Hotel in zona GBI ROCK Semarang, Semarang

è perfetto, anche meglio di un normale hotel a cinque stelle, servizio è grande, lobby è favoloso, colazione è abominabile, camera è bella, la vista è vista piscina che mi dispiace profondamente non scegliere la prima stanza che può avere un'entrata al Povero.

L'hotel è buono, il servizio è cordiale, il posto è bello, anche la piscina è adeguata, pulita e molto ordinata?

Insight room was different from the picture given on agoda, booking.com, traveloka even on their official website. Bed linen, pillow, towels got stain and the colour a bit yellowish. On their wall got a few of pencil sketched. And that make the room even look dirtier and dumped. The main thing was the bathroom. In the morning the water were so dirty, they said they were doing some repair to the water valve. And you guest what, they doing it in the morning where all the guests already wake up and need to use the toilet and we found out that the water was DIRTY with all the sands and the colour were brownish, then out of sudden the water heater also down. And the jackpot was, the water STOP running to all the rooms. THIS WAS PERFECT 😏 We already called 3 times and asked, and they only said wait for a while and keep on the water to flush away all the dirts. With out any other solutions. And that happens for almost 3 hours. They perfectly ruined our holiday with this Issue. We ask for extra towel, fyi, they only give 2 towels per room. We have 3 Children, so we asked for extra towel. We never got any problem on this even on budget hotel or at 4 or 5 Stars hotels before, You know what? After they give extra 2 towels, they asked for the existing 2 towels thats already in the room to be returned to them. We have explained to the house keeping that we have 3 kids, and of course 2 towels will not be enough (fyi, the towel is a bit thin, dont expect a furry thick towel like at other 4 or 5 starts hotel) What a silly service. Dont mention about the extra room key, they only gave us 1 room key, so we asked for 1 extra. You know what they said? We have not enough room key, so no more extra. It was a TOTAL DISAPPOINTMENT staying 1 night on 31st dec to 1st of Jan 2023 at LK Pandanaran Semarang. They charged almost 3times from their normal rate and this is what we got. We dont mind if you marked up your price almost 3times, specially during peak season, BUT PLEASE before doing that, improve your service, add more capable and professional labour to balance up with your price. Not mention about LK Simpang Lima Semarang. At their lobby, there was a water leakage, not sure why they havent done any repairing. Thats make us think that they all the SAME, at all LK Hotel Chains at semarang. But we would like to compliments the security outside the lobby area, he was very helpful, and genuinely helped us and give solutions when there were no more parking lot.

Stay for 1 night here. The staffs are very helpful. I asked for an early check in because my son had a fever and they're give me the room quickly. The location near to Pecinan night market and also near the legend Soto Bokoran, just few steps from the hotel. I really enjoyed my stay here.

La stanza standard è molto piccola, poco spazio per camminare dall'altra parte del letto, ma continuiamo a venire perché ci sentiamo comodi ogni volta che restiamo qui con un prezzo ragionevole. Hanno anche 24 ore di giornata, e hanno tavolo da biliardo, tè gratuito e caffè al lobby, situato nel DP Mall, quindi è molto facile comprare cose o prendere un cibo. Utilizzare app mobili per aprire la porta alla stanza, quindi è più facile, non c'è bisogno di trovare la carta di accesso quando vuoi andare in camera

Vorrei dire che questo hotel è uno dei migliori hotel di bilancio a Semarang. Grazie alla signora Farah, che era molto utile come receptionista. Amo il concetto di hotel con il colore verde. Sembra così fresco. E la posizione dell'hotel è nel centro della città di Semarang. La mia famiglia lo ama. Solo 5 minuti a piedi per andare al centro commerciale Paragon e, ovviamente, vicino con destinazione turistica, Lawang Sewu, Kamung Pelangi, Old City. Che piacevole soggiorno a Whiz Hotel..

La stanza è di base ma pulita, e vicino al centro commerciale Paragon

La posizione è strategica,vicina al centro commerciale e solo a piedi dalla vecchia zona della città, dove molti ristoranti e edifici storici. L'hotel lobby è ok, il colazione non è male, ma non ci sono troppe opzioni di stand. Il buffet è normale. La stanza è grande, i mobili sono ordinari, il segnale televisivo non è buono. Il personale è amichevole e utile. Per un viaggio che non vuole rilassarsi nella stanza o godere delle strutture dell'hotel (la piscina è rinnovata quando ci andiamo), questo hotel è adatto perché la posizione è davvero buona.

Il pellaniano è amichevole e il parcheggio è molto sollevato. E' vicino al ristorante veloce, quindi se e' tardi di notte, non ti confunderai di trovare cibo. E' anche vicino a POM e Sam Poo Kong

La stanza è pulita, ma piccola e non corrisponde alle foto grandi. Anche il bagno è molto piccolo e un po' sporco. Sulla terrazza, ho trovato un posacenere con della cenere sparsa sul tavolo. L'acqua calda elettrica deve essere aggiunta, ma i servizi dell'hotel non sono inclusi. L'isolamento acustico dell'hotel non è buono. Anche la posizione dell'hotel è lontana. Buona rete wireless.
