilizzi la zona della sauna con un costo aggiuntivo. Tutte le famiglie che non erano interessate alla sauna hanno dovuto affrontare i bambini con solo due docce ciascuno per le aree maschile e femminile, in piedi in cambiamento, senza asciugacapelli, e piccole toletta. Dopo la stanza non è stata sostituita l'acqua di complimentazione, né il bagno usato e le mutandine. Sono tutte le cose che possiamo vivere senza, ma come ho detto, stiamo parlando di hotel 5 stelle, e i soldi spesi per questo!

Four Points Hotel is very new and just 10 mins walk away Seoul Metro, Lotte Outlet and Lotte Mart. There is subway connect metro station, it's very good for us travelling in any weather. There is plentiful of amenties around it, a GS25 store and CU store, and restaurant beside the hotel. They even have a Starbuck coffee in the hotel lobby as well! We're stay 3 nights here and feel very good and efficient service at both reception and room. Excellent hotel, definitely recommended. Excellent location, quiet room. Excellent customer service and friendly staff. Great amenities. Would definitely stay again. Thank you. One thing to note, they will start to charge for toothbrush from Nov 1st onwards, do remember to bring your own toothbrushes if you do not want to pay for them. No more free toothbrushes.

1. Location: Located right in front of Gongdeok Subway Station (Seoul Subway Line 5, Line 6, AREX and the Gyeongui–Jungang Line) which links to Incheon International Airport. Very convenient, but the station is big and a bit complicated. 2. Amenities: Cafe and restaurants are just opposite hotel. Hotel itself has a seven eleven. Nearby hotel has a Olive young too. 3. Room is cleaned daily. Provided additional lighting as per request.smooth checkin and checkout. 4a. Room has 3 Pin plugs but the one at desk is badly position. Better to get additional adapter plug to increase the height so that u can use it smoothly. 4b. Surprisingly, shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, hand wash n lotion are provided. But no supply of toothbrush and toothpaste. 4c. There is a small step to trap the water from flowing out of bathtub to other part of the bathroom. 4d. Slipper is provided, but its very flat, no cushioning. Better to bring your own. Overall, the stay is good. Room (deluxe twin) is big, can put 2 big size luggage and still have a 2 seater sofa.

Il servizio era incongruo - a volte il personale era molto gentile e amichevole, e a volte era chiaramente rude e disonesto a voi. Quando sono entrato nella mia stanza, l’odore mi ha portato indietro. Mi ha sentito come una miscela di sudorazione e di sospensioni bagnate. Le foglie erano distrutte e non erano neanche super pulite. Il bagno aveva tinture gialle che mi buttavano fuori mentre mi aspettavo un soffitto di mezzanotte. Sono state fornite le attrezzature di base, che era grande. Le signore della casa erano davvero dolci anche. È a 5 minuti a piedi dalla stazione ferroviaria, quindi la posizione non era così male. Purtroppo non penso di aver prenotato di nuovo perché non valeva il prezzo.

Come altre recensioni, la pulizia è la peggiore... Non appena sono arrivato, ho aperto la finestra e ho pulito la polvere. C'era così tanta polvere sotto il comodino vicino al letto che non riuscivo nemmeno a pulirla, così l'ho coperta con un panno e sono rimasta lì. A parte questo, sono soddisfatto della posizione e della grande vasca da bagno. Ho riposato bene a un prezzo accessibile. Se stai molto attento alla pulizia, penso che verrai a trovarci spesso.

Molto pulito. Camera, bagno, biancheria... tutto pulito. Gestore professionale e molto gentile e di supporto. La posizione non è difficile da trovare. Questa è una vecchia casa ma ristrutturata e tenuta bene in modo che in tutto appaia e si senta ordinata e pulita. Una cosa da ricordare per gli stranieri: ci sono dei senzatetto nella vicina zona della stazione di Seoul. Non sono aggressivi. Consigliato a chi vuole dormire semplicemente in una casa pulita (stanza).

