WwilzkanadiStudio 55 has a very lovely layout and great size. With a sofa bed, and one big table to work or have dinner in room.
Big appreciation for the hotel to let us check in 30 minutes earlier and check out 60 minutes later (based on room availability). The service was great and staffs were friendly.
Breakfast place is small (around 10 tables only). Tried to go around 8am, it was full and had to wait, so I came back around 9am and it was nice ambience. Great food, they had indomie in the menu.
Parking area is very limited. Valet is necessary. It’s free, but most of the time it takes time for your car to go out and in.
Overall it’s nice experience and I will stay here again in this room type again.

CChristiawanIl problema con il WiFi. Il WiFi tende a riconnettersi tutto il tempo su iPhone 15 Prowhile in particolare è stato collegato prima. Anche se non può essere collegato a tutti sul mio Macbook e sul mio Samsung Galaxy S22. Questo problema non è avvenuto in altri hotel POP che ho visitato in altre città. È irritante per essere onesti. Il servizio era buono. Le strutture non erano grandi neanche ma non era bene perche' ho portato la mia. Il WiFi era il problema. Come nomad digitale. Puoi contare su di esso.

PPhilippe888I was not expecting such company (ACCOR) or website (CTRIP) to use fake picture to sell a room. When we chose a worldwide brand, we are expecting to get a worldwide standard, which is a fair value for money and knowing what we can get, no more, not less because we have a well known and accepted standard ... that we can trust. The rooms at 2nd level were definitely out-of-date not to say anything else and not the standing of a Novotel.

1. On the 2nd day before I left, I asked the receptionist to tell Housekeeping to clean our room, and I also complained that the bathroom in our other room (I booked 2 rooms) was always flooded with water. When we returned to the hotel at 10 p.m. It looks like our bathroom hasn't been cleaned, it looks like there's only been a change of towels. I saw that the towel was torn and faded, and the shower room was still flooded with water when I showered. After I complained again to the receptionist, the technician came to fix it, and at 23.15, the housekeeper also came to clean the bathroom.
2. On the 4th day morning, we also complained to the receptionist, that the Air Conditioning in our room 129 was not cold, but no technician came. Until 3 o'clock in the morning we couldn't stand it because our room was very hot, and we asked to change rooms. But the receptionist so many excuses, and it wasn't until 4 am that we were given another room. This is very bad because we couldn't sleep all night from 31 Dec 2023 to 1 January 2024 at 4 am.
Due to that problems, I asked the hotel to please refund our 4th day payment because we couldn't sleep well, due to poor service.

MikeThe breakfast is horrible, bland porridge, only lettuce for the salad, there's pasta but its macaroni covered in small red sauce with no taste, tables doesnt get cleaned properly, 2 people on the egg corner only serving egg with salt, no toppings, no veggies, just pure egg + salt, main course got no variation, noodle rice 1 type of veg, a fish, and chicken. To access the restaurant you need to go through the pool, cool way of thinking, not practical when theres a lot of children playing with the water, parents and nannys sitting on the side.

DDaveL'hotel è situato in una grande zona, a pochi passi da alcune delle migliori attrazioni della città.
La camera stessa era spaziosa, pulita e confortevole. Il letto era grande con una matita morbida, che faceva per un buon sonno. Il bagno era grande e con un sacco di asciugamani e tovaglie.
Il personale dell'hotel era amichevole e accogliente. L'iscrizione era rapida e facile, e il personale del desk front era sempre disponibile per rispondere a qualsiasi domanda. La custodia ha fatto un ottimo lavoro di mantenere la camera tempestiva per tutta la permanenza.
In generale, ho avuto un fantastico soggiorno all'hotel.

WWarlordCame there to find out that my room has been cancelled. Their reason was because they are in partnership with OYO and a lot of rooms has been canceled by the ”system” so there were no rooms left for me to check in that day. They had already had a substitute hotel which I rejected.
I requested a refund in cash and they refused. They promised that the refund will be done via Trip app but when asked how does the refund work, no one could explain.
Finally I asked them again about the room availability because I was sure that they had at least a couple of rooms available. I told them that it was their responsibility to provide me with a room, even if the ones available are more expensive than what I have paid for.
Suddenly they apologised and told me that a room was available, exactly like the one I had paid for.
The rest of the stay was great.
I wish to come back and visit the hotel, hoping that such suspicious experience will not be repeated in my next visit.
