The location was abit off city area. Need to travel by Gogek or Grab to nearest mall. But there’s a Indomaret below and opp is University and Polytechnic. Nice big pool and now the aircon and hot water all good. But my room #1176 the drainage water very slow,always flooded when I shower. Terima.kasih bynk but price is good 😊

La stanza era molto comoda, dotata di tecnologie più moderne che facile da usare, bella vista attraverso il vetro grande finestra e tutti i mobili freschi tornano...

L'hotel si trova in un'area direttamente dietro Transmart, la posizione non è visibile quindi è un po' di confusione per i visitatori provenienti da fuori città. I servizi forniti dall'hotel sono molto buoni e professionali e dispongono di strutture molto complete. L'area della piscina dovrebbe essere pulita più diligentemente perché viene utilizzata maggiormente per le attività all'aperto dei visitatori, soprattutto nelle attuali condizioni di pandemia. La colazione gratuita e gratuita fornita è piuttosto gustosa e varia.

The hotel is centrally located. Malang is not big and not huge traffice. Front desk or receptionist are super friendly and helpful. I booked the room with breakfast provided. As I joined the Mt Bromor sunrise tour and would not be back to hotel until next day noon, receptionist advised and offered me that the hotel can packed my breakfast before I leave for the tour at midnite! That was pleasantly unexpected. Room is exceptionally big.

Sono rimasto per una notte. Non è lontano dalla stazione ferroviaria, a meno di 20 minuti a piedi. L'hotel mi ha consentito di check-in prima nonostante nessuna richiesta personale al momento della prenotazione. Ho prenotato il prezzo più basso senza colazione perché non sapevo cosa offrono per colazione in questi tempi. Uno dei miei ricordi più è che l'armadio e il legno odore bene, penso che sia jasmine. Sono stati sufficienti i servizi, inclusi i pantaloni. Letto e le mutandine erano comodi. La cabina e la maniglia della porta non erano in buone condizioni (le serrature erano libere), e la scatola di sicurezza era chiusa, non potevo usarla. L'hotel ha giocato musica instrumentale sui portavoce, ma è piuttosto disturbante quando è 10:00 e si può sentirlo dalla stanza. Ho trovato le sporche di un ospite precedente sotto il letto, e la sala da pranzo pubblico sul lobby non era abbastanza pulita. I ricevitori erano a posto, non interagiva con altri dipendenti. Non mi importa di rimanere qui di nuovo.

Skip this hotel and never set foot in this property, you'll thank yourself later. - The customer service and staff was really bad. They told us they'd inform us once the second room was ready but they never called us. We had to call the reception again to check the status of the room. - The owner and or management of this hotel have let this hotel into disrepair. They have closed the main escalators that was supposed to be the main entrance to get into the hotel. The interior of the hotel also looked worn and not maintained, everything fell apart and dirty. - Very noisy surrounding as it's located next to a train station.