Ho avuto un assedio di 24 ore a Seoul e ho scelto questo hotel sulla base della vicinanza alla stazione di Seoul. Da Incheon, il viaggio ferroviario è circa un'ora alla stazione di Seoul. Fortunatamente, l'hotel è meno di cinque minuti a piedi dall'uscita 12. C'è una piccola collina, ma è moderata e non eccitante. Il personale era super piacevole e offerto di prendere il mio bagaglio. Ho rifiutato perché avevo solo un porta-contatti, ma notiamo che in questo hotel non c'è ascensore. Non aspettare spazio opulente. Le camere sono compatte, ma confortevoli. Come è tipico a Seoul, il bagno comprende la doccia, la doccia e il bagno - non c'è separazione dalla doccia. Ho dormito confortevolmente e le strade sono tranquille durante la notte. Ho pagato solo $40 per la notte, quindi è sicuramente facile sul portafoglio. Per quanto riguarda la posizione, è un sogno di camminatore. La stazione di Seoul si collega al ferrovia ad alta velocità e alle linee di metro. Myeongdong è a circa 30 minuti a piedi dall'hotel. Ci sono molti cibi intorno, tra cui quelli alla stazione di Seoul. Se siete un viaggiatore di bilancio o manutenzione bassa, consiglio fortemente questo posto.

La madre della reception parlerà solo coreano, ma gesti e applicazioni di traduzione possono! E'molto gentile, mi offre caffè ogni volta che mi incontra. La stanza è molto vecchia, ma molto pulita. C'è un caldo a caldo quando dorme, ma non c'è caldo, quindi è freddo quando si sdraia. A pochi passi dall'hotel, c'è una stazione di autobus, e il numero di stazioni di Seoul è relativamente conveniente. La zona ha anche caffè, ristoranti e stazioni di bruciare pesci, che molti locali usano. Raccomandato a coloro che vogliono sentire la vita quotidiana di Seoul solo a turisti come me.

I stayed the New World Hotel, Hangang daero 84 gil, Namyeong dong, Yongsan gu, Seoul, South Korea, August 26 to 31. This was easily the most expensive place on my trip (and I was in Tokyo for a week). And the New World Hotel was the worst place of my trip. The location is central ish, but dirty and gross, with shops selling junk and scrap metal. This should not be a 3-star hotel. The first problem was that the listing was cheap, but had a shared bathroom, so compared to other listings (which had their own baths), it looked good. By the time you got your own bathroom, the price was a lot higher. This is a classic bait-and-switch sales routine. The listing also promised a free shuttle to the Inchon airport, so I thought that despite the room price, at least I get a ride to the airport. When I asked the staff, that was a ”misunderstanding”. Instead of offering to take me the 30km to the airport or pay for the shuttle, or pay me the 80K Won amount of the shuttle, they offered to take me to Seoul station, 1.5km, and said a taxi would cost 85K Won, so they were compensating me well. That is the biggest lie I ever heard. I can provide information from *********** that shows the hotel changed its listing page to a paid shuttle after I asked at the front desk about the free shuttle. The room was gross. The bathroom had mold in it. Regular soap was shared in the shower. The shower drain was rusty. The water temperature varied while you were showering. There was no shower curtain, so all the water went on the ground. There were screws sticking out of the doorknob and toilet flusher (I have pictures). There's holes in the tile, huge scrapes on the floor, lack of electric switch covers, smudges on walls and other cosmetic things easy to fix, if anyone cared. The sink was cracked and fixed with duct tape!!! Just things I haven't seen since a refugee camp I had the misfortune to be in while in my youth. The water temperature went up and down significantly during a showering without my touching the knobs. From the 6th floor, anyone taking the stairs down to the 5th floor is in danger of falling down the steps, because one step is significantly higher than the other steps. I wouldn't want to get paid to stay here. I talked to the only English speaker, and presumably the manager, who was somewhat apologetic, but wouldn't address the problems, nor lower the price. When I paid the high price, I assumed a decent room, and the free shuttle and there the hotel failed.
