The hotel building might not new, but everything well maintained and functioned. The staff seems trained as well as 5 stars hotel. They greet us with heart. Another plus is the breakfast were superb. Even though the restaurant space not so spacious, but the taste and the presentation are so good. We extend one more night. The cons is my kid (5 years old) got extra charged for breakfast which is a bit unusual since other hotels start the charge from 6 years old above.

Amazing staff..... Very helpful and friendly they provide good service and gave me information about the area’s i need to visit close to the hotel and the activities available in the area… Very good experience highly recommend!!!!!

The room is comfortable for us. So my family like it. The breakfast is various and delicious enough. We are satisfied with the serving of the receptionist and the staff of the hotel. My daughter said that she asked me to stay in Metro hotel again in other time.

Hotel ini menang karena posisinya yg ditengah kota. Tp menu breakfastnya kacau. Asinnn bangettt. Spertinya mereka ga siap dgn high season. Saat mau CI dan CO administrasinya lamaaaaaaaaa bangett. Kita nunggu di parkiran hingga 60 menitt Cukup lambat dalam menanggapi kebutuhan kamar. Sabun mandi dan shampooo belum direfill. Mereka kekurangan staf operasional saat high season. Harusnya ini bisa dimaintain dulu

lokasinya strategis, dekat mall dan hanya jalan kaki ke area kota lama yang banyak resto dan bangunan berejarah. Lobby hotelnya ok, breakfastnya lumayan tapi ngga terlalu banyak pilihan standnya. Makanan buffetnya biasa aja. Kamarnya besar, furniturenya biasa aja, sinyal tvnya ngga bagus. Pegawainya ramah dan cukup membantu. Untuk trip yang bukan mau bersantai di kamar atau menikmati fasilitas hotel (pool nya lagi perbaikan pas kita kesana), hotel ini cocok krn lokasinya ok banget.

Invited by friends for breakfast at Platinum Restaurant @ Metro Hotel Semarang. Choices of food were excellent. We enjoyed our breakfast & service was excellent by one of the staff name Guruh. The Manager Artney always on his rounds . I suppose to ensure service excellence. Next will come again. Keep up the good work .

스마랑 올드 타운과 나름 가까운 위치에 있는 호텔로 시설 및 기타 서비스가 매우 좋은 곳이라고 생각합니다. 혹시나 스마랑으로 여행을 오신다면 추천드립니다.

i stayed at January to do some works in Semarang. at first I think it's an old hotel but it's big from the outside. my room is not clean, the toilet not clean, but luckily the employees are helpful. but still, i don't want to come back here again!

Everything was comfortable and nice, especially given the price (it was very affordable). The food was also very good, and it’s enjoyable seeing the classic hard wood furniture around the hotel. lastly, the location is perfect for seeing chinatown and the old parts of Semarang (Kota Lama). staff also lovely.

Great location, great service, nice and clean rooms, bathroom clean. Perfect for stays.

Bangunan tua yg sudah direnov. Lobby dan kamar nyaman, bersih, sudah renov hanya di lorong masih berasa bangunan tua..Pelayanannya ramah dan snagat helpfull. Breakfast banyak pilihan tapi menurut aku B aja untuk rasanya
