Hotel dekat lapas Ngaliyan, dekat BSB. Hotel baru dan air hangat berfungsi dg baik.

Insight room was different from the picture given on agoda, booking.com, traveloka even on their official website. Bed linen, pillow, towels got stain and the colour a bit yellowish. On their wall got a few of pencil sketched. And that make the room even look dirtier and dumped. The main thing was the bathroom. In the morning the water were so dirty, they said they were doing some repair to the water valve. And you guest what, they doing it in the morning where all the guests already wake up and need to use the toilet and we found out that the water was DIRTY with all the sands and the colour were brownish, then out of sudden the water heater also down. And the jackpot was, the water STOP running to all the rooms. THIS WAS PERFECT 😏 We already called 3 times and asked, and they only said wait for a while and keep on the water to flush away all the dirts. With out any other solutions. And that happens for almost 3 hours. They perfectly ruined our holiday with this Issue. We ask for extra towel, fyi, they only give 2 towels per room. We have 3 Children, so we asked for extra towel. We never got any problem on this even on budget hotel or at 4 or 5 Stars hotels before, You know what? After they give extra 2 towels, they asked for the existing 2 towels thats already in the room to be returned to them. We have explained to the house keeping that we have 3 kids, and of course 2 towels will not be enough (fyi, the towel is a bit thin, dont expect a furry thick towel like at other 4 or 5 starts hotel) What a silly service. Dont mention about the extra room key, they only gave us 1 room key, so we asked for 1 extra. You know what they said? We have not enough room key, so no more extra. It was a TOTAL DISAPPOINTMENT staying 1 night on 31st dec to 1st of Jan 2023 at LK Pandanaran Semarang. They charged almost 3times from their normal rate and this is what we got. We dont mind if you marked up your price almost 3times, specially during peak season, BUT PLEASE before doing that, improve your service, add more capable and professional labour to balance up with your price. Not mention about LK Simpang Lima Semarang. At their lobby, there was a water leakage, not sure why they havent done any repairing. Thats make us think that they all the SAME, at all LK Hotel Chains at semarang. But we would like to compliments the security outside the lobby area, he was very helpful, and genuinely helped us and give solutions when there were no more parking lot.

Lovely hotel, Pro: - Friendly and polite staffs - Fast reaction to our complaint/necessity - Friendly simple breakfast but tasty Cons: - No phone attached in the room to deliver our necessity to front desk directly. - Kitchen team should pay more attention with cleanliness, as I found ”sealed paper” on my fruits - Super No no: Slow Internet, sometimes the wifi can disconnect the connection by itself. So we need to reconnect/sign in again and again. Really frustrating getting hiccups during calling my family, download 1 one game for my boy is extremely slow. This hotel management must pay attention with this issue, you should use wifi with better quality, that can accommodate plenty of guests, no hiccups and no difficulty to sign in. Do not let your valuable The front desk/front line staffs always get and compromise the first fury and frustration from any guests about this issues while the management guys sit relaxed behind the office door.

Il vantaggio di questo hotel perché l'hotel fa parte del centro commerciale DP, l'hotel è molto pulito e molto bello personale.Sono venuto prima 2PM e mi hanno lasciato controllare prima senza alcun costo, Ho perso l'orologio durante il soggiorno e il personale di pulizia ha informato che ha messo l'altro lato della tavola.E mia figlia ha lasciato anche la giacca sul bagno esterno (non nella nostra stanza) e abbiamo trovato sul desk. Anche io ho dimenticato di portare il caricatore per il mio telefono e possiamo lasciare il telefono per il caricamento al desktop. Ciò significa che l'hotel Room Inc ha un dipendente onesto e molto gentile, molto utile. Il colazione ha un tipo variabile, mi piace davvero il porridge. Così delizioso La proposta per questo hotel, forse si può ri-decorare la stanza. È molto piccola con grande TV. Non è facile muoversi da un lato all'altro perché il divario è molto piccolo. Molto comodo. E' come la seconda casa, ma purtroppo l'iscrizione è terribile, quindi non è presto alle 12 o alle 1 pm. Camera confortevole. Climatizzatore freddo. Il cibo è delizioso e economico con un prezzo di 28k per tutti gli oggetti. E' delizioso.

Hotel standard vicino alla zona strategica, questo hotel non ha un ampio parcheggio per auto. Ordina non fumatori, ma la camera sembra fumatori. Camera semplice senza caldaia elettrica per bollire l'acqua. Un piano ancora sporco. Questo hotel è vicino a Simpang Lima, e può raggiungere a piedi il mercato notturno Semawis circa 30 minuti.

L'hotel è abbastanza buono ma penso che l'ascensore sia troppo piccolo, il parcheggio non è nemmeno così grande. La stanza era grande, le strutture sono fornite. Si raccomanda perché è vicino al centro della città. Il personale è molto bello e utile.

Probabilmente questo hotel aveva migliori momenti, ma la pandemia ha colpito duramente. Camera ok. Bagno sporco. Veramente sporco! Non ho fatto la foto, ma era grosso. Acqua calda. AC era buono. Ristorante chiuso. Parcheggio è all'interno e hai bisogno di alcune competenze. Molto sfidante. La piscina infinita al 30° piano è bello. Puoi vedere tutta la città.

La stanza è abbastanza buona Le strutture sono anche supportive Ma un po' di nota, le foglie/squadre non sono pulite e alcuni mobili sono polverosi e ci sono cazzo di cazzo Forse può essere più attento quando pulisce la stanza il resto è tutto a posto
